Thank you Brandon Eddie and Susan!They deliver important truck part( only $60) for me with no cost for delivery. I was 70 miles away from the shop. And when I make it to the shop they fix a problem in the morning fast and professional. God Bless!

I've been here twice now, and can say hands down it's the best experience I've ever had with a Volvo service center. The staff really bends over backwards to get you in and out. They're work is excellent. They don't price gouge, and they honestly care. Wonderful people just to sit and talk too. I can't say enough good about this location.

Will absolutely use Bruckners again!!!! Called on a Saturday evening for a bad air valve that had me sitting on side the interstate. Within 2hrs, the tech, Michael Fearrand was there, had the problem diagnosed, actually had the part in stock on his service truck and had me repaired and back up and going. Super friendly and very knowledgeable and professional!!!!!!

Moyor work and air leaks and computer diagnostic. Fix what needs to be fix. Not like some other volvo dearlers who wants to repace things that don't need to be replace. They fix only what needs to be repaired. I love them for this. Folks are great at this location.

This place was more than outstanding!!! I had an issue that occurred and I called them. Unfortunately they were about to close the shop but the representative instructed me to come in in anyway. They fixed my issues with no problems and quickly!! I will be using their services anytime I m in their area!!! Thank u all so much!!!

Went in saw Mr George, he pulld codes on my truck within 15 min, this was approx 1030am. Truck was in bay and work commenced before lunch. Really impressed with servise. Mr George very knowlegeabe and acctually listend to explination of issue with truck. I've been doing trucking business for over 10 years. This is one of the best Volvo dealers in the US. Their attitude, their responsibility, their honesty are on professional level. They wouldn't charge you for no reason and they are always in contact with the customer with the updates. They will not perform any repairs until they will get customer's approval. And their price per labor hour is the best one I've ever seen in the whole US. Thank you very much Eddie, Susan and Brennen for being professional and honest.

Awesome place. We was here a couple days with the work that was need. They went way out of there way to get the parts and work done. Even stayed late on a Friday night to get us back on the road. If you ever have any issues around Pineville LA.. Bruckner's is the place to be. These guys are very professional in all they do. I broke down on Sunday night. They came and got me on Monday morning and I was out by 1pm in the afternoon the same day and it didn't cost me arms and legs. Mr Eddie and Mrs Suzie both the Robs and John's are great. I've been dealing with Advanced now Bruckners for 7 yrs. I love these guys. They went out their way to help me many times. Go me back rolling. The only problem I have is there's no stools for me to sit on the I don't drink coffee so there's no cocoa. Outside of that no problems. They've come to my house several times to fix my truck. You can go anywhere and get your truck worked on but if you want it fixed right. Go see Me Eddie and his crew. Tell em Their buddy Charles sent you and request cocoa for me. Lmaoo...

To all the Volvo truck driver if u break down in this area use this Volvo service place ask for MR George he will really take care of u and your truck .. my DEF pump stopped working and it got derated they really now how to fix it till afternoon I was out from the shop .. George really went out of the ways to fix my truck ASAP and he did it ..other Volvo places should learn from him how to treat a customer Thnaks GeorgeService: Exhaust

Overpriced. It cost $308.52 for a jump start for my semi. That's ridiculous considering I had to wait almost 2 hours. The technicians was friendly, however.
