Kasey and Xavier are awesome. Friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile for you. Next time I need something for one of my vehicles I know exactly where I'm headed to. Hopefully this reaches the eyes of some District or Regional manager because these two gentleman are a perfect example of what grows a business. It's not the marketing or deals that made me a customer, it's those two guys.

Kasey behind the counter was wonderful. This gentleman was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. What really got me was when he couldn't help us out, he sent us to someone who could. Advanced has a beautiful sense of community and people like this are what make Pineville great.

Positive is that I was able to find a battery for my car at this location, when everywhere else was out. Negative is that the store wasn t busy but the employee seemed to not want to install the battery for some reason and it took a longer than necessary time for him to start the installment.

Purchased a Fan Clutch Removal Tool.It broke!Brought it back (within and hour of purchase!)Manager would not refund.She was only willing to exchange for same tool. Because it didn't show in their system to be something they would warranty that way...(Why in the hell would I want another of your cheap tools?!)ANDI wouldn't have purchased (anything) from Advanced had I known ya'll are selling stuff you want even stand behind!I asked for corporates number?While she was getting the number I called the Alexandria store to confirm what she told me was correct.They said she was correct, however it is to the Managers discrepancy how she is willing to satisfy her customers issues.They told me if I came to their store they would refund me the money.So I did and they did and she will never have to worry about seeing me again.Now, I'm on to post this on Facebook to copy paste this for my hundreds of friends and family to seeANDnext will be to look for Advance Corporate Customer Service Email and copy paste what I have typed here for them also.

Quick service, but the staff usually doesn't have a clue about most vehicles or products. They will also try to sell you products you don't need. The management is great though and every time a manager helps me they are really knowledgeable.

I'm disappointed that the associate failed to tell me the stores new policy. They no longer accept returns on electrical parts. I now own an ignition coil I don't need. I spent my last on this part. Payday is in 2wks.

Will never shop there again! Service sucks! They close and lock the doors 30 mins to an hour early! Oriellys next door opens and closes at the times given! Will give them my business from here on.

Got there before they opened and they signaled me when they were open for business and set me right up with everything I needed and we're real professional and friendly, Michael checked me out helped me figure out something for my wiper motors.
