Thanks to Mitchell for getting our travel trailer rv, back on the road. Broken leaf springs were replaced in a couple hours. Didn't oversell anything. Gave honest advice on improving trailer to truck ratio. Counter staff was also friendly. As fulltime RVers we are back on the road.

This is a great place to purchase a trailer. The employees are helpful and will take time to answer questions and explain the differences in the trailers they offer. They make the purchase process really easy and fast. Once we decided on the utility trailer we wanted we were on the road with the new trailer in about 30 minutes. I really like doing business with this local company. If I need they will get my future business.

Never had a problem and always was treated well but as we all know equipment does fail from time to time taking my 7x16 foot dump trailer to see if they can fix it spike to Scott a few days ago said the battery on the dump trailer has to be fully charged up can t put any more fluid in it cause it backs up and squirts out all inside the box where the motor is

AVOID this dealer as best you can. We called here and got a quote for a 20' trailer, then showed up a couple days later to find that it was actually $2k more than we were told. They refused to honor their quote. Wish I could give them 0 stars

The rudest, sarcastic, arrogant person I ve tried to do business with in my life. And I m not a young man LOL Just too many places to buy trailers these days to have put up with rude salespeople. This guy threw a fit because I had a custom build. I was ready to pay up to $25k but he just wanted to complain Unbelievable! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NORTHSORE TRAILER IN PEARL RIVER.

I rented a 16' trailer. When I called the first woman was so nice and helpful on the phone. I had not realized the shop was on a service road off the interstate. I had never paid attention to it. She was quick to explain the turns I needed to make to arrive safely. They have a large selection of trailers. The service tech that hooked the trailer to my truck was so nice and went out of his way to make sure all safety measures were followed and everything was correct with the towing hookup. FYI :Make sure to ask what information they request before renting and if you are comfortable with it. I returned the trailer 3hrs max. It worked as promised . Take pictures of item you rent so you'll have your own log of it's condition. Its understandable their need to protect their inventory it makes sense. They do have other items too. It worth a call to ask.

These guys are great! Fair pricing, if you buy a trailer they automatically hook you up with a permanent tag so you don't have to renew it. They repaired the rear door on my Horton hauler, and now the door is light as a feather. They're great for keeping old trailers running down the road and new trailers as well. Won't go anywhere else.

I bought two very nice, new utility trailers and the service was good. I first bought an 18 foot trailer and felt that the service was so good that I went back about a year later and bought the second one which was a small, 4x8 that I can pull with a side by side and it is legal to pull on roads and highways with my pickup. I believe they can build or order anything you need!

This place has really nice trailers. To be honest, I was so close to not having a good review but they redeemed themselves and then some. We called to reserve a trailer and was told we didn't have to leave a deposit and then we came to find that this was not the case and our trailer was being sold just as we pulled in. The sales person that we originally spoke with wasn't there but the two that were, I think Cody and Melinda were awesome! They helped us find an alternative trailer and took care of us even after they were closed. I would definitely recommend them.They have all sorts of trailer items and truck items. Check them out!

I just got a gooseneck ball installed in my truck. The people here from the receptionist to the service people were extremely helpful and friendly. Mitchell who installed my hitch did a great job and has been extremely patient with my questions! I definitely recommend Northshore Trailers!!

Just had a trailer repaired and the cost was entirely too much. I was told the cost would be around $120.00. Then I added replacing safety chains. I expected $150-$160. Got a bill for $247.00. The repair took a whole lot longer than when I had the same repair done previously. Perhaps this is how they jack their price up. I will not use them in the future, nor can I recommend them to anyone. You would think when a cost is more than double, what you know the customer is expecting, the customer would be advised.

Bought a small (12 foot) trailer from them back in 2006. Have had a couple of repairs done on it since then. They do quality work at a very reasonable price. Great to work with!

We bought a horse trailer in Pearl River and got there from North Carolina to get it on Friday night. When we picked up the trailer and got on the road we noticed the lights would flicker on and off. We were afraid to try the 10 hour drive home with problems so we slept at a rest area and went to Northshore Trailer & Equipment when they opened Saturday morning. Even though they don t have anyone working in the service department on Saturdays, they took our trailer in and replaced the cord and plug so we could travel home safely to North Carolina. We are so thankful for their help and highly recommend them.

We're very knowledgeable on what I had asked for and service was quick and employees were very respectful. Had a wide range of inventory to choose from in stock. Would definitely recommend to anyone within the area.

Manager has no people skills. I asked if he could stay open 10 minutes passed there closing time for a definite sale. Manager raise his voice and said he could not stay open. Very rude. He kept on saying they had a no over time policy.
