I m not recommending anybody here cause they overcharge me and they keep me three days to change freightliner Cascadia radiator. The guy has a temper and he s rude. they want to put the regular water in the radiator. I stopped them and they asked me I have to buy a coolant because the price was not including, I don t think he expecting any return customer,By the way, he have a good mechanic call Michael, but he keeps sending him a different job.

Great fast and friendly service!Happy I didn't have to wait hours to get back in service!Had some air dyer issues going on. Mr. Clyde had Mr. George working on my truck within 30 minutes of my call. I will keep them in my contacts!

Had engine light and our lights come up on my dash. Mr. Clyde and the mechanics at I12 diesel were very prompt and informative and gave me a good price. When they were through my rruck ran better than ever and the price was below the price they gave me at first. If I have any mechanical problems I will call these men

BEST BUISNESS EVER!!!I loved coming to them to get my vehicle done. I have came to them 5 times now. Mr. Clyde and Mr. Joey was very nice they remember you and ask about your life. They care about their customers.

Robbery. They charged $247 for water separaror filter and $950 for four hours work. Ridiculous !

Man,the best service and prices I ve ever had in my whole trucking career. they do a great job. I would recommend them to all Truckers. 10- rated service , and repair!!!!

I had WARNING engine light on freightliner cascadia dd15 motor and, code was SCR NOX Conversion Efficiency/Defected Low and, I was 65 miles from them so, I tried to take it to the freightliner dealership which was on my way before I-12Diesel so, I called them, said that they would not touch my truck for next two days they were behind so, I kept driving to and get to the I-12 Diesel truck repair shop and, told them I have that code and did force Regen with computer and I was back on the road in 45 minutes, Thank You Mr Mike! he has fixed the problem and also help me to understand the problem. Very nice people quick job and reasonable prices. Time is money......

I came in to this shop and started working on my truck as soon as i got here. I had called other mechanic shops and told me they can't work on my truck that day because they were very busy. Other shops told me they can work on my truck but it was going to be about 2 hrs till my truck is ready. I 12 diesel got it done in 30 min. That was awsome! If i could rate this place, i would give them a 10 . Thank you I 12 diesel.

Mr. Clyde, Mike and eddie have done great work for us. Fast, knowledgeable and fair. Had a transmission stuck in 5th gear and solved it quickly. Had a bent leveling arm on steer axle and took me in immediately and fixed the problem quick. Great guys. Will bring all my work to them when i am home.

Called about an antifreeze leak in Pearl River, LA. around noon. Two guys show up within 15 mins and we diagnose the problem. They then begin calling to find the specialty hoses I need. One guy goes and gets the hoses while the other one takes off the bad hoses. Completely ready to roll by 5 pm. I thought they were very knowledgeable and efficient. Also, they stayed within the estimate that was quoted so I knew what to expect which I, as an owner operator, appreciate. Would definately recommend them to other drivers in need.

This place will charge you an arm & leg for anything, unbelievable, pulley and tensioner $950 labor + parts $400 , they probably took about 2 hours to get done that s how they keep their business alive , they know that anything on the road will cost you triple, that s not fair don t go there !!!!!

Broke down on the Interstate, and a lovely mechanic Chad Gay came and fixed me up! He was very kind and very fast to do this. Especially on an 18-wheeler. Lovely service and great prices!

Over price everything. they take one hr to get my trailer fix and over change on labor and parts street rip-off second time they ripped me off if is one hour and labor

Worse place... be prepare to get charged high price on everything and also left trailer there because truck broke down and once driver picked up trailer it had slashed airbag that means they wanted me to pay for their badness since they do trailer repairs too dont leave any equipment there and dont call towing they will charge you crazy bill

25yrs trucking,absolutely horrible, $968 parking brake valve repair.Ask for explanation why bill so high,no call back or nothing from I 12 shop. 5hrs labor @$130 an hour,$130 service call,$180 part. 25 miles from their shop14% surchargeif you use a credit card added to the total bill. Wouldn't recommend for any repair.

Best in the business had severe electrical issues with my 2018 peterbilt not even the dealer could fix it talked to mr clyde he got Mike and Eddie on the job took a little time but they fixed it there also great at doing all your dpf problems.....highly recommend

Stopped in had ABS valve on my trailer stop up the guys in the shop got right on it 3 hours later back on the road

These guys are very knowledgeable and certainly fair priced I appreciate the hard work and the free hotel room for the night as a driver it was good to sleep in a real bed adter so many days on the road thank you guys at I 12 diesel I recommend everyone who is in the area that has a brake down to make the call

It is a complete scam, 898 dll for a change of wipers, better go to the TA, it is cheaper, for wanting to save time I lost almost double the money

LIE TO ME ... I asked before i sent my drive to see if they do electical work we have a electrical issue on the trailer and they are said YEAS when my driver get there they are said WE DONT DO ELECTRICAL WORK.

Brought my truck in was volunteered a ride they tried making me pay for the ride credit card machine was down not my problem horrible customer would not recommend this to anybody!!!!!!

Friendly Folks, called at 7am got rolling at 12. Took 2hrs to get the part from New Orleans.
