The ordering and installation of my new windshield was fine. Th problem was the lack of care in putting everything back together. Pins for molding were missing, roof rack track was not reinstated and is missing. Additionally my antenna bracket was damaged. When I gave them the opportunity to fix their mistakes, a pocket knife was used as a tool. My windshield was replaced however there was no care or attention to detail. I would not recommend.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Won't be back and I have used them multiple times for windshields, oil changes, and brake tags.Will try to keep it short. In a nutshell...I was informed that windshield panels could possibly be broken when taken off or re-installed during installation process, and I was fine with that. I let Jen know ahead of time if panels are removed unbroken, please leave them off, I wanted to re-install myself or replace broken clips if needed....instead, they re-install (glue) them back on and crack one. I am then told on the phone that it "doesn't look bad, and is not noticeable." Second issue, if you tell me that you are going to check my tire pressures and add air if necessary, please do so. My tire pressure sensor was lit up and I specifically asked them to air up the tires..Jen stated that it would be done...it wasn't. Third, I realize you were closing for 2pm and want to leave. But please don't tell customers the brake tag guy is gone for the day and have him answering the phone..we get it, you leaving is far more important than keeping your customers happy. I don't usually complain, but this was ridiculous and needed to be addressed. See attached pics of "not noticeable" crack in panel.

I have always had a pleasureable experience dealing with this establishment. They offer glass repairs (rock chips, cracks etc), windshield replacements, Louisiana inspections (cars, SUV's, light trucks), and oil changes for most vehicles. Try them out, I doubt you will be disapponted.

Called the day before and set up a time to get my windshield replaced and to get a break tag because my car had been in a body shop for over two months and my tag had expired. They were fast it took about 30-50 minutes for the whole process. Make sure to call ahead if you are getting major work done is all I can say, but everyone was very professional and nice. I am quite happy with my windshield since my old one was cracked badly by a rock last year. I'm just happy I could have this done the day after I called. Went to repair a crack/chip in windshield. Was under the impression that they did not want my business and provided me with a fairly rude attitude instead. Great business! Lol

If your car runs when you get there it won't run when you leave..they don't care they won't help...Don't use these guys!!! Period. Forgot to say they messed up my wiring..while putting in my front windshield..ask me how they did this ? Don't know but they did this..they admitted it..

They changed the windshield in our 2019 accord without any questions. We had already scheduled to bring it to Honda to get recalibrated but everyone else required them to do it.
