Love coming to this AutoZone! Mike is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! In my opinion he makes this store what it is! The other staff members are also helpful, they know exactly where the part is that you re looking for and do not try to get you to buy the most expensive one on the list! They know how to work their registers too, they are prepared for what options are about to pop up when checking out and put in your phone number to collect the points!

Dealing with Tony was great! He checked my battery and he checked my battery terminals he installed my battery , couldn't be nicer!

They are nice, but prices are high. I can always find a better price on anything they sell. But they are convenient.

Needed a battery for my truck. William was more than happy to help out. He quickly looked me up in the computer and politely let me know I've had the bad battery for 6yrs. Pretty awesome for a $200 battery! I definitely wanted another one Duralast GOLD. He came out to my truck in 95 degree weather and changed it out without complaining about the heat. It wasn't a very easy job as everything was corroded but he stuck with it and got it done. Thanks again William!

Amazing store-extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mike and James are my go to people there! They are amazing and friendly! Very positive atmosphere! Check em out you won t go to another location. I m in Slidell however I go to this location always-which is about 20 minutes out the way. Superb customer service!

I always support my local stores! Always believe in giving your business to your community. Please do not shop here. Just had an employee be extremely rude to me! Chose not to make a confrontation in public even though I wanted to be a total Karen in response to the disrespect. When I spoke to the manager over the phone, who clearly saw how I was treated, he seemed like he wasn t concerned. I simply informed him that if this is his customer service than it s not the right department for him, and I was only calling to inform him so that he could correct the issue and hopefully not receive a phone call like mine again. The response I received was, ok. I was not mean, nor was I upset in the phone call. I m just confused how three grown men standing around watching the rain did not have the ability to walk over to the display that says ASK AN ASSOCIATE FOR ASSISTANCE! And grab the item I detailed to them (there was only three of them and the prices were drastically different it was not hard to know the difference) so even after I had to assist myself I was then told well I can t know what one you want without the box... and the whole time I was shopping the employees kept praying that the power would go out so that they wouldn t have to deal with anybody today.... very very upsetting to know that this is what customer service is now. The funny part is I found a the product I wanted cheaper and better online but still chose to support a local store!!! This place is not a good representation of this business.

The worst customer service ever!!!! Went back for something as simple as a core charge for a battery and alternator I had just recently purchased and had problems which isn't surprising here at all even though my boyfriend right before me had no issues with the same thing! There has never once been a time where I came to this location and had no problems. I will say I went to the Autozone (152 Gause Blvd) and the man had no problems giving me my core charges not even 30 minutes after the pearl river interaction and apologized for the problems I had previously.

When looking online and it shows on hand inventory for this store it s always wrong. I have been multiple times when the official auto zone website says this item available now in store at the Pearl River, LA 70452 location. Get there and nothing. You find the spot where it s supposed to be and not a one. So you ask an employee and their computer says 0 in stock. Why would the physical locations inventory state one thing and the official auto zone website say different. Wouldn t they be in sync

This is THE WORST place to go to get any decent help with the exception of Mr Crawford! The other male workers are too busy being social, not wanting to be bothered or wanting you to do their job (because they don't know anything about vehicle mechanics)!As my 78 year old dad was still talking, the employee walked away ignoring what my dad was trying to ask/say to continue casually talking to "aquaintances" in parking lot! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this JOKE!

Went to replace a battery and the manager Hale or something like that was very unprofessional, and disrespectful. This was on September 12,2022, I almost caused a seen but instead kept my calm!!!!

Had a bad time. Bought 176 dollars worth of oil and 4 filters for my vehicles, changing oil and realize I bought 40 dollars worth of USED MOTOR OIL !

If I could give this location zero stars I would everytime I go here they are extremely rude and have no idea what they are doing. All they know how to do is treat people with disrespect!

Absolute worst service and manager has no customer skills,sent my daughter in with an old alternator and the receipt just to get a core charge back after "processing " they realize that apparently the Pearl river autozone doesn't communicate with all other auto zones and they are sorry but can't process the credit and oh btw since we processed this you won't be able to return it to any other autozone either mind still no credit given. Remember now why I stopped shoping at this autozone in my hometown.

The worst store of "ALL" Autozone's, rude managers and incompetent service people. The manager stood 3 feet from me and ignored me for 7 minutes before acknowledging me. I see previous entries like this about him must be married to regional mgrs daughter. Called superiors to let them know and they never followed up. I am shorting the stock long term and suggest you do also. Loving O'reilly's great service better parts.

My car needed new windshield wipers, but the individual driving my car did not know how to remove the wipers and install the new ones. The autozone associates refused to install the new windshield wipers due to a mild drizzle. This forced me to leave work and drive an hour away to do a job that takes one minute to do.

Seems like every time i stop by for real auto parts they either don't carry or are out of stock. Great place for items like floor mats and car bling as well as simple things like oil changes.
