The owner of Cajun transmission is great at diagnosing transmission problems and is honest about what needs to be done. If the problem is minor, he won't suggest you have to replace the whole transmission like some shops have done trying to make you spend more than you should.

The mechanic (Mr. Gary), was very helpful and knew what he was doing. He understood my situation and worked with me, which most people do not do these days. Overall it only cost me 75.00 for him to change a speed sensor and tape off some wires that were touching. He and his wife communicated with me very well and were always available when I had a question. I have found my place to bring my car and would highly recommend Cajun Transmission to any and everyone. Also, he knows how to work on things other than transmission so that's always a plus. Great Service and Very Affordable ;)

Gary is a very nice guy and provides great service. He answered all my questions and even offered to help me pick up my car when I said I needed help. I was able to pick it up and come back in two weeks for a free follow up inspection.

Awesome! Mr. Gary could not do the work on the rear-end of my Jeep but he stuck with me, pointed me in the right direction until we got the problem solved! I m gonna recommend him to anybody I know with a transmission problem! And one of the nicest persons I ve ever met in auto repair field!.... GOOD FOLKS!

2 different trucks brought to them went back a 3rd time because 3rd and 4th gears went out after they done a complete rebuild 2700 dollars 4 months later he gave a year warranty but wanted 900 more to repair it said he could patch it but didn t think it would last he is using junk yard parts to repair getting a lawyer involved do not use them junk new ownership is junkService: Transmission
