I came to this place over a year ago to purchase a bad boy. Came home with a 46 inch encore. Has over 100 hours on it and it's been a good unit. Good people overall

They know what they're doing here. It's not often a business can get you in and out the door with what you went there for. This business is one of those places. The people here were very knowledgeable in the equipment their selling and provides in house repairs. If you're in the market for a Bad Boy mower, this is the place for you. I love my ZT Elite.

Do not work timely. Did work before asking me could I even afford it. Then drastically overcharged me. Totally unorganized!!!! Mower only worked for half a day .. no refund. No help. More money!!! Terrible!!!!

I m very please with the buying experience I had. Called multiple other Bad Boy dealers and this was the only place I found with what I was in the market for. Before I made my purchase, they were very informative and knowledgeable with not only the product, but accessories and so forth. They were very reassuring that I would enjoy the mower and made sure that if I were to ever have any issues, they would be there to answer question or service my machine. Nothing like buying from a dealer who also services their equipment. Overall a very good business! Don t hesitate to go there.

Went in for a string trimmer and got all the information on the different models before purchase they gave me information and let me make my own decision we went over parts and seen what fit to add my brush cutter and it felt like a great place to give my business to. Will definitely be back for a mower later.Well I bought a mower. I had a great experience. Forgot to update this but since then they have serviced my mower 3 times and helped with other accessories and purchases. Service is always friendly and helpful.

Took my united to there shop. And they charged me over rated. Then when I got home. I found out they did not fix the problem after all. Really bad and poor service. Won't be going back.

Xpert is the best! They really take the time to deliver the customer service needed. They have been there for me on every step of the way from financing to purchase to mechanical service. I recommend this place to my clients, friends and family and would recommend them to anyone!

Mom and pop's shop. I went for a tire installation on rim for minibike and when I recieved it back it had missing paint and a dent in the lip of the rim the size of a crowbar tooth. I went in and talked with the man and he said dented rims and missing paint is a normal thing. The kid that did the work is possibly related and feel that the concern for making things right wasnt all that big of a deal in the owners eyes. I'm sorry for leaving this message during hard times but I feel what was done to my rim is unacceptable.

If you go there once you most probably will never go back again. Over 6 weeks to say the handle on my pressure washer was bad. 6 weeks. And then they weren't sure. Home lite warranty service center. What a joke.

I was buying a used lawn mower on layaway works out of town drive trucks told owner i wouldn't be able to get lawn mower for some time because i work out of town tried to go pay for lawn mower business was closed due to covd 19 spoke to the owner he said he sold the lawn mower and wasn't going to give me back my $100 dollars deposit back

Brought my self propelled mower. Took a bit to get it running again, but I could not be happier. The price was great considering the problem, much better than purchasing a new mower.
