We had a great car shopping experience at Team Honda of Acadiana! We found the car we were interested in posted online. The pictures and description online were very detailed. When I called Team Honda, I spoke with Scott who was very responsive. We made an appointment for the following day to test drive the car. Scott was friendly and knowledgeable. Everything from test driving the car to crunching numbers to completing paperwork went smoothly. We were in and out in less than two hours! We are extremely pleased with our new vehicle and with our experience at Team Honda of Acadiana!

After trying a few other dealerships and leaving frustrated, I went to Team Honda of Acadiana in Opelousas. I was very impressed with the entire buying experience. I was treated with courtesy and professionalism from the moment I stepped out of my car. My salesman , Kyle, did an outstanding job in taking care of me and making sure all of my buying needs were handled promptly and with ZERO hassle. I was pleased with the sales price and trade in amount I received. The Finance Director Dustin, did an amazing job job getting the the best rate available. He explained all of my options in a way that I could understand and processed the paperwork in a timely manner. We had a great experience. Fast and friendly service. Especially our sales rep Merlin. He had all the paperwork ready for us and made Our purchasing easy and seamless. They even threw in floor mats for our daughters new car. Excellent customer service would definitely use them again.

I purchased my Honda accord last March, the experience was very awesome, Merlin was my salesman, anything I needed, I call him, he was always open to answer all my questions. I took my car to be serviced at another Honda dealer near me, not friendly and I still have issues with my tire, after they patch it. I paid $35 to be fixed right, took it back, still doing the same thing. I m going this morning to TEAM HONDA, and watch how great it will be. Purchase y all next vehicle@TEAM HONDA, you won t regret it, ask for Mr. Merlin, awesome guy. Thank you Mr. Merlin for all you ve done and still doing.

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience and excellent service I received from Team Honda of Acadiana. I recently purchased my first Honda, a CR-V EX-L, and my salesman, Hunter Albert, provided me with more than just excellent service, he made sure I got the very SUV I was hoping for and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I brought my vehicle to team Honda of Acadiana for a service repair since the car has an intermittent starting problem. I set the appointment, brought the car to the shop, and let them diagnose the problem. I was told they believed it to be a problem with the ignition switch cylinder. They gave me a quote and I gave them permission to start repairing the vehicle. They replaced the entire ignition switch electrical assembly. I paid the dealership nearly a $1,000 when I came to pick the vehicle up 2 days later and it drove well and I parked it. I went to start it again and the vehicle did not want to start! I called the dealership immediately and brought the vehicle back 30 minutes within picking it up from the shop. I talked to the service manager and he test drove the vehicle. He told me their were other issues with the vehicle but, it started every time. I told them I was not satisfied with my service and picked the vehicle up. The problem with the vehicle still persist and I've paid them nearly a 1,000 dollars to correct it! I would give this establishment 0 stars if I could.

Have had nothing but good experiences with these people, they take care of you and get you the best deal, work with you to get as close to what you're looking for as possible. Yesterday, Damond was very helpful with getting us the right solution for our unique situation and managed to do so while assisting several other customers. Everyone was cordial and friendly and I doubt I'll be going anywhere else for a vehicle in the foreseeable future.

I called and spoke to Dashae. She was so nice and helpful I went to Team Honda Acadiana and left with the car I wanted and did not have to deal with any extras. The whole team was professional and caring. I am not from the area so I was weary but it all ended so well. And I left completely satisfied! If you have any questions or if you need any help moving forward with a purchase call and ask for Dashae she will make sure you are taking care of.

ZERO INTEGRITY!!! November of 2019, my husband purchased a brand new Honda Accord Sport from Team Honda of Acadiana in Opelousas. He was informed there was a lifetime power train warranty as long as we had the car serviced at Team Honda. I travel alot for work, and did put a good bit of miles on the car. Each time I (or we) would go to Team Honda of Acadiana to have the oil changed. This is an hour, one way, from our home. We did this so we did not lose our warranty. Last month, my car gave me some problems. The next day I called to schedule to bring my car in, they told me to come the next day. I was left on the side of the road within 2 hours of making this phone call. We received a call stating it was the transmission, and it would need to be replaced. We questioned the warranty, only to be told it was voided due to us turning down the service on the transmission 3 times. The latest being November of 2022. If I was verbally informed of this, I would have NEVER turned down a service as significant as this. I have turned down the in cabin air filter, because they did not install it properly once, and I could not open my glove compartment. Lets move past the warranty.. According to my car maintenance guide, that I have since researched, this car needs the transmission serviced every 30,000 miles. I document mileage for my job. December 2022 my mileage was a little over 90,000. When my car left me on the side of the road on January 23, 2024, my mileage was a little over 133,000 miles. My last oil change was on December 12, 2023, mileage was right at 129,000. When I had my oil changed on December 12, 2023, why was I not asked if I wanted my transmission serviced? I am a believer in doing the right thing, morally, at all times. How about maybe say " Mrs. Williams, I see that your transmission has never been serviced with us. This is an important part of your cars performance" I gave one star because it is not their fault that I am naive. I believed the service department would have enough integrity and knowledge to inform me at EVERY oil change, the services I was behind on, so as to extend the longevity of the car. We had the transmission replaced. My husband received a survey from the dealership. He gave his OPINION. The service manager emailed back and said "I apologize for the situation, but I was also not in control of it either, and if that justifies giving me a bad survey to Honda, which affects me personally, then you do what you feel is right. Otherwise I ask that you do not fill out the survey at all." He also apologized. I have learned a very valuable lesson in this and will never expect others to possess the same level of integrity that I possess. I hope this post helps at least one person to not fall victim to this type of situation.

I WOULD GIVE TEN STARS IF I COULD!! I highly recommend this dealership. My purchase with them has been, hands down, the absolute best experience I have had with any dealership. This is actually my 2nd purchase with Team Honda in Opelousas. We have driven from out of town now for both our purchases and for any service to our vehicle because we have experienced the wonderful service from every single department here. We trust them. Be it the manager or our salesman, the finance dept or the service department. Every. Single. Person we have encountered has been completely professional, but also friendly and incredibly easy to work with. Even if they had nothing to do with our being there, we did not encounter one person who didn t smile and speak.Now. Our salesman, Chris Juneau, is definitely one of a kind! I cannot say enough words of gratitude for the kindness and honesty throughout the entire process. We were not pushed nor steered in a direction, but he explained and helped us understand every question we had. Chris is very knowledgeable and a gift to your team. My husband and I both agree we have made a lifelong relationship with Chris, as both our go-to salesman and friend. Any person who gets the chance to work with Chris will be blessed!!!
