Possibly the worst dealership EVER. brought my car to get serviced in February. I kept being told they are waiting on a part. Service department didn t want to give us a rental for the first month. Finally got a rental and they gave us brand new F150s when I have a bronco sport. Now I m spending an insane amount of money on gas. It s May 5th and my car was supposed to be ready today. Their excuse is we have to work on the other cars before yours. The part for my car has been there since April 24th and they still haven t started. Now they are saying it will be another week when they said it would be ready today. And I bet that next week they ll tell me it still isn t ready. The service ladies are incredibly rude and dismissive. I would NEVER RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE.Update: May 10th.We were promised that the vehicle would be ready today. Got a call that they are missing a part and now they have to wait on the part to come in. They told us last week, May 8th, and May 9th that they had all the parts and it would be ready on May 10th. Clearly they have no idea what they re doing.

Scheduled a time and date to get an issue checked out. After changing the oil and waiting. They came back and said they didn't have time to troubleshoot it further. For me to schedule another day. This day was scheduled for this reason! Now I have to take another day for them to troubleshoot an issue when they had the vehicle in the shop.
