Want to get my truck serviced I needed a ride home.I was told by the service lady a shuttle could bring me home, to come back in the morning 8:30 a.m. Was there on time, ~ request a ride home, the shuttle wasn't there to give me a ride home. Someone had sent him off to Lafayette for something and stated to wait until he gets back. Disappointed they didn't honor their word and I had to wait a long time

The sales personal he was very pleasant to deal with. Better than most. I had the opportunitie to purchase a SUV a few years ago, but we didn't care for the sale person attutide so we went to Infinite to purchase a QX80
