From the moment I entered Don's Car Care they made me feel like family. Having auto problems is already stressful but they explain everything in detail to you. If & when u are in need of auto repair make Don's your go to place. You'll be a satisfied customer.

They were very professional and honest about the work and prices. The front desk worker ( I believe her name was Jessica) was busy but was always had something friendly and nice to say. Today was one of those days you dread. 100 degrees outside, 30 miles from home, husband works 50 miles from location of incident. I was serving a store that I sell to and as I go to leave my battery was dead. Called the hubby to get things in motion. Long story short the customer service was amazing and very through. Everyone was so kind and helpful in this crazy moment. I appreciate the service.

A business that makes you feel comfortable about what you need done.very professional and on point with their analysis of your problem. Have been going to Don s for years and had all the services I checked done. Aside from his garage being the cleanest I ve ever seen, and everyone is super nice, the mechanics are all competent and talented. Also, very importantly,, Don s will not rip you off by telling you that something needs to be done that doesn t. I just needed my car inspection and most other place did not have the stickers yet. The gentleman that helped me there was very nice and efficient. He did not waste any time getting what I needed done.

ATTENTION!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR OVER THERE!! They are a bunch of crooks trying to get money out of you. They tried to say that my car needed 2 brand new back tires plus they added some hidden fees and the whole service was going to be almost $500. I went to another place and nothing was wrong with one of my tires! Only one tire had a nail in it and I got it patched for 10 dollars, that s it! They was trying to charge me almost $500 dollars for just a $10 service! If you go to this place they will try to over charge you for the simplest of services.

After using multiple auto repair facilities I thought I would give Don's a try based on a solid recommendation. A thorough diagnostic test was completed and the repairs were done in a professional manner.The owner worked really hard to get the problem fixed. Highly Recommended.!

Only gave a star to comment PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE THERE unless it's an oil change! I am a very respectful woman and I have never spoke negatively about someones business publicly but We paid 1200+ and our vehicle is still not running and it has been a month and I still dont have my vehicle! I am a mother of 6 couldn't go to work doctor's appointment or things for my children, He over charged us and is very unprofessional he brought my truck to sterling & now blaming sterling and sterling blaming him he's a liar talks a real good game and acts concerned but BEWARE! I HAD 2 jobs I loss one due to no transportation! I have loss out on alot of money and we won't even mention the emotional aspect of sitting in the house for a month losing money and calling people for rides!

Went in looking for tires and the guys took care of me. Found me some Bridgestone tires at a dang good price. I highly recommend them to anyone shopping for tires.

Ridiculous high prices and want the Customer to believe that the problem negates their prices, can't believe you're still in business with those unseen problems of a person's vehicle,at least show the customer what is the problem before you give that So Called Estimate
