The manager Vern makes sure that the store is clean and that they always have great customer service. Prices are always competitive no matter what part you're searching for. Give them a shot at your business and you won't be disappointed. Also make sure you join their rewards program.

My battery went out over in the Walmart parking lot! The O'Reilleys guy saw me having problems, came over and jumped me off and then tested my battery and alternator after I drove over to the store. Sure enough, bad battery. Bought another and the nice guy that had helped me, installed it and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes! Thank you SO MUCH!

This place usually has everything I need, I would like to also say that the employees and customer service here are the best in oak grove.
