My car wouldn t start at all. Christian was quick to get moving on my problem & find a solution. I was leaving to go out of town within the next day, so I didn t have much time to spare. She got my vehicle towed, fixed & I was back in it within 24 hours!

Went in to get a key cut for a cobalt. She refused to cut the key. I had all the necessary documents. She said it had to come to the dealer to program the key. So I went to another dealership and got a key cut I programmed it myself for a 30 min process. I recommend using another dealership. Poor customer service.

Wow this one of best experiences I had in my life of buying a car. Rebecca was amazing. From start to until the car in your possession, they really do hold your hand until you are happy and satisfied. Car arrive full of fuel, clean, and impeccable. I clean for Maggios. The crew is super friendly and family oriented. I ve been working out of a tiny car for a while now and they knew I was looking for a bigger vehicle. Their awesome Sales Manager, Carlyle, pulled me to the side one day and alerted me they just got a used car in I might like. As soon as I saw it, it was perfect. The whole process of buying a car from them was the easier process I ve ever been through. I would def recommend buying your next vehicle with these guys. You won t be disappointed.

Folks, I have purchased numerous vehicles in my past. I have to say, I have never had a dealership treat me like family until, I stopped in at Maggio Buick GMC. I cannot express enough appreciation to Rebecca and Derek for making me % happy with my deal. If your shopping for a new ride, take time and visit and let them make you feel welcomed. Carlyle was very pleasant to work with. He was easy-going, thorough, kind and diligent. When we had running board issues, he assured us they would be fixed and made sure it was done in a timely manner. Mr. Clent (the owner) introduced himself to us and spent time getting to know us. When he heard of the running board issue, he worked with his team to correct the issue and then surprised us with interior weather mats.We love our new vehicle and would absolutely use Maggio again.

The salesman was great. When I bought my new Terrain Denali I was told I had free oil changes as long as I left Maggio stickers on my car. After first oil change they told me they no longer doing the oil changes for free and I also found out my car had been wrecked and they did not tell me. When I confronted the staff and owner about the damage I was told it was within repair guidelines and I couldn't do anything about it.I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM MAGGIO'S AGAIN.

my salesman Carlyle and Mr Clent were amazing to work with. The vehicle I had my eye on was delayed due to supply but they got me in a truck very similar. They dealt with all my frustration about delays out of their control and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be purchasing from them again.

We bought our new SUV from Maggio Buick-GMC in New Roads in November of 2022. We worked with Derek Maggio, whose family has owned and operated this historic dealership in downtown New Roads for 70+ years. Derek made sure that ordering our new vehicle was efficient and straightforward. He kept us informed on the status of our order and made the buying process extremely easy for us. We can t say enough good things about Derek s professionalism, transparency, and talent for delivering an excellent customer experience.Maggio s is a major point of pride for the False River-area community and a tremendous asset to the region. If you interact with them, you'll understand why. We highly recommend Maggio Buick-GMC if you are in the market for a vehicle or need to get a vehicle serviced in the Baton Rouge metro area.

I have never had a better experience buying a vehicle than i did buying my Tahoe at Maggio. Also having them put on the valence that my husband requested was a great as well. It didn t take that long and i loved that they had toys for my son to play with while we waited as well as the tv for myself. Everyone there is very friendly and treats you like family. I will defiantly recommend everyone i know looking for a vehicle to go there, and my husband really enjoyed his ride with the owner in his car, I haven t seen him smile that hard after getting out a vehicle ever in my life. He has told everyone to go buy a car there.

Purchased my truck in August 2021. Just recently had my third oil change. Each service, the service guys are quicker and quicker. This definitely helps when you have a tight schedule. Customer for life

Visiting this dealership was definitely a new experience after dealing with a couple of GM dealerships in the area where I normally do business. Everybody from the receptionist to sales and service personnel made me feel at home and welcome. They made such an impact that I ll be buying my next truck there.I was in the area from Florida when my check engine light came on. My son recommended Maggio GMC because he had been dealing with the sales team recently. The service representative was very helpful and accommodating. She worked me in for an unscheduled visit immediately. After she checked the vehicle, reset check engine and completed a test drive she briefed me vey well on what she thought the issue may have been. I would definitely highly recommend this dealership s service department.

Service department is an absolute gem. All the girls who work the front are so great. Had a couple issues and everything was fixed that day. It was wonderful. Will definitely look into them when I actually decide to get a new vehicle. :)

The sales staff are very helpful and the dealership is just as nice.UPDATE, I decided to see what I could get as a trade in and was told my Yukon was previously wrecked, something Maggio not only didn't tell me but they had their own car fax like system saying the Yukon was never wrecked. I did call Maggio and they told me it was a small wreck and not to worry. I'm very disappointed

Clent was great and everyone was very nice and helpful. Our other car was 12 years old so needless to say we needed a tutorial! Rebecca was so very patient and nice. We felt like we were treated fairly and we love our new Envision. Thanks everyone!
