We had a flat tire on our camper. Insurance kept calling tow truck companies that could not help us. So we called Louisiana Tow and Recovery. Dylan had us back on the interstate in about 15 minutes.Awesome service, friendly dispatcher. Highly recommend this company.Service: Tire change

One of the most professional and expert towing drivers I have ever worked with. He towed my electric car safely onto the truck bed despite the narrowness of a > 200 feet driveway and 90 degree angle with the carport. Also arrived on time, maintained effective physical distance during this Covid-19 pandemic, and delivered the car on time to the service center.

You're never having a good day when you have to deal with a towing company but these people are the real deal. They got to me extremely fast, I had an hour tow from Baton Rouge to Nola. Amazing customer service! After waiting 6 hours from the previous provider that picked up for Progressive Roadside Assistance and no call. I asked for a new service provider. As soon as Mr. Dominique picked up the file, he called immediately. He told me not to worry, he was sorry about my previous experience but he was on his way. I wanted to make sure I left a great review for the business!

My son's RV was towed non-consensually and we had low expectations for customer service when we arrived to pick it up. The people at Louisiana Towing & Recovery surprised us with their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond what was expected to help us ensure that the vehicle was safe and sound for removal. One of my drivers needed to be towed back your office. Called Louisiana Towing and Recovery for their service. Sharon the dispatcher was extremely helpful and did everything she could to accommodate us. Finally after an hour the tow driver showed up and started loading the vehicle while on the phone with Sharon the dispatcher loudly using profanity towards her and my driver. So my driver decided to record the incident. After reviewing the video and seeing what my driver went through and the dispatcher, I definitely would not have someone like that working for my company. Terries calling today to speak with the owner, where I had to leave a message for a call back, and still haven t heard from either Don or Sue Duncan.Will definitely not recommend this service for anyone.Please read reviews before calling, we learned our lesson. Will be going to the next step of the owners does not return my courtesy call to them to report this behavior.Services: Car towing, Local hauling

Hired this company to tow me from lafayette to new orleans. They took credit card over the phone then sent truck. Truck showed up and before he hooked up said he had to cancel because he had a state police call. I wasnt until they charged me $500. I understand that state police pays top dollar. But you're gonna expect me to wait for another truck to come from hammond to lafayette to drop a truck and trailer in 2 stops before it gets to me. I called another company and told them i got someone else. They charged my card. Im glad i didnt use them seem like the type that would up charge when they hook to you're truck.

DO NOT USE LA-1 TOWING & RECOVERY. UNPROFESSIONAL DANGEROUS CARELESS MALICIOUS(???)! I was traveling East on 12 from Baton Rouge to Hammond. I was a few cars back from two tow trucks from this company around the Holden area. One was bigger like the ones for semis and the other was a car hauler with the loadable platform. One of the wreckers got in the left lane and the other in the right lane and they slammed on their brakes at the same time together and came to a complete stop on the interstate at 5:15 in the evening. There were no cars on the side of the road, no one was in front of them, no deer, no reason whatsoever for them to do such a thing. Well, their careless, possibly malicious shenanigans started a chain reaction of everyone having to slam on brakes. I stopped safely but people behind me almost ran into each other and I saw a couple cars in my rear view go onto the shoulders to avoid collisions. I don t know if this is how the owner of the company generates business for himself or what. He has legal hookers all over his trucks so he cannot be very professional. Do you send your trucks out at dusk and cause wrecks??? This owner doesn t seem to care about the lives of other motorists on I-12. Disgusting. This BS move was absolutely ridiculous, dangerous, and unnecessary.

I want to warn other drivers! Read the rewievs on yellow pages and other about this company first! This is the first time in my life when i have to do it write a bad review, but i have to do it!! Please, do not use this company if you do not want to pay a lot and not get any help!!!!!!! I had a broken upper radiator hose first they want me to tow to their garage, than driver Robert, went to look for the hose and came back with somerthing not even similiar!!! After he came back 5hours- he said he could not find the right one! And that i own them 480$$ + for part!!!!!I was trying to talk to owner her name is Suzie only screeming,using f .... words and thretning to tow!!! I am still trying to find where can i call to complain about this bussiness!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!

Lil pete came and winched me out the ditch. They were here in less time than the original time they quoted. They were affordable and professional. Will definately use them next time I need a tow.

Wouldn't drive 30 miles outside of baton rouge to tow my truck.. it was 11 at night and I had a 7 month old.. would not recommend
