I went to ya-yas to get the shell of my car door replaced. The door cost $500 and the paint $300. There was an additional small repair around my bumper with parts that cost $100. The parts were $900 in total but the man Gregory charged me $1900, with $1000 just for labor alone after I had already paid him $800 upfront... in total I paid $1900 & it took over a week to get it fixed. There was no mention that the labor itself would cost even more than the sum of the parts, and when I paid $800 upfront I was under the impression that it was it. There is no transparency with prices at this place. They make up whatever they want to get more money out of you.... there is also a scratch on my window, so I paid nearly 2 grand for this. It was a very disapointing transaction for me. Do not pay anything upfront, and get a full quote first before agreeing to anything if you decide to do business here.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I had a friend who went to get their door fixed and was charged over the top for labor, even though they had an agreement to get the repair done at a much lower cost. They are more concerned with making the most money out of a customer rather than giving fair service, which I think is more important.Service: Auto body & trim repairService: Auto body & trim repair
