So yesterday we did this thing.Rene over at Xtreme Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is AWESOME!!! He has a Fantastic personality, beautiful smile, kind heart. I can just keep going. It was a pleasure meeting Rene. If you or anyone are looking for a vehicle you have to see him. Everyone I met made me feel welcome. I ve never been more comfortable and relaxed in a dealership before. This place is definitely by far THE BEST. They definitely got it going on over there.

Before visiting Xtreme Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, I highly recommend taking screenshots of their advertised prices. We were interested in two trucks listed at excellent prices on their website. We wrote these prices down and went to see the vehicles in person.Upon discussing financing, the salesperson quoted us prices approximately $10,000 higher than those listed online for both trucks. When we checked the website again right there at the dealership, all truck prices had increased by about $10,000 within just an hour. Despite our written notes, the salesperson insisted we had made a mistake.The interaction escalated to the manager who claimed they had no control over website pricing and suggested that the original prices we noted were unrealistically low for Ram trucks.After leaving the dealership, I verified the prices online again and discovered that toggling between payment methods (cash vs. finance) showed the original lower prices on the financing page. I don't know if they were keeping tabs on page counts or this was weird luck, but the prices on the financing pages went back up about 30 minutes after I first accessed it to confirm the original low prices were on there.This experience was disheartening and a waste of our time. If you consider dealing with this dealership, be cautious and document everything before arriving, as prices may fluctuate unexpectedly and significantly.

I really really love this dealership. Everyone was professional and kind. The process was exceptionally easy and painless. Mr. Jerry was my saleman, and he is a straight shooter. He made the process exciting and fun. I appreciate everyone at the dealership that made my purchase possible. Please go and check them out. I want to specifically give my appreciation for Danny in the Service department! Not only was he incredibly contentious and comforting about my servicing scenario with my Jeep he was authentic. He made me feel like he was always going the extra mile for me no matter the difficulties we ran into. Never once did he seem to be bothered anytime I called, only concerned about getting me the best service possible, back on the road saftey, and to try and help me get the best deal possible.
