BEST SERVICE IN TOWN. Highly recommend! Nick was super helpful and told me anything that was urgent or anything that could wait. Came in for oil change, tire rotation, windshield wiper replacement, etc. and prices were doable for a grad student on a super tight budget. THANK YOU!!!

Danny and his team were welcoming and moved the cars along efficiently. Went in for an oil and wipers change along with brake light change out and was serviced while in my car in about 15 minutes. Danny pulled up my account before I put my car in park and team was ready to go. He was friendly and helpful with my questions, working in this heat. Gary and his crew are awesome. Advise me of what's needed and when. Quick and simple. I even send my mom there because I know we cam trust their advice.Drive in from Metairie just for them.

This is my regular spot for all my simple maintenance. The technicians are are experts and we ll trained. They will encourage extra maintenance sometimes but never pushy. I encourage everyone to review their cars manufacturer s schedule to know what you need to do and when.They are not cheaper than doing it yourself but that s not sales pitch it s fast easy and safe.If you want the best deal do your own maintenance but if you want the best deal but not have to do any of the work come here.

It is a consistently thorough and quick oil change. My only complaint is that I had to tell them at least 3, maybe even 4 times, that all I wanted was the oil change when they tried to upsell me all these other services. I get it; it s their job to not only provide the standard service but to sell. However, I feel like telling them once should be enough. I shouldn t have to repeat myself several times. Also, to be perfectly honest, my oil change took longer than normal because they were having a personal conversation and made me wait to finish their conversation before telling me to pop the hood.

I got a Groupon for an oil change and was really pleased with my experience. Joshua and his team provided excellent efficient service and explained what they were doing and broke down costs. Will definitely be back.

My experience was great! Fast service, good instruction for how to take care of my vehicle. The manager, Josh, was friendly and helpful and the technicians Josh and Tyrek were great!

Pricey. Not very friendly. Did not fully fill my washer fluid. They appear to drain oil from above with suction, not from drain plug, so I wonder if dirt/sludge at bottom gets cleared out.

I had a wonderful service at Valvoline today. The young adults promptly got me in and professionally checked every thing. Abrianna had exceptional services and professionalism. Communicating with her coworkers and addressing all questions I had more than adequately.5 stars

I highly recommend this business,Their customer service is second to none. Josh and his team completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service. the service was quick. The sign says 15 minute oil change and it was done in 15 minutes. If you re looking for great service this is the place to go .

Showed up Friday around 5pm. Place wasn't too busy and the guys changed out my oil quickly. Having bought a used car recently, I came with new wiper blades, hoping they could help me install them. Sadly I know little about cars. They wouldn't do it, since they were Michelin brand blades and not Valvoline. Also, even though the oil has been changed out and they put a little air in the tires, my A1 service light is still on. Not sure I would return, as they really only do a bare-bones oil change.

They worked fast and worked hard. They had two lines going and it was completely full when we got there. Those guys worked hard to make sure they gave every person professional care and they were completely the nicest men.

In and out very quickly. The team was knowledgable, friendly, and kind, and they explained everything they were doing very clearly. Felt informed about and confident in the work that was being done. Very positive experience, will go back next time I need an oil change.

Wow! Great service! Friendly and professional. And fast. No hard-sell on the extras but they did let me know what's recommended for my vehicle and how much it would cost. ..(good pricing too). I'd recommend stopping here before you get your brake tag: they do the exact same inspection and can fix any problems on the spot before you go plunk down that non-refundable fee... Great Covid safety precautions.. Everybody masked and maintaining distancing.

Thank you Valvoline St. Charles!!!! The personnel are always ready to help in any way they can. They are professional, kind and efficient. Had issues with my car so I went to Valvoline due to past great experiences. Nate treated me warmly and left me in the caring hands of Joshua who resolved my problem. Kudos for this wonderful Valvoline team!!!!!!!!!

I always come to this location for oil changes. The service is fast, everyone is nice and they never pressure me into something I don t want. 10/10, will keep coming back as long as they are here
