TL;DR: If you prioritize if you prioritize value over service, this first-come-first-serve establishment is an adequate Gentilly selection for your auto servicing needs.This is an adequate establishment at which you will fine mid to moderately high value. Do not expect to make a reservation; you cannot do so because it is first-come-first-serve. The reason one might visit here is not for the service or for the ease of use but for the cost in comparison to other auto services around Gentilly. I have had mixed results concerning how courteous customer service is and how quickly my vehicle is serviced. Yet, one will certainly expect it to be cheaper than Goodyear's goods and services. If you find yourself with enough time to get here early and enough patience to deal with someone should you get a short-tempered representative, then you might find this to be an acceptable experience with a reasonable cost.

Great business! Answered all my questions, took an hour of their time to diagnose the problem, and reassured me that all was well. No charge foranything. I have worked with them in the past and will definitely use them again.Thanks to everyone for the professional and friendly service.

Got a flat tire and could not figure out where the leak was coming from. Came here and they searched for it and it ended up being a problem with the valve. They replaced it, spent an hour of their time, and didn t charge me! I wanted to leave a tip but I wasn t sure if that was appropriate. We are from out of town but I would definitely go back if we re ever there again or recommend to anyone. Everyone was so nice. Thank you tire town!!

pulled in about 9AM to have car tire pressure checked. everyone looked dumbfounded of the request. waited 5 minutes still no service when into office and was told when they got a chance they would assist, waited another 5 minutes, well i had to go to Good Year took less than 30 section for someone to greet me and check my tires. i have been doing business at this tire town for over 20 year and they are gradually lacking in customer service and professionalism.

This place is super helpful. Had to replace our spare tire for a motorhome. Lots of places didn t wanna help us out. These guys went above and beyond and really showed us Californians the Southern Hospitality! Don t forget to tip the staff.

Did not have a good experience. I arrived at 8:10. I was the the 2nd or 3rd person in line. I was told it would take an hour and a half to 2 hours. My car was ready more than 4 hours later. I was the last person out for the morning and it was a simple tire job. I will not use them again. My time is too valuable.

What an amazing experience from Ken and the team. Made us very welcome. The staff there really know their stuff. We got a great deal on 4 new tires. To be honest, we have tire fitters closer to our home, but always go back here because of the excellent service and we want to support locally owned businesses, especially now. You won t get this level of personal service at a major chain. Can t recommend these guys enough. 100% customer satisfaction. Well done.

Got run off the road today and both my passenger side tires got shredded. Found this incredible shop just a mile from where I was and had roadside assistance take my vehicle to this shop.An amazing gentleman named Ken took care of me as soon as I walked in the door, he eased my stress right away and did a quick check of my situation.10 minutes later, he had an itemized statement of what they were going to get done, all the while cracking jokes and was in the most amazing customer service mood I have ever encountered. He had me laughing and forgetting the stress of my morning.His entire staff all were smiling and was dealing with customers in a very happy and excited mood which made their experience even better. Eight people sitting in the waiting area and not one complaint or upset customer in the place.Not only do they do tires here, they do brakes, rotors and brake pads and alignments. This crew are totally experienced professionals and go the extra mile for their customers.HIGHLY RECOMMEND you bring your business here, you will not be disappointed and you will get great service!Thank you Ken and crew from Tire Town Auto !

Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff, good movies in the lobby and GREAT prices. I am so glad I got my truck serviced here and I would recommend to anybody in the area that needs tires or their car/truck serviced. It does run as a first come first serve so get here early in the morning.

Had a bad tire. Being from Alabama didn t know where to go. Found tire town and they took good care of us got the tires we needed and installed in same day. We were here for the Sugar Bowl to see Alabama play and they saved the fun time for us. Want great service go see them at Tire Town New Orleans

The whole team is very nice. They acknowledge your presence the moment you walk through the door. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to servicing your vehicle and if the repair is beyond their ability they won t hesitate to let you know. Prices are reasonable and their work is very professional.

Don't come here unless you have plenty of time to waste,the slowest service I've ever seen after waiting 5hrs for a front end alignment that takes 10mins not a 5 star establishment more like 5

I went in thinking I was going to have to pay a hugh amount for my engine repairs. Not only did they fix the problem they only charge me for the diagnostics service. What a blessing. Love Tire Town.

I walked into this place of business I wasn't acknowledged at all. The guy at the front desk was speaking to two guys, after he finished taking care of them he never acknowledged me AT ALL. Then an older lady came in a guy came from the back which I'm still standing in the lobby and proceeds to ask the older lady "may I help you". If I didn't need this damn tire I would have left. Poor customer service

I had 2 tires losing air and another balding. The tires were fixed and I had to replace the balding tire. The time was accurate for about how long it would take. Just wish someone had gone over the directions of what needed to be done more than once- it would have been even quicker had someone asked: did you do x, y, & z?The people were friendly and conversational making it a pleasant experience.I am happy to have my vehicle back in working order. I would say all of this to anyone who asked about the experience that I had at anytime.

Tire Town is now my family s go to shop for tires and service. The service was extremely professional. My sales Rep Stan Barton, was the best salesman ever, he was curteus and polite even while working with multiple customers, he acknowledged each person that came in or called via phone, and remained cordial with each of us. The other workers were warm and friendly as well! Stan knowledgeably answered any and all questions and concerns that I had and definitely kept our best interest in mind. Although I only went in for a price quote, I left that day feeling safe, confident and overall a happy new customer, when it comes to driving our vehicle. I will highly recommend this Tire Town to everyone in need of a local tire co to grow with! And Stan is the man who s definitely an asset to the Tire Town Co, thanks again for a memorable sales experience. I called my brother to confirm which was the most if I should upgrade to the better tire package and he immediately told me to trust whichever Stan recommends. It turns out that Stan was his salesmen a few months prior. To top it all on that wet sloppy rainy day, Stan took the time to walk me to my car with my own umbrella just being a perfect gentleman. I trust Stan to be my mother s Sales rep, as well as any other female family member or friend. He s attentive & respectful. Thanks

Their whole staff clearly love their job. More specifically though, Ken is amazing. We related on so many levels and he helped me in more ways than just my car, bout about life. Be more like a Goldfish. Thank you so much for this place I ll be recommending this tire shop to every single person I interact with.

Every time I enter the Tire Town facility, I am treated like family, the customer service is great. When the employees greet you it feels like they know you personally. Also service on my vehicle is always complete with quality work and done in a timely fashion

It's been a few years since I've come to this tire town, and after reading the reviews I decided to give them another try. I was blown away by the atmosphere and attitude of the employees I had two specialty tires for my car and the guy at the counter didn't blink! and said if his guys couldn't do it he'd point me in the right direction!.... the took care of my tires at a reasonable price. I'll let my wife go there and feel pretty good about what they suggest for repairs!

Actually I been there several times and as always everything is excellent. They are very helpful, friendly and honest about everything dealing with your vehicle. They are very reasonable in price and service is awesome. Definitely will recommend to any and everyone to pay a visit and see for yourselves.

I ve never had a bad experience at tire town! They re always honest, and do the work quickly. Twice I ve gone in and they solved my problem for no charge! So I m always happy to give them my money to fix things. Also good covid safety! Employees were wearing masks, and there was hand sanitizer available. I appreciate that they re taking care of their employees and customers during this time!

Excellent service. Fast service. Most friendly and informative attendants. Tire Town has been at this location for over 50 yrs. and they really know what they are doing. A large selection of tires with expert advice on all aspects from brakes to front end alignment and more. Tire Town is my #One choice.
