I was traveling to New Orleans, Louisiana from Austin, Texas for Mardi Gras 2024. During my trip my vehicle started to have issues I was advised by Tesla customer service that the nearest location was this Tesla service center location in New Orleans, Louisiana. The Tesla staff at this location was very friendly and helpful in regards to updating me and resolving my issue with a 12 V battery being the initial result. Further more investigation at the service center and with the help of this Tesla service staff they were able to determine that it was due to a default in the high-voltage battery. From there the staff was able to assist me and getting a loaner vehicle as well as informing me on the process that will take place for service on the vehicle. They were able to correlate and gather more information in regards to dropping the vehicle off at my local Tesla service center for further service. This experience at this location was great as they were able to assist me in a time of need I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that is traveling or if you are a local here in town in need of service!

This was my first experience with the Service Center. My Model 3 needed a new 12v battery after 3 years of ownership. I tried to schedule a mobile service request, but it was going to take 2 weeks to get service. I called the New Orleans Service Center and they could fit me since this is a battery replacement and could affect the car starting. I arrived at 9:15am on a Monday and was completed before 10am. I appreciate the ease of getting my mobile service request transferred on my account and getting the service performed so easily and quickly. Obviously this isn't a difficult job to perform, but I was pleased at the experience overall.

Genuinely one of the most poorly run service centers. I had appointment on Jan 2 at 8:30am and told the service would be complete by EOD. They told me at 2-3pm that it d actually be a week because they had to wait for a part so wasted my entire day waiting around for it to be finished to be told it d be another week. A week goes by, I m told to ignore the estimated repair date in the app and not drive back to pick it up until they have let me know. Another week goes by, I have to message multiple times in the app to receive an update that again says they are waiting on a part. It has now been 25 days and I requested to speak to a supervisor via Tesla app and received a call saying it wouldn t be ready today and they can t give me a solid date that it will be (after that phone call, it has been pushed back again to Jan 31 which is 30 days from original drop off). I was told they would give me a call in an hour to update me because the technician was on a test drive. It has now over 2 hours and I have yet to receive a call which is on brand with how the entire fiasco has played out. They provided me a loaner on Jan 2 that is a beat up model 3 that had trash all in it. I m now paying a car note and car insurance on a vehicle they have held for 25 days with no repair end in sight. I called again and I was sent to voicemail. This is outrageous and unsure how it is even legal to have this many smoke and mirrors to obtain my own vehicle in working conditions.

Horrible. I can't even believe the experience I just had.I literally sent them the part number that was broken, told them exactly what I needed. They sent a quote and claimed it was in stock - quoting a different part number - and we had a back and forth with them claiming it would work. Then they tricked me into a "free camera upgrade" and later revealed that they did not have the part in stock, the other part would in fact not work, and the correct part wont be here for another 2.5 weeks. Basically lies so they could get paid for Tesla-paid work and not actually do the work that I needed done in the first place.The part btw is a shattered roof glass. Car is not usable for my purposes while I wait.And the service rep had the gall to call me and then put me on hold while she tried to figure out when the part would actually be in, never came back to the phone, then scheduled a new appointment online and sent a message in the app, presumably because she was scared or felt so foolish.But wait, there's more! The broke my front seat some how. Squeaking and grinding when it moves now and the entire seat is loose. It has literally never done that prior to this visit. There are literally pieces of broken plastic left under the seatI WILL NEVER EVER USE TESLA SERVICE CENTER AGAIN. I PREFER TO FIND A INDEPENDENT OR FIGURE OUT MYSELF than use this time wasting joke of a service center.

They are terrible. My husband brought our Tesla model 3 in for an appointment and they took the longest time getting the vehicle back. They never have space to take on vehicles, if you have an appointment that isn t going to matter either because they will just get to your car whenever they get to It.

This is a great location -- very responsive personnel, great communication, and job got done very quickly. A+++ Tesla service center. Convenient waiting area inside. I have had a few minor things fixed at the service center and they are top notch. The biggest repair done so far was a door ding that came out beautifully. I have a mobile service coming up for the rear hatch(MY). When I try and open the trunk sometimes it pops but gets caught on something and re secures. Was told it possibly is a faulty latch. I will update once it s fixed.UPDATEMobile appointment was canceled by the service center and scheduled to bring in to the shop. They found the issue and ordered the replacement part but I will have to go back for the repair.UPDATEDropped off MY for repair and was given a loaner. Repair completed within a few days and everything works perfectly.

I created a service appointment for my car to address issues that were under warranty. Being my first time I sent two messages via the app to inquire about how long my car would be there and if loaners were provided. No response. The day of arrival, I brought my work with me expecting a long wait with few options. Upon arrival I was told that there are loaners available for repairs lasting longer than a day. Mine would be ready that day so no loaner, but $100 in an Uber voucher would be given so that I could go elsewhere and not have to wait. Being from the northshore, this wouldn t work for me as $100 wouldn t cover my trip home and back and I really didn t find waiting somewhere else to be more appealing than the dealership. So at 9am, I settled in with laptop and my work. Seven hours later my car was ready. The windshield wasn t replaced as I was told a follow up appointment was needed and my seat wasn t addressed as I was told that the dealership failed to provide additional documentation required for that issue since it was a costly repair. Additionally upon leaving I discovered a rattle I reported was not fixed and actually worse. Seven hours, three repairs not done and no heads up prior to my appointment that I would need additional documentation for one of the repairs. I m very disappointed in Tesla service and if asked I would say strongly consider my experience before buying. Tesla markets itself as upscale/luxury, but my experience with the service center was anything but that. Compared to my prior vehicle (Mercedes) service experience, Tesla has a long way to go. They can and should do better for their customers.

Very helpful young man named Leandro. He set us up for a test drive in a model Y. He was very patient explaining this new vehicle to us. (Probably as much to preserve his inventory as to make sure we were safe!) Later, when we asked about the details on how to order one, he was spot on in his knowledge of his to get it delivered in another state. (You see, we live in a state, LA, where some politicians are unusually friendly to the oil and gas industry. They no likee eVehicles.)

Mobile service is pathetic. They changed appointment times & locations at least 5 times. What was supposed to take one appointment turned into two & service is still not completed. This occurred over the course of two months. Recommend just bring your vehicle in if it is urgent.Services: Tires, Body & TrimServices: Tires, Body & Trim

My tesla had a battery coolant leak on my way to Mississippi from California and this service center was the closest one and luckily it was also on the way. Unfortunately, it happened during memorial day weekend so they weren't able to work on it until the next Tuesday which was understandable.Even though they were closed, a staff named Wesley was still communicating with me through the Tesla App to get me with the process and answer my questions. I believe Robert was the staff at the front desk that was helping me answer my questions after dropping off my Tesla and he was also very helpful. He gave me an estimate of when it should be repaired, but they managed to get it fixed 5 hours before the time they gave me which REALLY helped me a lot in trying to get my errands done that day. The repairs were quick and the communication was amazing. Thank you so much!

Dropped off my new 2021 Model Y car Monday 6.28.21 for Service scheduled for Tuesday, for minor warranty work---The Service Center was Super Clean, No normal Garage Smells etc--Robert was my Service advisor---so far--everything is great--hopefully i will be able to continue this Service Work---

Probably wouldn t have bought a Tesla if I new their mobile service was of this quality (not to mention take 2 weeks at best to book an appointment). FYI if you need tires just go to tire world.

Brought my vehicle in for a window change, left a key card with the service rep. I pulled the Tesla key card from my RIDGE wallet which is a metal freaking wallet that protects my cards. Came back later that evening with a warped key card. I brought this up to the attention of the rep and his snobby remark was I must ve left it in the sun cause my card key was on his desk the entire time.: right like as if not at any point did he or anyone else needed a key to get into my vehicle to change the window. Lack of taking responsibility. I spent 1400 on a window repair last thing I expect was a petty statement from a service rep from Tesla.

Exceptional crew at this location. Everyone was professional and explained things in a way I could easily understand. Communication during the length of my repair was wonderful. My son was particularly fond of Sergio and believes him to be a Tesla Super hero. Both my husband and myself have had our vehicles serviced here and it s always a great experience.

We had several text messages back and forth with service center and Nola and weren't able to get a scratch fixed from them, but per their recommendation we went to Steed's Collision in Biloxi, Mississippi and they buffed it out completely for free.

This is a great facility it has all the amenities to be able to sit and wait for your vehicle if it's a short visit but they will assist you in an Uber in case you want to travel short distances. I'm sure it's a courtesy for warranty calls. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I love my Tesla.

I had to visit the service center to address an issue under warranty. The team completed the repair in around 1.5 hours, well under their estimated time. In and out. Super easy! Water, coffee, WiFi, and bathrooms are available while waiting. So glad we have a service center here in New Orleans!

2016 Model X 90DMany visits to the New Orleans shop. Finally met a smiling face today. I couldn t get his name, May be Garcia.It s hard dealing with repairs when there is only one shop you can take your vehicle to, but overall my experience with the shop has been so so . Today was different. Not sure what comes out of the work etc, but a smile and welcoming face can make a world of difference. Keepthis guy.By the way being in the healthcare care field, our expectations are higher.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical

If you can avoid this place, DO NOT GET WORK DONE HERE. Incompetence that almost cost an accident. I sat here for hours and observed their interaction with other Tesla owners as well and it was mostly obnoxious. 1/10 do not recommendService: TiresService: Tires

They are the best out of all the Tesla Service Stations, they are honest, nice, and caring. Great customer service. Other service stations need to come here for lessons.

Excellent service. They were very helpful navigating the delivery process and fixing glitches with the registration paperwork.They are very pleasant to talk to on the phone and answer the phone quick. The were very responsive to the issues with my car. My car came with some minor scratches and they took care of it within a few hours.

As far as Tesla services goes, they re great but tesla themselves charge for every little thing, & I mean everything. Typically when you bring your car to the shop, if there is 0 fault, they ll let you know and you go bout your day, correct? Lol not Teslas. If they don t find any faults wrong with your vehicle, you re getting charged a $25 fee for no faults insane isn t it.

Dedicated service team that fixed my car issues that came up while I was on a long-distance road-trip. They even stayed after business hours to resolve the issue.
