Oil leak in my driveway. I ve tried contacting the corporate office twice to no avail and I ve been back to the Take 5, four times since this happened. I will be contacting a lawyer and the BBB .The manager Tega was nice and understanding but the corporate office isn t responding to her calls eitherI tried calling the corporate office 2x to no avail. My call still hasn t been returned

Absolutely terrible, I will never go back. They insisted that I needed new windshield wipers, but when they tried to replace them they told me they could only get one to go on? They had already charged me for both and said they would give me a credit. I said no, so they said they would have to charge me twice and it would take 3-5 days for the first charge to be refunded. Then they said they would try again to get the 2nd wiper on. They forced it on and now it doesn't work at all on that side of the car (as pictured). I called the phone number and only got an automated answering service. Still waiting for a call back. Extremely upsetting how unprofessional this has felt.Update: still have not gotten a call back and the other wiper just fell off. They clearly didn't fit my car and they just wanted to make an extra sale. It's storming all week and my car is unusable.2nd update: someone called and when I called back within 10 minutes it went straight to voice-mail which was full so unable to leave another message :(

Great service. Thorough inspection. They also listen to your concerns and address them. They don t try to pressure you in high-end products, but offer you what you really need.

I needed an oil change in mid city so I decided to try these guys out. They gave me a bottle of water as soon as I arrived and got to work on my car immediately. Joe was super helpful and explained everything they were doing, the pros and cons of different services, and what I should look out for in the future.

The guy that helped me was super knowledgeable, and pleasant. I was also really happy about how quickly he got me out of there cuz I had worked all day and was exhausted. I will definitely recommend to family an friends. I had a great experience! I went to the Canal Street location.

Great service, once I finally was seen. Waited in line for almost an hr. This location only has 2 bays. Seemed like 1 man was doing the actual oil changes for both bays. The woman clerk doing paperwork was very nice. And one guy was directing traffic lanes the majority of the time and filling tires with air only. This place def needs more workers as there were only 3. 1.5 hr later had good oil change.Management take note. Won't be back here again. Tried this location previously and turned around bc saw the lines hadn't moved after getting a car wash. Seems to be an ongoing issue.

They use to be fantastic. Not sure what happened? I took my car for a basic oil change. It supposed to be $91 pluse $27 for filter.I was charged $245 dollars. The service was mediocre and the lady who up-charges (cashier) is very rude and unprofessional. I m sad to say that I will not take my car there again.,

They pay attention to detail by asking questions about last car services and maintaining quality standards. Employees are knowledgeable about cars, so there is no worrying if something is half-done or forgotten. I m a frequent customer because of the staff. I pass up many similar locations for 5280 Canal Blvd s services.

Employees very courteous, valuable info given on my vehicle & fluids were top off. I usually go to the Carrollton or Canal blvd location depending on how many cars are there for service. Sometimes the wait is long. I prefer Canal blvd location because there's a car wash by them.

Love their work ethic s, they work as a team, and they did everything that they could do to make sure my car had a complete oil change. I felt like I was at the VW dealership but the only difference was I received excellent customer service and much better communication with a smile When it comes down they the dealership because they care.They even gave me bottled water!!!!!!The staff in Lakeview deserves 10 stars not 5.Thank you guys for all your excellent Customer Service !!!!!!!!!!!See you soon!!!!!

GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION!!! Came in for an oil change beginning of February and the minute I pulled up I could hear all the workers laughing and giggling among each other. Because I was a female I was not shown my oil line and I could hear the guys talking amongst each saying would she even know what I m showing her, also told him what oil I needed and told him to give me the one that was 60$ but he argued me on why I needed to buy the more expensive one although I get the same everytime I get an oil change. He then took my filter out and I told him I didn t want it changed because that s something I could do myself and he gave it to me saying it wouldn t go back to not my car so he then broke it! By far the worst experience ever, will never be back at this location!

First, my oil change itself took around 30 minutes because my attendant overflowed the oil and it spilled. They had cleaned their mess before checking me out. And, I noticed I had waited in a line for a while because they were cleaning oil from the ground from the previous customer.Second, the splash guard underneath my car was improperly reinstalled. The fasteners came loose as I was driving. I had to drive 4 miles with my metal splash guard dragging on the ground. I went to the nearest car shop and they informed me that splash guards and fasteners are specific to the make and model. It cost me $300 to get it replaced. Apparently, most people with my issue come from Take 5.

I am not one to leave reviews. In fact, this is the first review I have ever left. After my experience at Take 5, it was impossible to not share my experience with others so that they could avoid making the same terrible mistake. I went to simply get an oil change. Part of the oil change service is to check the air pressure of the tires. While filling up one of my tires, they broke the stem valve which meant my tire was no longer any good. They asked me if they could replace it with my spare as if I had any other option. I still don t even understand how that could have happened??? I went there for an oil change and left with one less tire. The guy gave me half off my next oil change for the extreme inconvenience that they left me with as if I will ever go there again. The experience was completely bizarre and infuriating. It was truly as if the people working there had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Save yourself and your vehicle DO NOT GO HERE.

The Take 5 team on Canal Blvd. is amazing. They greeted me as soon as I arrived and offered me a bottle of water. In addition to my oil changed, my tire pressure was checked and my windshield was cleaned. The camaraderie amongst the team made me feel like I had my own pit crew. I always go to Take 5, but this location is my new favorite!Service: Oil change

Pretty straightforward service, and I like the options that come with the upsells (wiper blades, better oil, etc) in case I want to save a trip to autozone. I d definitely recommend this place, although if there s a line, be prepared to wait a little while.

Avery young person that did not appear that he had ever worked there before. Had to ask him to check my tires and did not reset the mileage for the next oil change. I have gone there for years and very disappointed

I waited for 40 min to an hour for service. The person waiting on me had no idea what he was doing. Manager kept having to come correct him. He couldn t even use the scanner in the computer. Then to top it off I was overcharged for my service. Extremely disappointed by this service. I will have to think twice before going back again.

Good job on servicing. I went because I was emailed a $20 coupon from take 5. I waited in line about an hour. When it was my turn, I let the technician know I had a coupon, and he said this location doesn t accept coupons on Thursdays. I asked if he was joking, and he said I should come back tomorrow. I reviewed the coupon while my car was being serviced, and there were no restrictions on days of use. Other than that, great service. Probably won t go back. It was $195 for oil, AC, and engine filter.
