If you simply need an oil change or other minor service then there's no reason to not go here. However, if you need anything done on the engine, DO NOT GO HERE.A couple of months ago, I had them replace an ignition coil only to have the same engine code come up again the next day for the same cylinder. When I brought it back to them to check out, they told me I would have to leave my car there to check out. They would not do it right then. This was unacceptable. If I get a well-done steak at a restaurant when I asked for Medium-Rare, they will immediately recook a new one without making me wait.I took the car to another shop only to discover that the person who worked on my car at SpeeDee had stripped the bolt on the ignition coil he replaced, thus causing it to not seat well. So, I had to pay for them to drill the old bolt out, THEN replace the coil. This cost me several hundred more dollars that I could not recover.In short --- Oil change, good. Engine work, terrible...hence the 3-star review for overall experience.

I ve been going to speedy for 4yrs. Luv there services. Very professional and fast service Never had a problems. They take their time with you and explain every thing that s wrong with your car. Thank you speedy

The owner here treats his customers like family. He helped me diagnose a problem with my differential to help determine whether or not the car was safe to drive the 500 miles I was determined to drive to visit my parents. He is so caring and accommodating.

Unless you want an oil change - don't bother with this shop.I wanted a battery for my car, a 2018 Stelvio. Battery change would seem quite simple. Gary, the shop guy said "I don't work on those cars - I don't even know where the battery is".If he had spent 2 minutes to check, he would have found it to be under the back hatch floor - easy peasy to get to.I called Firestone - they had the battery, and installed it in under one hr. I'll go there for all my future car needs. Guess they aren't afraid to change a battery. So, they got the sale on a $300 battery.Sorry to leave Don.Gee, I wasn't asking them to work on the space shuttle !!

Went for an oil change. Needed brake pads as well. They fixed everything within a few hours. Mechanic was communicative and straightforward. Overall, an excellent experience.

Don was great. He was honest with me when they didn t have the correct filter for my diesel. He was diligent, called the dealer and did everything he could. Highly reccomend this shop. Just for the honesty alone.

I always have great experiences here. Service was quick and well done. Bubba is wonderful and got oil change, coolant change, and tire rotation done in 45 minutes.

Do NOT come here. The level of professionalism & communication is horrid. I was rowed here by AAA and was told that my car would be serviced today, NOPE I sat here for 2hrs only to be told then that the mechanic was not in and I would NOT have been able to be seen today anyways! Idk why I wasn't told that when I was dropped off?? Now I am waiting for another hr+ for a row truck to come BACK HERE and tow my vehicle home. This was ridiculous and could have been avoided.

I've been going here for my car maintenance for 3 years and have nothing but good things to say about the staff. While technically a local chain, this location doesn't feel like a typical corporate auto servicing place.The mechanics are knowledgeable, and I've never felt like they are pushing extra or unneeded services on me. The owner is kind, hardworking, and incredibly involved with both customers and the mechanics. While there has been some turnover in the past three years, especially with Covid, I see many of the same faces each time I go. Even if they may not recognize me, they do recognize my car. When there's been an issue with my car, about 85% of the time, they've been able to see my car that day, without an appointment.Most importantly, as a repeat customer, there have been multiple occasions where they've gone out of their way to help me. They have consistently shown that they value both me as a customer and my vehicle.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I am so grateful to everyone at this shop! I dropped my car off for an A/C recharge and it was all fixed and ready to go within the hour.Every employee I spoke with was kind and competent. I was not overcharged or pressured into services I did not need. I could not be more thankful for my newly functional air conditioning and an easy breezy experience. Thank you all so much!

Been coming to this specific place for years. I started because they were 2 blocks from my apartment and I could leave my car and come back if they were real busy. But since I moved, I've continued to use only them because they're pretty awesome.It is first come first served. And they stay moving. For oil change, they're consistent. And they check all the odd and ends like fluid levels, battery, filters, etc etc. And price wise, it's one of the better deals around the city, esp if you get the coupon. For parts and other work, it is pretty pricey. But then again, you'll find that just about anywhere you go.*If you go to the company's website, you'll find some coupons.

This was my second visit here I didn t even consider anyplace else after the first. The people here are incredibly friendly and take time to answer my questions without pushing me to buy additional products or services. Their process is thorough. Do not recommend! Pulled up about 8:00-8:05am, guy told me I had two cars in front and that I can drop it off and come back they ll call me. I needed a diagnostic and tune up. 12:30pm comes around I call to get an update, they haven t got to me yet. That was fine as I understood that I had two cars in front me. Guy on the phone didn t have good customer service. So now, it s 2:30 no call from them, so I call back and they say they haven t got to it and that I can come pick it up and bring back another day. Because they had a lot of cars ahead of me. They literally wasted my time for no service. Will not recommend! You ll only get service if it s something simple like an oil change.

Best advice is to get there first thing in the morning or mid day to avoid long wait times. I've been coming here for 5 years. I love that the techs don't get pushy with trying to sell you services you didn't come there for. I do recommend.
