Top notch. In service and speed. Friendly atmosphere that you don't often find in this field. I know when someone puts hands on my truck, I'm getting the best. They did great to meet me on the road when I had a blow out and needed it done in a hurry. They responded and met the challenge with a smile. If you choose any other tire store, you're choosing second rate, because they have the top spot locked in! I'll never go anywhere else! Keep on keeping on STM!

Had a blowout on semi trailer. The place was easy to find. Prices very reasonable. Staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I got two tires put on very quickly. I m definitely referring everyone I can about this tire shop. Thanks for a very professional service.

Dispatch for this location is absolute trash. Purchased a tire Saturday, the tread completely blew off Thursday. Called dispatch to get roadside service for THEIR failed tire, was transferred to 3 different employees before landing on the phone with Steve. After explaining the situation, Steve proceeded to be condescending, and found the situation quite hilarious. Long story short, I called the STM in Biloxi, who found the New Orleans location at fault, and was able to help me. I'm extremely greatful that these employees weren't as useless as Steve. I've been purchasing tires from this same location loyally for over 3 years. I wouldnt spend a single penny here again.P.S.Quit being useless Steve.

Had a great experience . Guy that came assist me roadside for waste pro . I think his name was Trayvon . Great guy . Respectful . Fast working . Had me back on the road in 15-20 mins .

Dropped a tire off yesterday at 3pm to be repaired, they told me they d have it ready this morning. I ve been here waiting an hour, it s still not ready. I just loaded it up, and am going somewhere else.

So my father brought a truck tire to Southern for a valve stem replacement yesterday. My father knew the valve stem was bad and told the service man. Upon picking up the tire today, the service man advised they had changed the valve stem and did not charge us. Upon arrival back to the house, after jacking up RV, and taking multiple tires off, my father sprayed the valve with soap water. The soap water showed the same bad leak, which meant they lied to us and did not change the valve stem. Long story short, Southern Tire sucks big time and they wasted our day. Go to Goodyear across the street. Way better service.

Great wheel alignment and tires for large vehicles. I came there with my Mercedes Sprinter 2500 high roof extended - lots of places can't do the wheel alignment but this place can. They gave great service, very knowledgeable and did my wheel alignment and I'm very happy with it. compared to another place where they try to rip me off by by making stuff up that didn't need fixing.

Takes forever. Was there for 2 hours to get a tire balanced(that they put on), and I was there when the doors opened. Lot of guys standing around. No organization or sense of urgency. Do not recommend if you have anything to do the rest of the day.

They are well stocked and the person on the stock area was nice BUT... the clerk on the front desk, thats a different story. He acted as if he was doing me a favor by selling me an inner tube. He was dismissive and tried to offend me by insinuating i couldnt pay for a 70 dollar inner tube... PLEASE.

Our roadside assistance hired this company to change a tire with a 90 min guarantee. 3.5 hours later I called the dispatch and they informed me that their driver drove past me and couldn't help me because I was on the side of a bridge. I was in communication with them from the first 10 min and I told them my location right away and yet I waited 3 hours on the side of the bridge for them to say they can't help me. Terrible customer service. It wasn't until they told me they couldn't help me and so I drive 10 miles on a flat tire to an exit that they would come fix my tire. I waited a total of 5 hours because of their poor communication and lack of caring about their customers

I called my rep for 4 -11r24.5 to be installed on tractor and tire.to get swop.from tractor to trailer. I ask for.appoinment at sat at 800am. They said they show as close as possibleOn Saturday at 907am I told the tech has not showed. 30 min later I was told they have to send the tires and tech out of.nola. because the tech in Houma did not show for.work. it be 2 to 3 hours. Two hours later the nola the tech shows up with only one tire and installs it.I call my rep he said a tech is coming out in a hour out of Houma with tires.I called 200pm the sales person said that it would be 1.2 mins. After 14 mins I called now his said a hour. company lost 8 hours of standby for a rig and a crew on a Saturday. This location are out of Houma and Nola.

What a joke. I've been sitting here for about 45 minutes with a flat tire. One of the workers walking around looking at his cell phone. Another's polishing his white tennis shoes. Another one with his earbuds plugged up is searching for music on his phone while sitting on his butt. Just came in and said they have no tire patches. Won't be back here. Ever !

Brought in my sport chasis to get new tires on it and they said it would be done by the morning becuase im not from this state and they still didnt have them put on very ignorent

Good, quick service ONCE THEY GET YOU IN, but lengthy wait and very tight parking lot for big trucks with trailers.
