I just paid $60 to have my car detailed . I may be crazy, but I expected them to take care of the details that are hard to take care of without professional cleaning equipment. The photos were taken AFTER having my car was detailed by Soft Touch. There were some areas that were not even wiped down or vacuumed AT ALL. I am so disappointed that I paid $60 just to have to come home and clean my car myself. The only reason I gave two stars is because the employees were nice and they took me right away without having an appointment.

I went to get my brake tag on a Friday afternoon four days before the end of the month and there was only one person in front of me. My complete transaction took about two minutes. I noticed that the provide glass windshield service, which should come in handy for all the car break-in victims.

Typical auto-pay car wash. No pre-scrub or post-dry, no fills. Windshield was covered with bugs going into the $10 wash and was pretty much covered with streaks of the same bugs when I came out. Rest of car was ok.

Have been coming here for a couple of years now for brake tag/inspection sticker. Relatively quick and painless process. Went today for a new one and the employee performing the check could not have been more UNFRIENDLY if they tried.I get it, it s summer, it s hot, and it s a repetitive job all day, but the lack of customer service or any type of enthusiasm was disappointing. There was little effort to remove the residue left behind from the previous sticker, before applying the new sticker.Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they should definitely work on providing a more friendly demeanor and better service to your customers.

I came here for an inspection sticker. The inspector was not friendly in a traditional sense, but they were very efficient and I had a sticker on my car within 5 minutes of arriving. This is an extremely fast and efficient inspection site and I highly recommend if you want to get in and get out. $50 will get you a two year sticker in no time.

I renewed my brake tag here. The service was fast. My issue was the attendant was very unfriendly and curt, as if I was a problem/annoyance for them, then left a bunch of residue on my windshield from my previous brake tag sticker. Every other brake tag location I've been to takes the time to properly remove the sticker and clean the area.

Went for brake tag no one in line lady professional NAH said good morning she never answered. All she said license. Registration, insurance.May her day start off wrong 8amI spoke with owner and was very polite I would recommends place.

I always get my brake tags here. They are fast and efficient. Just make you have your insurance card and registration. (N.B. if you are missing the former, you can call your agent to get a copy by text or email. That saved me today!)

Solid car wash. They have options ranging from quick $10 drive through up to full detailing. I called in the AM to inquire about an interior job as I had just gotten back from the beach and had sand inside. He said I could come on in as it's first come first serve. I wound up going in about an hour later and the man at the register explained all of their options. I went with an interior detail and they did an upgraded wash, so the total was about $80. He said it would be an hour and a half so I walked down to the Bulldog for lunch, and when I came back an hour and a half later my car was ready and clean. I'll definitely be returning here.

Great place very fast the ladies and the young/ older man was very nice. Even though I had to go back because my windows was tinted they were very nice people to me. I will be back on Friday. I'm taking to this darn tint off.

I was unsure of how to enter so I called from my car and an extremely nice young man told me an met me at the back. He saw that I was still unsure. Maybe better signage at the entrance?

I do not usually Write reviews.. But in this case I feel that I should. Soft touch car wash is outstanding in every way. It is locally owned and it shows. There is pride in all the work that the employees do with a beautiful attitude. I highly recommend this car wash and it s excellent employees.my cars come out perfect every time. P. S. The brake tag station is a separate entity. I am speaking of SOFT TOUCH car wash and it s EXCELLENT, accommodating employees!!!!!

I tried this place again yesterday after a not great experience 2 years ago. I was there approximately 45 minutes after they opened. The vacuums didn't work properly (no suction), the machine where you pay was down, and the car wash itself shut down. Needless to say, when the car wash restarted, my car was not cleaned. I asked an employee about the problems (my car was stuck between 2 cars in the wash and almost hit). She was EXTREMELY rude. I would rather drive a little further to Veterans for a better experience. I reached out to them after I left yesterday and no response.

I've been in the neighborhood approx 12yrs. My wife said, there's a brake tag station around the corner. First couple years, everything fine. Following year my wife bought the car and the Black guy who's previous job must have been military drill SGT. Inspected the car,Fortunately I was behind her waiting to be inspected. The guy (drill sgt)ran his thumb nail across the glass and said that the window film had to come off.. When I had the tint applied i specified it must be legal. After application,they used a light meter to show me it was legal.We decided to use your station the following year. A very friendly lady inspected vehicle and put new tag on.The next year the Drill Sgt almost had my Japanese wife crying, as she looked for somewhere to remove the tint. Thank God I was there . We left and got sticker elsewhere.BTW I'm black also, so thats NOT the problem. Drill SGT HAS GOT TO GO. AND BTW 10yrs I was a NOPD Officer,next 15 yrs Gold Patch ASE Master tech.

This place now does interior detailing as well. Got an oil change, carwash, and detail in about 30 min. Awesome!

The car wash side was excellent no issues. The brake tag side had very rude customer service not friendly at all. I don t think I ll be going back there to get my brake tag done. I think if you asked somebody how s your day going they should be able to open their mouth and respond. Poor customer service!!!

I would have give 5 stars, as it has always been a great place to vacuum and wash your car. You used to be able to pay for the complete Exterior clean for $20 or $25 and it included the hand wipe down. No longer. You have to buy the $36 interior included for exterior wipe down. I like to clean my own interior. This harms their workers, as I had $8 ready to tip for wipe down. Sorry guys! Thank your boss for making less money!

For the last several years I have gone to Soft Touch Car Wash to get my vehicle inspections. The staff is always polite and they are very punctual. I send all of my family members to this location. I look forward to trying their car wash service as they are in a very good and convenient location.

Excellent one stop shop! Getting my brake tag was quick and easy, then got the full service wash (with a coupon that I received from the brake tag employees, they are so friendly!) and my car is now spotless inside and out. Highly recommend!

Wow! And, WOW! Went in for my brake tag and grabbed a quick wash. They are offering free wipe and shines with the $20 car wash...best service in both departments! Fast, friendly, and not a water spot to be seen on my car. Thank you, your team is 5-star across the board!

This is a great place for brake tags. I was here this morning at 9:00 4/1/14 and the two young people working were awesome. They checked my lights, turn signals, back up lights, and, brakes. They even changed my plate. Very friendly and courteous. I don't due usually reviews but I've been looking for weeks for a brake tag place because I'm new to New Orleans and I had to clue where to go. So if you're looking for a brake tag place in Orleans Parish this is a great one. I was in and out in less then 15 minutes. . .

What a great place. 1 stop shop. Got break tags and probably the best car wash I ve ever had! Although it was used when I bought it, I got it from a dealer who detailed it and the car honestly looked better than when I got it from the dealer. I ll definitely be back.
