I ve had 3 cars in the last 5 years and I always bring them to regal for work. Trust worthy, knowledgeable and they usually get my car in and out in the same day.

Raphael is a straightshooter, knowledgeable, and generally good guy. He has great service, does solid, dependable work, and is the most reasonably priced auto mechanic in town. Highly recommend.

My vehicle was making a grinding noise after going through a construction zone.I was visiting from out of town so everyone suggested regal auto repair. I was able to bring it in and Rafael took a look at it right away. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue the next day so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation and get back on the road. They were honest and up front and with the repairs needed. Definitely a great place to get your repair work done.

I've been taking my car to Raphael for the past couple years and always found him to be honest and he does great work. His rates are very reasonable. He gets busy but I guess that's the cost of taking your car to the best mechanic around. I'll keep using him as long as he's still working.

Raphael is a solid dude and has always taken care of any issue I have ever had. I will only take my car here because I trust him and his crew. He is a very experienced mechanic and I have never had any reason to doubt coming here. Raphael is the best!

I had an EXPENSIVE brake job that needed to be done on a 16 year old pickup from the North (i.e. *rusted!*). Parts and labor costs were fair. Done in one day, beautiful job, good people, I felt comfortable with this shop.

Stopped in very last minute, near to closing & on game day (where many other businesses were closing early). I needed someone to help change my tire, and Raphael was able to help me out immediately. Tire change was fast and professional, and as I didn t need a new tire, they very generously did not charge for their time. I ll be taking all my business here from now on. As a woman, it was also wonderful to stop by a business & feel safe, respected, & not condescended to (which happens a lot with car-related things, as other ladies will know). Can t recommend these folks highly enough.

I came in with minor issues for my ac and needing an oil change. When he called later in the day with his estimates, both were WAY more expensive than they should have been (ac 1300 oil 60) so I immediately cancelled the ac repair. When I came in to get my car, he bumped up the price of my oil change to 82 and said "a couple bucks for a rich lady like you" I was already hesitant to go alone as a young woman, but this had me very upset. I'm sure he's a good repairman but as a young woman I really didn't appreciate the sexist treatment I received.Services: A/C installation & repair, Oil change

I came to New Orleans for a business trip from Chicago. My brakes were bad but I had to leave Chicago in a hurry so I couldn't get them fixed before I left. I bought the parts from AutoZone and searched for 5 hours going from one auto repair garage to another and everyone wanted to charge me $250 - $350 even though I had the parts.I went to the mosque for Friday prayer and met a taxi driver who recommended I take my car to Raphael and let me tell you, he was a blessing. I asked him how much he would charge to replace the brake pads and rotors for my car and without any bs or hassle he told me $88+tax. Needless to say, I agreed right away. That is almost exactly what I had in mind and pocket lol.He did an excellent job. Replaced the rotors and pads in under an hour while I waited in the garage. He's a very kind, humble, and joyous man. I highly recommend going to him for all your car repair needs.Thanks Mr. Raphael!!

Raphael really helped me out when I was in a jam. My clutch went out and he explained to me in a direct fashion what needed to be done. He was fast and charged me a fair price. I will certainly recommend him to others.

Pretty much charged me 411.00 to change light bulbs. Guy was friendly enough, but paid to have a problem fixed and it started back up after driving half a block.

Fast reliable service at the right price. We got our air conditioner repaired here, price was just in our budget. Service was done while we walked the French quarter. Highly recommend going here for auto repairs

This is my auto repair shop. I've take my little bug here. Raphael and the boys are top notch. They understand the importance of your car to your life. I like that I can drop off my car then walk home.

rafe does great work at very fair prices, pep boys wanted 300$ more for the same work. doesn't charge a fee to for a service charge to look at your problem

Honest Mechanic!! Go here for everything!! They do not fix what is not broken on your vehicle. They do focus on what you ask them to fix and what may be an urgent issue a person should look into!! GREAT MECHANIC! FAST!! HONEST!!
