I purchased a brand new Honda accord from here a few months ago in which one of my tires had a defect. Brought my car back in to get a replacement tire . I arrived a little before opening which was 7:00 A.M. and didn t leave until almost 12:00 pm not only that the tech working on my tire looked as if he didn t know what he was doing and scratched my rim. I informed the service department and was told they would have their rim guy repair it. It has been 5 months and still no repair. I ve contacted the service department to see when he would be in so I can get my rim repaired and is told the same thing they ll give me a call. I ve informed them numerous times I work and would like to know in advance being I do not live in the area.Highly upset with this service I do not recommend!

I ve been here since 9am with an appointment because my car had a recall and it s about to 4 hours and they still haven t even checked my car to see the problem. I assume they ll check the problem and tell me to go home and come back another time when the part arrives. What s the point of an appointment than?

Not a fan of going all the way yo the east to get my car serviced but it was quick and friendly. No issues. Decent place to wait for your car too.

Consistently great place to do business. Both Parts and Service are routinely easy to work with. So far, this is my preferred Honda dealer within 50+ miles.

The place is slow, The staff act like they dont know nothing. Half of the time they don't want you getting rental. This is my experience. To each it's own.

I had a 7:45 appt for an oil change. I arrived at 7:36 and was told there was a line of cars before me so my wait would be 2 hrs. So it's 1st come 1st served. What's the point of scheduling an appointment???

I Love this place because they work fast, they talk to you nice and they listen to you, I didn't wait a long time for my car, they doing a good job with my car and the price was right thanks you very much
