Want to shot out Lee for getting me handled , thanks to him. Great staff will recommend, even if you're not broke down and limping into the shop. Pep boys should thank you for your years of service. 20 plus the man know his stuff. Even made Sure I was asking for the correct size. Thanks for Chris for making sure I was safe before I left the parking lot.

I was provided excellent customer service during my visit. Chris was so kind even though I missed my initial appointment.They started on my car immediately and completed the job while I waited. It was clean and I had no issues. I would highly recommend this location.

I'm from California but visited to help my daughter move. Her car needed some TLC so I took it to the closest Pep Boys. Everyone in the shop was kind and knowledgeable. I enjoyed talking to them while they took the best care of my daughters' car. I will most certainly recommend them and be back if I'm ever in the New Orleans area again.

I would recommend my whole family to this location, their staff is filled with the most professional &knowledgeable mechanics. I have no complaints, they took great care of my vehicle in the most efficient manner. Whoever is looking for a mechanic in New Orleans this is the place to go. 10/10

The Pep Boys in New Orleans East is pitiful. We had a 3:00 appointment, they didn t get to my car until 4:30 and didn t finish until 6:45. I got 4 new tires and ask for alignment. I looked at receipt and saw no alignment was done, the service said oh nobody s here to do alignments this late, I m like wth. Never again will I go there again!!!!!!!

Good repair work but my key fob was damaged and no explanation was provided. Nor was an offer for replacement. Now the remote button is completely missing.

I am really grateful to Pep Boys and its staff. I arrived with a damaged wheel and tire from Tallahassee, Florida. They looked at the car and shared all the possible solutions, looking for the best price and the shortest possible fix time. Finally, I couldn't stay in New Orleans because of the time the new wheel would take to arrive after being ordered, so I had to continue with my spare tire. They did not want to charge me for the service and advice. I would definitely use their services if I lived in New Orleans. They are very knowledgeable and very professional.

First let me say that I had an appointment for 11:00 am and my vehicle was not put on the rack until 12:45pm.The technician had problems opening the hood so I had to bang while he pulled the release knob. This allowed the hood to open.I had a scheduled manufacturer check which included an oil change.Well within two days, my under carriage panel came lose and was dragging. It was missing the support retainers. Now I have to purchase new retainers to fix this problem.

Went in for a wheel alignment (2.5hrs) and left with a scrubbing hissing sound coming from my tires. I took it back and they said it wasn't from the alignment and I had to pay an additional 45 just to fix the noise after they had just worked on my car. I'm just glad I don't hear the noise but I'm pissed about the extra money spent.

Everytime I visit Pep Boys they do a wonderful job.They take the time to explain everything. My wait time for them to look at my vehicle don't take long .Over all the experience is excellent.

My wife and I stopped by to have our alternator checked and Lee helped us out. He was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and extremely honest. It was a great experience and we were so glad we ended up choosing this shop. Highly recommended! Ask for Lee!

Horrible experience car went in and out the shop 3 times finally, they gave me my car back, saying they couldn't fix it. And they were done. After several attempts to repair a 299. Turbo low Under booze Spent lots of money for these repairs. And still have a low Turbo under boost 299 code. Never repaired my car, and just like that, they were done. I felt so disrespected. To add insult to injury, they did not even put my car back together, right? Things were left on attach. Horrible experience will never visit this place again. For the life of. me I could not understand why I was being treated with such disregard

This was the best experience I ve ever had with a Pep Boys. I had to get a tire replaced on my rental due to getting a nail in the tire wall. Ms. Keisha at the front desk went out of her way to contact the rental company, get the repair approved, and get the correct tire in stock so that I wouldn t have to wait until Monday. She was so nice and polite the entire time and even offered me a cold bottle of water. The guys in the shop were extremely quick with their work and had me out in no time. 10/10 would come back

I needed two new back tires within a 48 period and I m so glad I went to my nearest Pep Boys. Everyone working there was super friendly, helpful and professional. They were able to get me safely back on the road within 24 hours. (It was also neat to see the abandoned Toys-R-Us next door. An old childhood relic of mine.)

COMPLETE AND UTTER WASTE OF TIME- will NEVER return. Please do yourself a favor and don t waste your time here. These guys are slimy and only out to make a sale.The manager Chris F and his counterpart Lee are equally guilty of scamming customers and wasting their time by luring them in for what appears to be a free service just to tell you after a 45 minute wait that it cannot be completed. Need I also mention that Lee hung up on me and made zero attempts to contact me back which leads me to believe that he hung up purposefully?The worst part is that the manager Chris D did nothing to remedy this situation, which raises the question are you qualified to run an entire location if you cannot remedy a simple customer unsatisfactory experience? How did you get to this position? Scamming, lying? Nepotism? Poor, poor performance and I am extremely disappointed. Would not recommend Pepboys to my worst enemy!

Absolutely horrible service. Had a scheduled appointment. Was told to come back in hour and half later after waiting three hours. My car still isn t serviced.
