Super helpful and friendly staff. I was in town from our of state and my cars check engine light went on. They hooked up the code reader and let me when what runsThe issue was. Turns out something silly, but still very grateful for their help.

Parts are quality but the customer service is not. The workers seem more interested in things other than what they are there for. The bald chick is rude the heavy set black guy gets mad the minute you ask him to help you find something. But if your a friend of there's they will help u 100%.

I've been going here for years. Always good customer service. Also note, that if an employee doesn't know the answer, they will help find the answer. They don't bullsh** just to try and move some stock.

Rushed into the Holiday Drive store in New Orleans thinking that my Ranger was very low on oil. Thank goodness for Eddie who stepped outside just as I was getting ready to pour 2 quarts of oil into my truck. He asked me if I'd checked my oil yet, and I had not. He checked it for me and I had more than enough oil already. Learned a valuable lesson that too much oil is just as bad as not enough. Thank you Eddie!

Entered the store and made a purchase. It was early morning and the young lady had a real nasty attitude. Didn't even give me a bag to carry out my purchase and just walked off after. Returned today to find the manager arguing with a gentlemen that had a similar issue with the same young lady by the name of Jaleesa. Just want to say if your not a peoples person please dont work in a customer service field.

Entered the store around 5:40pm on 02/07/21. I needed a front head light. The guy that was working was extremely unhelpful and arrogant. I took my business to Auto Zone not far from this store. The guys there helped me with choosing the correct bulb and even changed it for me. I will never spend my money in O'Reilly again. I wish I could give this store no stars!

I've been going here for about 4 years.. Great service every time and they have a wide variety a parks. If they do not have what you need, They will call and get it they're usually before the end of the day!

We were told our order would be in two days later. We showed up and it wasn't there. They told us to come back and once again it wasn't ready. We had to reorder the same part. It's not the go to place for emergencies...

Terrible!I work next door at Drs office. And my battery completely died, i waked over to this place to buy a new one since it seemed to just be dead. Well, the guy the Joel, refused to change my battery because I am too far (he walked twice to me and couldnt change the battery) al bc of a new employee. A year ago someone replaced a battery at the same place. Not willing to help at all!The worst!

Busy place but one the staff members was pulling the weight of the rest.I wish I could remember the guys name.... He deserves a raise the guys was doing 3 people's jobs at once.
