Thank You Keisha! First and foremost the positive and receptiveness of her clients is the BEST! She handles her business and still make you feel like family! My vehicle WAS DOWN; had me sick and she helped us both get better! I most definitely recommend this place! The service is AWESOME!

The experience I had at this tire shop was amazing. The worker by the name of Herman was very pleasant and efficient will I was there getting my care serviced. This is a place I would recommend to others and somewhere I could see myself going for future car problems.

We had the BEST experience with Keisha. She is knowledgeable and so helpful. We had a surprise issue with the car on the way out of town. She got us in and reassured us. We were able to make our event.

Marlon helped me gave me exceptional service today! He told me which tires would truly be the best match for a replacement. He recommended the maintence that I do and do not need, and prioritized me as soon as I walked into the shop. I highly recommend this shop! Marlon was nice and patient with me. Not only did he take the time to explain what was going on with my car but he took pictures to be sure I understood the issue. I don t know much about cars but I m glad he was nice enough to help me. The entire staff was amazing!

Stopped by the Washington location and was greeted by this handsome gentleman named Rob. Came in for two tires and he informed me that I needed four and was able to easily explain the situation going on for my safety! He let me know what I needed and what I did not, and for the first time I didn t feel jerked automotive shop. The wait wasn t long and my car feels like new. He gave me a GREAT deal on the work done too. Go see Rob for your car needs!

Thank God for Ms. Keisha! I was having a hard time finding someone to service my brakes after going to several of the competitors stores throughout the area. She must ve sensed my frustration because I am sure it written all over my face. Not only was she able ease my feelings, she also provided education on other needed maintenance to keep my vehicle running. All in all, I was able to get my car serviced quickly and still time to spare before heading to work. I highly recommend this location as the vibe was pleasant, clean, and welcoming. 10/10 stars!!!!

I highly recommend the Washington location. Keisha was very patient and helpful with all my questions and concerns. Not too long of a wait to get car serviced no appointments was necessary. Will definitely be back in the future.

I went to NTB while visiting N.O. after a flat tire left me riding on my donut. Keisha literally met me at the door walking to check out my vehicle before I even realizdd it LOL. She was so warm and down to earth and greeted me with so much kindness and respect! She took her time and explained all my options to me and was nothing but courteous and professional. She got my vehicle in for service within the first 5 minutes of me arriving! I highly recommend!

I should have done this sooner but better late than never. Marlon was the one who took care of my vehicle after Firestone down the street did not do a fantastic job. Long story short Marlon was incredible. Super friendly and was fair as could be. Will always get my stuff checked out there.

Found myself with a screw in my tire. The staff quickly got me into the shop and got my tire patched up. Everyone was friendly and thorough in helping me. They kept me informed about what they were doing and addressed any questions that I had. It was also great that the lobby/waiting space is clean with plenty of seating options.

I know nothing about cars, so I called with hesitation. I didn t know if the representative would be able to help me but I Keisha picked up. I immediately became calm because she let me know, she is here to help....and SHE DID JUST THAT! Thank you, Keisha for making sure my concerns were answered. 5 stars is really all I could give but she is worth more than that.

My sister suggested this place so I decided to go check it out and let me tell you MR HERMAN ONEAL was SO helpful. I know nothing when it comes to vehicles and I was only able to describe what was wrong with dramatics and he allowed me to do it without any judgement. He was able to tell exactly what was wrong and what I needed and didn t make me feel like other places I ve been to that just pile stuff on to get a bunch of money. I will definitely be retuning in the future thanks to Mr.Herman.

Marlon was a great help for myself and my friend. We were from Texas, there to join the Mardi Gras festivities, but we were having trouble with our car. Luckily we stopped at the right place with good and helpful people. Marlon was very patience and explained to us the next step we needed to do to keep the car functioning. We had a great experience at this location.

Rob is an excellent service advisor! The car that my daughter drives has been squealing for more than 12 months and multiple other stores could not find the problem. Rob and his team diagnosed the problem and gave me options to fix it!

Sonny hooked me up with a new tire. Problem solved with me about how to get a new rim for my spare that was damaged and took care of me all really efficiently in just an hour and a half. Really kind and helpful team. I am very grateful.

I stopped at this location due to had troubles with my brakes. I was greeted by Marlon a manager shop. I was a little irritated due to the fact I had to get my brakes replaced. however, Marlon assure me that everything will be OK and that helped brighten up my day. I will be returning.

Popped a tire while on vacation in New Orleans. Called to see if they had availability, and they got me in immediately, and new tire on in about an hour's time. Still had plenty of time to enjoy the day. Great service, and very friendly

NTB on Washington Ave in New Orleans does great work. Fast, thorough, and friendly service. Robbie is da man! He was very helpful and informative during my visit. Highly recommend you stop by and see them for all your tire and brake needs.

I could not be happier with the service I received here. Sonny went out of his way to help me find the parts/service that I needed, even if it wasn't from his location. He special ordered the tires I needed, and accommodated my time constraints. He explained everything to me (sometimes twice) and was very friendly. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this NTB location for anyone needing tires/service.
