Me and my wife usually work with Tina at the front desk. They service all cars including Teslas. We have found them to be very fast and very helpful and always give you a fair price. They ve helped us with a variety of car issues and we will continue to use NOLA Motorcars for our car servicing needs in the future.

After talking to the salesman, Kelly, for a week I bit the bullet and me and my brother drove 6 Hrs. to go look at this vehicle. When we arrived we go on a test drive and within 5 minutes of being on the highway the Ford F350 which looked superb went into a death wobble. We could have all been killed. I then drove 6 Hrs. back home. When I spoke to Kelly afterwards, he said that he would not fix the vehicle and honor his agreement. Instead, they are trying to sell it to another unexpecting customer. Take it from me you've been warned do not walk in there and be amazed and dazzled by their brand-new location and high-end vehicles in lobby they will sell you a lemon and not blink an eye. then look you dead in the eye and lie and deny they knew anything once you catch them.

I purchased a Bmw M3 from Kelly at Nolan Motors a few months ago and I had an absolute amazing buying experience. Kelly answered all of my questions quickly and was so easy to work with every step of the way.The car was shipped to me in Utah and unfortunately when it arrive, it had a mechanical issue. Kelly and his team took care of the repair no questions asked asap! A+ customer service, most dealerships would tell you to get lost. These guys went above an beyond for me and did the right thing!If you are looking for a good honest car dealership, look no further and give these guys a call. Thanks again Kelly, you guys rock!

The level of customer service provided here is top notch! NOLA Motorcars has serviced my vehicle a few times and each time it s so seamless and easy. From start to finish, they keep me in the loop every step of the way. They are incredibly detailed and thorough and are always so knowledgeable, kind and patient when answering my questions. Special shout out to Tina who always goes above and beyond! Love this place!

Posted a rave review when I bought my car several years ago and I was thrilled to find out they now service vehicles. Have had it here twice for bigger maintenance issues and their repair and service is also fantastic. Thorough, fast, and less expensive than the big dealerships. I will continue to give them my business whether buying a car or maintaining the one I have. -Purchased my car here and could not be happier with the service and vehicle. The transaction was stress-free and easy. Luke answered all my questions and wasn t pushy. When I picked up my car it was spotless, had a fresh oil change, and was ready to go. They obviously care about details and happy customers.

This dealership was absolutely amazing. Kelly was my salesman, he was quick in responding when I initially was interested in the vehicle. He made my process so smooth. He was very friendly and attentive in my requests. He definitely went above to ensure I was satisfied with myPurchase. He even stayed late in order to accommodate me working late.I would definitely recommend this dealership, my car was extremely clean and smelled great. My experience with Kelly and the rest of NOLA Motorcars was a very light, fast with zero pressure. Especially coming from out of state. Kelly picked me up from the airport and I was on my way out with my new vehicular within an hour. I left there feeling/knowing I got a fair deal for my dream car. Thank you Kelly, for all of your help, patience, and taking pictures of a car seat in the back seat to make sure there s enough space.

This was the most pleasant and quickest car buying process that I have ever experienced. Kelly was very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed to move forward with getting in my beautiful new car. Nola Motorcars takes great care of their inventory. My car was in the showcase looking brand new. I am pleased with my purchase and I am so glad that I found this place. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase a car in the future.

I bought a gorgeous car at a great price, and I could not be more pleased by the level of service and professionalism I received from the guys at NOLA Motorcars. First things first, the quality of the automobile I bought was unbelievable, and they keep all of their inventory indoors and it shows. Second, I was given a excellent, below market price, up front and without haggling. Finally, with regard to service, I've never had a better experience buying a car. Luke was my salesman, and I wholeheartedly agree with every other reviewer about how competent and easy to work with he is. I have no qualms about recommending them. I was very impressed, have stayed very happy, and I'm sure they will be my first call the next time I'm in the market.

I had an awesome experience with Alex and Nola Motorcars. For me buying a car is an overwhelming and painful process. While I was long overdue for a new vehicle, it probably would have been another 2 years before I actually purchased if it wasn't for these guys. I walked in on a referral and sat down with Alex. We spoke for about 20 minutes and I described the type of vehicle I wanted and the price point I was looking for. He had some great input and helped guide our search criteria. A few weeks later I had the exact model and car I wanted at below the kbb value. And I didn't have to go through the pain of shopping for it. This business offers a great service and is well worth a visit. I ended up with a great car at a more than reasonable price while minimizing my stress. I'm a very happy customer.

Very good car buying experience! I liked the personal service and ease of buying once we found the car we loved! It took maybe 15 minutes... I would start here and forget about hours on hot lots wondering if anyone will greet you or give you a good price. The cars are inside and beautifully kept! If you can t or don t want to buy new this is as close as it gets to a new car buying experience. They have a really good NOLA feel, a great place to buy a car and a truly awesome small business!

NOLA Motorcars is absolutely ELITE when it comes to looking for a new car. Small business with top notch products. Both Kelly and Alex were extremely helpful, kind, and informative when it came to purchasing our new vehicle from them. The effort that they put into providing quality products for sale is unlike any other deal I have seen. Best part - zero pressure and BS that you typically get from dealers. Grade A guys. Couldn t recommend this place more.

Car buying sucks. Or at least it used to. My car buying experience with Luke and NOLA Motorcars really made the entire process so simple. 95% of our car buying effort, to include my financing was done online. So, when I got to the dealership, we were literally in and out in 15 minutes. It was so easy that I almost felt UNEASY about it. I think that's because as consumers, we've been "trained" to be tortured throughout the ordeal. My uneasiness was unwarranted, however, and the process was totally hassle-free. We feel like we got a great deal and a great car. Luke was absolutely accommodating and has provided exceptional service after the sale. I highly recommend NOLA Motorcars to anyone in the market for a new luxury car.

Alex made buying a new car stress-free and simple at a price that was very fair to both of us. Even more, once the sale was finalized he continued great service and worked to assist me with some issues that arose with the car.I purchased an Audi from Alex after finding it online with a very reasonable price. The car was in great condition for its age and had been nicely detailed. The test drive, inspection, tire-kicking, negotiation (or thankfully, lack thereof), and sale was complete in just over an hour. Perfect.About a month after the sale, the amplifier failed due to a well documented issue with that specific generation of Audi. Even though the sale was final and as-is, Alex and Nola Motorcars helped me resolve the issue without even being asked.After purchasing the car and putting over 1000 miles in a month on the car, I then took it on a 3200+ mile roadtrip to the California coast. It performed beautifully the whole way.Reasonable and fair pricing. Transparent with all known issues and mechanical details on the car. Above and beyond support. Highly recommended business.I know where I will buy my next car, but sorry Alex I think this one will last me a while. :)

A couple of weeks ago my wife and I had one of the most amazing experiences with a car dealership that could ever be expected. Many times when you begin searching for the perfect vehicle it can be quiet troublesome dealing with car companies. They either want to continuously send you information on vehicles you are not interested in, beat around the bush on pricing, or just make the car buying experience somewhat of a nightmare. This was not the case with NOLA Motorcars. This company sells used, high quality vehicles at a low, no haggle price. NOLA Motorcars has some of the nicest used vehicles Ive seen on any lot while offering them at the most affordable and honest price for the vehicle. And what impressed me even more than the quality of the vehicles was the personal service that we received throughout the car buying process. This company was truly the homegrown southern hospitality that was missing throughout all the other car dealerships we've ever experienced. NOLA Motorcars is ran by a very professional individual who has had over 10 years of experience and prides himself, and his company, on delivering the best product and best service in town. I will continuously recommend him and NOLA Motorcars to all those in need of a used vehicle as well as use his services myself the next time we need a new, used vehicle.Thank you again for your amazing service sir.

One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. The price on the Maserati granturismo I bought was very fair and they gave me a fair trade value for my Bentley. Alex made everything exceptionally easy and i will definitely use them again in the future.

Completely unlike the usual car buying experience as we know it. In a very positive way. I wish I had known about this shop for my previous purchases, and hope to go back there in the future when need arises. Alex is a one man show, very professional, friendly and courteous, and not pushy. I am bad at haggling so don't do it, which is why I have bought Saturns in the past and have bought from internet sales departments at dealers. NOLA Motorcars bills itself as firm price also, so making a decision took less than 30 minutes, and I am very pleased with the car so far (2011 Nissan Leaf bought in early 2014, all electric, with 24,000 miles). I drive it every day of the week, and it has been a joy, plus head turner. I highly recommend NOLA Motorcars.

I am in my mid fifites and have never bought a used auto, this was a pleasant no haggle experience and Alex is a pleasure to work with, very accomodating and makes sure you are extremely satisfied and willing to please. I will definately refer my clients and family to his place for anyone who wants to buy a Used Auto that is immaculate.

Great service! Alex and Luke are super knowledgeable and hard working. If you think you can find a better deal on eBay, Craigslist, autotrader...etc., think again. I'll be getting ALL of my future cars from them. Thanks guys!
