If you re looking for a collision/body shop, this is not it. I was initially told it would take 1 month, after being jerked around for 2month I receive it covered in dirt and dust like it had been sitting for weeks. I looked it over with Taylor and immediately pointed out several issues. He told me to take it home and make a list. I m not getting paid to do Quality Assurance especially when they were paid 25k for this job. I had several blemishes and scuff marks all over, spacing and uneven panels, overspray covering the vehicle. The engine and steering are having issues along with the parking sensors. I m also missing the sound barrier under the hood and no telling what else as I ve only had it back for 1 day.

These people will Steal out of your vehicle, so make sure you Video your vehicle before dropping off i have a case with them and my insurance company recommended them so just be cautious

They were so friendly and helpful. Drove an hour to get my car fixed from Hurricane Ida because our Buick Dealership was backed up until August. It was definitely worth the drive. I will be going there anytime I need work on my car.

Really appreciate the excellent service here! This was the first time I'd ever brought a car in for serious maintenance, so I didn't know where to go. Mossy explained the process and insurance info perfectly. Their prices were fair and the car looks brand new after their work. Highly recommend!

I first contacted Mossy around March 1st to get an estimate for a side view mirror replacement, a dent removal in the quarter panel, a trim piece over a tire, a scratch in the front that required a new trim and some painting. I was connected with Mike. After being quoted at over $3,000 I asked what could be done to get it down by removing the front part. We got the price to an agreeable place based on services. I contacted again on March 14th for an update on if the mirror parts were in but Mike hadn t actually processed anything. We got the service order started then and agreed I would bring the car in on April 1st because I would be out of town for 10 days and therefore wouldn t need a rental. When I went to drop off the car, Mike wasn t there so someone else took the car in. The entire time the car was there I had no communication about it. I arrived back in town on April 12th and called about picking up the car and they said it wasn t ready. I tried calling Mike s cell phone multiple times and he didn t answer. When I finally spoke to him to ask about it, he said it would be done at the end of the week. I asked about a rental for the week because I was expecting the work to be done and Mossy s website says if they can t complete service in a day, they will provide a rental. He stated they didn t have any. I was completely screwed because I cannot bring my phone into work with me so I couldn t even use Uber to get home from work. I also work across multiple sites and had to tell my job I could only report to one site all week because the other was too far from my home and would cost $25 each way. I had to write down phone numbers and rely on friends to get me Uber rides after work and pay them back. It was incredibly stressful. It also rained all week and prices surged. I contacted General Motors customer line for friends and family, because a close friend works for GM. The woman, Debbie, who helped me was very urgent in assisting but Mossy refused to cover the costs of my rides or pay for a rental from another company. I kept calling for updates, because no one was communicating with me. Mike never answered his cellphone and when I called the office to be transferred to him he also didn t answer. I finally had to tell the receptionist that I would wait on the line until Mike came back from helping another customer because he never answered or returned calls.When I got the car back, Mike wasn t in the office. One part of the job that I assumed we were still doing wasn t done. Mike had thought we weren t moving forward with the rear tire trim piece. He stated he would order it and it would take 10 minutes. This was on April 16th and I have not heard anything since. I spent $2800 out of pocket for repairs and over $100 in Uber rides to and from work to be aggravated as hell, receive terrible service and communication, and not even get the work done that I expected. I only recommend you use Mossy for service if you bought your car from them, get in writing that you will get a rental, and DO NOT work with Mike. You will be highly disappointed. If I could give them 0 stars I would.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best price for a vehicle (literally thousands less than the same year/make/ model across town). The whole sales and finance team made buying a car actually (for the first time ever!) pleasurable. Thanks Mossy Motors!

Waste of time. Made appointment, the salesman completely ignored me. Then once I was able to speak with a salesman was told I didn't bring in the right paperwork. This should have been discussed via phone call while the appointment was being made. Totally unprofessional. Do not recommend anyone go here. I will not be returning ever!!

If you re not in a hurry to get taken care of they re not bad. 4+ week wait to get an appt that lasted 10 minutes.

Really bad!! Had my car from March 18th until I picked it up (from the 2nd visit there) last Thursday, April 25th and it's STILL NOT RIGHT! I have to take it back again!! Don't use them! Tell your Insurance provider to let you use somebody else!!

Talking about a scamming company. MOSSY MOTORS is one. They advertise on there website a trick vehicle to lure customers in during the government shut down. I can go on and on and on, I complaint to the Attorney General Office, they said it was a mistake. . What's awesome is the Internet never delete your history. Sooooooo, Mossy Motor, the Supreme Court will reveal if this was in fact a mistake or intentional Deceitful Actions.Buyers Be Ware!
