I loved the service that i received here! I was able to bring my car in right away. The problem was diagnosed the same day. And once the part was in, they immediately started working on my car. My dealership wanted to keep my car for 2 days just to look at it. I will definitely bring my car back in the future. Also John was a real pleasure to talk to. David was very helpful and knowledgeable and kept me in the loop on what was happening with my car. I m so glad i came here.

Came to have a tire patched the other morning and they got me in & out very quickly. Front desk and technicians are courteous and seem to go the extra mile for their customers. Shop is walkable from my house easy access to and across from Blue Dot Donuts, so will be back to have general maintenance taken care of. A+

Andrew and Melba: we left a long-time car care center tried out Meineke and have not regret the move. Meineke employees are great greeters, show professional genuine concerns in discussing car problems, text pics of car problems, even phone call you if additional problems are noted, even inform you of a potential minor problem and give a timeline when you Must return for repair; they don't try to Financially Bleed you. We love the the reward points! This is the first car care center, we feel very comfortable doing business with!!!! Oh, we are very Satisfied with their work, also, they Welcome you back if it's a problem, they deal professionally straight up with the customer!

Office staff and mgr extremely nice. However prices are extremely high. Service verys l o w! Believe issues could have been rectified with fewer parts/labor. We were 7 hrs from home. Delay forced extra hotel, food, Uber, trolley in downtown NOLA. Husband has done mechanic work for 50 years .could have made the necessary repairs in 3-4 hrs with parts (Meineke gets from Auto Zone - just like we do) for a fraction of the price they charged us. After $2,200, we did refuse the additional $400 battery and finally left for home. Had zero problem with battery after we left.Manager response to my comments above very nasty and not appreciated. I stated the ofc staff AND manager were very nice and gave them a high score because they were. How DARE you call me a liar! I have receipts from our repairs which we paid at the time and they total approximately $2,100 (my mistake on the quote of $2,200). Your reference to an appointment is the FIRST TIME I have heard of any appointment . That was never mentioned to us - and we were simply towed to the nearest place that had told my insurance company they could get to my vehicle! Yes, it is high mileage, but we take care of our vehicles, routine service was done 10 days prior at our hometown and everything was fine. I know vehicles have unexpected problems. When we first presented to your store, we reported the truck overheated and ultimately wouldn t start. My husband does mechanic work on vehicles as well as farm equipment but obviously had no opportunity to take care of the truck with us being 700 miles from home. You did offer suggestions for hotels in NOLA, one of which we found, enjoyed and would return to although not cheap , it was a Hilton and cost less by using accumulated points. We ARE from rural Missouri, but we ARE educated! I stand by my statements above, still driving my truck and YES - that same battery is still JUST FINE! Your reply to my original comment tells me you are inaccurate in much of your statement, you did NOT see the total price we paid for repairs and you are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Demeaning our culture and status should not be acceptable by your company .not to mention the outright inaccuracy statement of you calling me A LIAR! I do hope you have a good day. We will.

The staff is top notch. Every exchange with team members in the waiting room, as well as the garage, has been professional + positive. This location became my go-to local shop because of an outstanding man who helped me with a tire one afternoon. Because of his calming demeanor and quick skills, I returned to purchase 2 new tires, and other maintenance services.I recently learned (after being a total DB) that this is a locally owned shop.Safety appreciated. Integrity appreciated.I never saw that exceptional New Orleans man from my initial visit again; but his graceful, natural, local shop approach was the type of human kindness that makes someone want to be a client.

My cousin brought her car here.....very friendly people but not worth trusting. They lacked direction and communication. If you bring your car here and ask for a service, double check your receipt and make sure everything you were charged for was actually performed and completed properly. I do not recommend this business..... unless you know exactly what you need fixed and how to check the job was performed and completed efficiently and affectively. It really is a shame that you can't trust these things anymore. Bottom line do your own research and go somewhere else.

Terrible experience. There was a fight at the establishment so my car didn t get done till the next day they ordered the wrong brakes then when I went and left my brakes were still squeaking. I came back later and I was told $700 worth of stuff was needed. Will never go backFrom the reply that I just receive, I know, I ve made the correct decision not to go back. There was absolutely a fight there, and I had to keep my car overnight because of the fight between two mechanics and you ended up firing one. If you were not informed of that that s not my problem but that s what I was told by your front office people also I asked for everything to be checked and when I left it was still squeaking and I was told at that time in 2022 that only my back brakes need to be fixed. I still have the quotes and everything from then and the messages that I receive if you would like me to show that to you. At that time your front desk people were very nice and apologetic about the inconvenience, but this reply is terribly.

The team here is wonderful! They are quick to help and do not pressure you to pay for services that are not necessary. They take the time to explain what is going on and what the process and timeline will look like and make you feel like a priority. The store manager here is magnificent at her job!

I've visited this location a few times which is convenient because I don t live very far. The staff are friendly and communication was efficient. I haven t had any issues with the work performed. 4 wheel alignment was a little more expensive this time around, so we had to pass but will probably visit again.

I called and stated what the issue was with my vehicle. The mechanic may have misheard me and stated over the phone that he could fix the ssue without asking for photos or seeing the damage. I asked if he was sure, and he said, "Oh, yeah. We can fix it or replace it." Meineke towed my car to their repair facility, took one look at the photo I had taken aof the damage and stated that the issue could not be repaired. I was left stranded at the facility as Meineke would not tow my car back to my home. $200 and 4 hours later I was back at home, having wasted time, money, and emotional strength. I was very unsatisfied.

I stated I had a coupon and was told that it would be applied at the end when my vehicle was ready! At the end I found out that the $59 coupon was only for different location and was charged $120.00 for an oil change. That was totally unacceptable and a tricky tactic! I will never go back again!!!

It took 2 hours for a tire patch and oil change and then was charged more than the original costIn response the the reply:I never received the 59 point inspection you re referring to. Additionally, the original agreed upon cost was $130 (as documented) and was ultimately I was charged $145 (not because of tax, because the price changed AFTER I received the service). Yes, I did show up without an appointment, so I made an appointment and came back for that appointment time. I stand by my original review - I was told it would be 1-1.5 hour wait and it would be $130, but it took 2 hours and I was charged $145.

Went in for one thing thought I had a oil leak it wasn't it it was a coolant leak and they could have said my oil was good no they proceed to change the oil $95.I0 went back Thursday because I thought it was an oil leak they told me to come back on Friday they checked my car and on Friday they said the hose needed to be replace so $122. No hose was replaced that was just for them to check it when that could have just done their job from jump like $220. Wasted NEVER AGAIN

This location has an amazing team. They were very respectful to me and my beloved older cars. Sadey was PHENOMENAL at keeping me informed through the repair process with very transparent pricing. They had my car for minimal time and the repairs were done accurately. I would 100% recommend this location for all your car repair/maintenance needs. I'll be bringing my Pontiacs back in the future!

Five stars. In this day and age to find a shop run by someone like Sadie is really rare. She and her team go way above and beyond to take care of the customer. Constantly checking in and updating. Spending long amounts of time wrestling with the warranty company, and finding reasonable solutions for what could be very expensive problems. And never once wavering in kindness and real concern.

The mechanics and desk-people at this Car Care Center have always been competent, considerate, friendly, so knowledgeable and personable and trustworthy, and they certainly were again this week. Very heartfelt thanks to master mechanic Greg and to Sadey (as well as Leah and others in recent years). This place is special to me. I will be back for routine maintenance and repairs on my Toyota. Had my car towed here after reading all their great reviews, and I am glad I did! Friendly front desk and honest mechanics. They send all services to be repaired to you, to be approved or denied (which is always nice so you're not completely surprised with the costs in the end!). Will definitely return for future services.

I went to Meineke for new tires and brake repairs. The service was amazing. Sady did an amazing job letting me know what precisely was wrong with my vehicle (in addition to what we already knew) and did her best to get me the most affordable price. The mechanic (Tim, I think?) was also great in dropping a few bits of info along the way as well. Overall, this location provided excellent service every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of car service in the area.

Everything was fine. They were going to do check. I had noise when going over 50 mph. No lights were on indicating trouble.I thought I had transmission trouble. It would have been $189 to get someone to check it because no lights were on said they couldn't fix all transmission problems. I said I'd rather go to someone who could check and fix it. She was nice enough to refer me to someone a few blocks away.That went beyond to help me. God bless and may you do well for your kindness.Service: Auto exhaust system repair

The service was great; I went in for a typical oil change but check engine light came on. Tim had the techs go over every step taken to pin point what had gone wrong. Turns out, my turbo was gone out and it is warranty work. They helped me schedule an appointment with Chevy and everything. Will be bringing my cars back here for regular service.
