I was truly pleased with Mr.Kliebert's service. He came out within 1-hour in was In contact with me with his ETA the whole time. When he finally made it to my location,he started with no questions asked.. The job was done within 30 to 45mins. His pricing was reasonable and he was very professional and even sympathize with me about what happened to my window. I would recommend his service to anyone.. Great service. Responsive owner, organized scheduling, quick mobile repair for a rock chip. Very reasonable pricing. A rock chipped our windshield when driving down to New Orleans from out of town. I called and was able to get the chip repaired in the hotel parking garage the next day.

I just finished driving into town when a rock hit my windshield. It was a weekend so every other place was closed or charged WAAAYYY too much $135 for quarter-sized crack. It was a hot day so I knew I had to get it done asap. He drove out within the hour, fixed it super quickly and was extremely affordable. Definitely contact for your windshield crack repair needs!

Quick service and very reasonable pricing. Window smashed over the weekend by vandals, called him on Saturday and he promptly returned my call. He scheduled repair for Monday evening but since there was a slight mix-up with the glass he had to reorder it. He came and fixed it at my job before noon Tuesday. Much cheaper than the big name Safe-Lite!

Quick, friendly, easy to schedule, definitely recommend!!!I sent a chat to the business and received a response within minutes and was able to schedule a house call almost immediately at a time that was convenient for us. The convenience of scheduling and the house call was a huge plus as we've got kids and I'm too pregnant to be running around for repairs!The repairs are still curing but I can update with photos once things cure as well. But definitely great service!

I called Erik from the highway when a rock hit my windshield while on my way home from out of state. Erik answered promptly and I told him I was three hours away and he replied whenever you make it home just call me and I ll be there. When I got home he came promptly and explained everything that he was doing and going to do that made me feel comfortable being that he took his time and walked me through all the steps. I call 8:00am for Klieberts to come out and repair my crack glass. He said he will be with me at 9:30am no one came out. I call safelite less than 30mins someone came out. Don t waste your time with Klieberts

Called from my office downtown and he was able to come to me and repair the chip later that morning. Met him in the parking lot and the whole repair and transaction took less than 30 minutes! Erik was very prompt at responding to my request for a quote after a semi threw a huge rock at my windshield. He called me and told me the price over the phone. Told me he could come the next morning between 9:00am- 9:30am. He was here at 9:15 and placed the resin and tape on my car and said to let it be in the sun and he would come back later. He came back that evening and did a very awesome job and didn't take long at all. He's very professional, on time and was a total life saver as it was spreading fast.
