Pretty good fast food fried chicken. Tender with a lightly spiced coating. Fries were acceptable. The combo comes with chicken, fries, and a small fountain drink or can.Order from the cook then pay the cashier. All the staff were friendly and helpful.If you re on foot and looking for a place to sit down before 7pm then Armstrong Park is two blocks away.

Locals told me the chicken here at this local garage was great any time of day and they were not wrong! Went for white meat mix and the fries were excellent too. Really nice staff too. Great range of products and cold beer. Thank you from a traveller from Wales.

Keys is nothing short of a beautiful oasis nestled onto a quiet block of the historic rampart ave.Not only does Keys have all the beverages and snacks needed - they also have some of the best fried chicken I ve ever eaten. Not to mention they also have meat pies and other various hot items and are open 24 hours!For some strange reason my credit card company thought every purchase there was illegitimate, but after explaining to them how delicious the chicken is and how legendary the staff is they happy released my credit card and allowed me to purchase that delicious chicken and snacks after exploring all that is the French quarter.Astounding. My children s children will tell tales of my visits to legendary Keys on Rampart.

Good luck on being able to communicate with the cashiers. It took about 10 minutes to buy 4 items. The second time I went there I figured I'd try the other cashier and it was the exact same result. So no thanks, I'll definitely be going somewhere else next time.

We stayed nearby and didn't want to try to find parking for every meal. Their po'boys and fried chicken were outstanding. And everyone is so friendly.

Fried Chicken and Whippets. One less star because customers don t know how to park cause the layout sucks and the pumps are slow. But yeah walk up and get that chicken bruh.

While I ve only been amidst a blackout episode, I found this joint to be quite hip. My gun fell on the ground and accidentally discharged. Everyone in there was friendly and the chicken skin was delicious

These chicken strips really shut Canes down for me! The fried chicken is also awesome.One random morning found out the pre-made toasted breakfast sandwiches were delicious!! I just wish my chicken was in boxes and not bags. Other than that.... I'm good. But the chicken though and the praline cakes I'll just bring me a container and dump it out the bag in my car into my container I know how to compromise for that good good. #hiddengemhere

In 2010, when I first got to New Orleans - boyfriend of mine called this "Chicken Spot!!" & the nickname has always stuck with me .... Saying "Keys" is kinda like saying "Flying J" - aka, there's LOTS of em ... So, this place? This is Chicken Spot!Heads Up tho - Lots of people have bad experiences/bad rapport with the staff here. As for myself, I've always gotten along with em. & I've never had an issue at this particular gas station. (which is something I can't claim about most gas stations around here )Fried Chicken is 24/7 & "everyone" loves it! (except me ) It's okay though - because I can always get a burger or a meat pie, for myself, instead!! ... Just remember, ffolks - like all things truly Nola, it's a locals place! The Nola "rule" 'Be Polite - Or Leave!' definitely holds sway here! ... They've absolutely NO Problem throwing people out. Or even 86ing em all together! ....But whenever it's about sun-up; after I've been out all night, drinking hard in the FQ - gotta get something in the tummy! Barely sober enough to stumble home = DEFINITELY Too drunk to cook! That's what (my) "Chicken Spot" is for!!! Sunrise Drunken Munchn'!! Reasonable prices, for decent grub - available at "stupid-30" in the morning ... 13 yrs! & "Chicken Spot" is still the place to go! Especially after an all night bender in the French Quarter! (Thanks! Chicken Spot. I appreciate it, man! ).... Just Remember Y'all! - drunk or not - if you're @ the Chicken Spot - (always)BE POLITE !!!!!

Today, I tried my very 1st ever poboy sandwich I have to say it was delicious from first to last bite the shrimp was fresh made to order I do recommend this store to first time visitors in this area the store owner was very nice and respectful I can't wait to return for my next poboy .

So I gave the benefit of the doubt. And the cashier and F&B both could less. They ran short and I paid for it. Plus the person ahead of my was was a white female yet options were given to her vers me from a Hispanic male.

We love there food the chicken and meat pies are so delicious!!! Shout out to Shorty who cooks it all!! One of the guys even helped me when my car wouldn t start and jumped me off after the hurricane great peeps!!

Okay, okay, okay... It's just a gas station right? Hell no! The food here is mind blowingly good. The fried chicken is the best in town and the seafood platter was phenomenal!!! This is now one of our regular stops while visiting the quarter.

After eating at Willie Mae's the other day, and being told by a friend I must try Brothers I can compare the 3. Willie Maes-iconic, 30 min wait outside, 40 min wait inside. Slow service and chicken was crispy on the outside, greasy on the inside. Brothers Chicken- much better value but too crispy on the outside, dry inside but preferred it over Willy Mae's. Then came Keys Chicken! Unassuming as hell, crispy on the outside, moist on the inside and perfectly seasoned! I will be going back to Keys! Value and taste!
