Darren is THE MAN!! Quoted 169 for a camry front passenger window. 184 after tax. All done within an hour and a half. Best experience, friendly staff. With insurance, I was looking at around $400-500 from other nearby businesses. He even cleaned up the glass for me.

Terrible customer service. I was given a time my vehicle would be ready. 3 hrs later it was never serviced. I asked the tech an ETA on when it would be ready and the price went from $350 to $450. Because I documented my experience so the owner can have evidence and other can avoid this experience I had.

I just want to acknowledge these 2 hard-working men at work. Norman & Gee was so sweet we shared a few laughs. I Got my windshield Replaced in 30 minutes very efficient.. You cannot rush, perfection I advise everyone to call and get a quote and a schedule date instead of walk ins. The price was very reasonable from other companies. This is a small black own business I pray they reach more states and cities. Times are very hard for most and I wish more people could shed light instead of darkness. I recommend Jazz auto glass to any & everyone thank you guys soooo much for everything have a blessed day.

Garbage! They took 3 hrs to replace my windshield, which they didn't install properly and now I have to pay another company to fix there problems! They crack my defrost vent, straight horrible staff and company. Learn from my mistakes and don't ever come here

Best prices in Orleans and Jefferson parish. Everywhere else gave a quote almost double what I spent a Jazz Auto. Leonard is extremely helpful and professional. From the initial calling for a quote till the very end I was 100% takin care of. They made a frustrating situation into a pleasant experience.

I woke up to bring my daughter to school and saw my car had its drivers side window smashed in. I was originally going to schedule an appointment with a big name company but they couldn t get me in til the next day and the price quoted was outrageous. I searched around for a local business and found Jazz Auto Glass. It had great reviews. I called at 8:45, they checked to make sure they had the correct window in stock, they confirmed they did and said they could fit me in at 9:15. The entire process took 1 hour start to finish. The cost was half of what I was quoted at the other place. Clarence replaced my window and he could not have been more kind, professional and efficient. I m happy to have chosen to go with a local small business. I can t express how grateful I am. I ll be referring everyone to Jazz Auto Glass. Thank you all SO much!

Do not go there. Went there a while ago to change the driver seat glass after someone broke into my car. See the photos. My door leaks water every time I wash the car or it rains, they didn t align the door correctly, and didn t return the piece that was suppose to be on the door handle. I left the guy who fixed it a voice mail to fix the door, and never heard back from him.

The day we were supposed to leave on an 8 hour road trip, we woke up to a smashed passenger window. Called Jazz Auto Glass and Tint they ordered the glass and had delivered to the store, replaced the window, and tinted (which looks perfect) to match all in 2 hours for a great price. Cant get much better than that. Had breakfast across the street at The Ruby Slipper Cafe to pass time. Amazing service!Services: Auto side window replacement, Vehicle window tinting

They do great work with auto glass but they have a thief working for them. One of the employees stole a extend it clip for my weapon. that I left under my seat in my vehicle. Terrible service. I was quoted 2 hours and it took nearly 8, then when I arrived they didn t check my id or even my name and gave me the wrong paperwork. They charge a $15 fee for credit card transactions. Then, the day after my windshield was replaced the waterproofing started peeling off (see pictures), and I noticed water marks on my dashboard from rain the night before. Not to mention they left a mess in my car and somehow managed to knock my right rear view mirror loose. When I called to ask about my options for getting some kind of refund or fix, they hung up on me and didn t return my message. Plus I m pretty sure they over charged me. Will definitely never be returning.

When I got back my car they made me feel as if i had given them a old car to fix.They did a very poor job on my escape the left broken glasses in the trunk when I went back they told me they could not get any more of the glass out. The glass they replaced was not centered properly hence the covering started lifting. Had to go to another glass shop to get it all done again and the receptionist had the tv on so loudly making hard to even make a phone call worst place to do businessService: Auto rear window replacement

Came here to get my passenger front window replaced because someone broke into my car. Got a new window but now my door panel isnt attached to the frame and my door won't lock because the guy repairing my window broke it. Guess people don't need to break my windows to get into my car, they can just let themselves in now! GREAT!!!!!!!!

These people are so unorganized they told me they had my glass at the shop and it would only take an hour that wasn't the case I sat there for almost three hours they said the man had to go get the glass and that he was stuck in traffic bad customer service great prices tho!!!!

I had a really mixed experience with Jazz. My car window was smashed out, and they got me a same day appointment which I appreciated. They said it would take an hour and it ended up taking over two. Payment is cash, or you have to pay a fee to use a credit card, which I didn t know. Woman at front desk was kind and very helpful. I left in a bit of a rush, because the appointment took so long, and didn t realize till I got to my destination that there were bubbles in the tint they had installed, the window was filthy, there was a ton of glass in the door, which rattles loudly, and my door panel was not reassembled correctly. I went back the next day to let them know, and they removed the tint and gave me my money back for it, but didn t address the other two issues which again I didn t realize until I had left. I could probably bring it back a third time to have them re-open the door panel and vacuum the glass out fully, and reassemble correctly, but ended up just putting the door panel back myself. The glass is still rattling in my door.

I had a horrible experience here. Started with a call at 8:47 asking if they had availability to check out the window of my Chevy Silverado. Wouldn t go up or down. I was told it would probably be a regulator, but to bring it in for them to check. Got there a little before 10, waited for a while before seeing the gentleman addressing new cars while i wait. I called him over, told him the i issue, he looks at my window (without touching it) and started i needed to go buy a motor and regulator combo from the auto store and come back. I asked was he sure because i suspected the window was off track. It d been replaced and the problem started shortly after. He said yes i know for a fact. I go purchase the part for $120 and went back. When i arrived back it was busier, i was told to either wait or come back at 1pm. I knew the listing said they closed at 1pm so i decided to wait. After seeing the gentleman who said he was going to do it get in his vehicle and leave at 1pm, i went checked inside. I was told they didn t know if they would get to me but all glass replacements will be done before me no matter off when they came. I was trying to get on the highway going back to Texas. So i explained i would wait as long as needed as long as it gets fixed. After spending my entire morning and allowing all other options to close for the day they tell me they don t know if they will get to me. I am a very patient person however. I received no communication from these people that was not initiated by me. I begrudgingly left, i asked if they could take my number and please call me if they have time to do it, I would stay close in there area. The call never came. Thank goodness I found a mobile company that came out to me and fixed my issue. I DID NOT NEED A MOTOR OR REGULATOR. He listened and diagnosed the problem. The window was not connected properly when it was replaced previously. I have since heard that this is a common occurrence. Who knows what they were going to do with that brand new part they had me buy that was not needed. Shout out to Total Mobile Install for excellent service.

Called them in morning and was told 10 am was available and the job would take 40-60 minutes. The work had to be done by 11:30 as I had other obligations. I waited until 10:40 and no work had started. My fault to not relaying my situation. I requested to cancel the job as I had no time to further wait. The shop owner/manager was apologetic for the confusion as 10 am had already been reserved and the person that took the appointment for me was unaware. The staff is courteous and polite to speak to and because of that received a neutral not negative star review.

Window Shop repair was awesome! I am from Houston and had a accident in my rental car regarding the back window! They only took a hour and a half to fix it! I realized the back door couldn't open due to the broken glass, and I turned around and went back and they helped me with the door. AFTER they closed! They are the cheapest in town v.s. $500 some where else!! They were very patient with us! This place is also black owned! Thank you again Jazz repair!Service: Auto rear window replacement

So unprofessional! gave a deposit for my window he never answered he returned 1 of my calls just text me when I went over there all u can smell is weed he tells me the window is coming tomorrow then blocks my number! Smh just sad save time and money go somewhere else!!!!

No frills, but great service at its best. Price was fair (actually far cheaper than another quote I received), they had the windshield replacement in stock, and I had my car back in < 3 hrs. It took over 48hrs to have a single tire changed last week at a big chain tire store company Will work with you all again, thanks!

Came here because reviews looked decent and price was the best. Came on Saturday 1/7/23 and after leaving windshield was extremely dirty with what I thought were fingerprints. After wiping I noticed this scratch which is right in front of driver. After at least 50 calls and 3 visits they refuse to replace the windshield. I paid for a new windshield not a scratched windshield. Coco tells us to come in and my son gets there 2 separate Saturdays and is told no he s being petty. It s right in the immediate line of sight and is very distracting. They obviously don t care about anyone s time or money. When paying for a new windshield one would expect a blemish free windshield, right? I wish we would have just paid the extra money and gone with another company. I ve reached a point I don t trust them at all. I am disputing the charge!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Within months I have had to get two windshields on different vehicles. I have been pleased with the service. Very friendly and helpful. They even told me about a warranty plan for chips in the windshield that will cover them for as long as I own the car. Recommend Jazz auto!!!

Had an amazing experience with Tune, Daryl, and Coco to get my drivers side window replaced after my car was broken into. I called ahead to confirm they had my make/model windshield in stock. The woman who took my call was very friendly (and patient being I couldn t even remember my make/model ). She informed me to come in ASAP so they could get it done quickly. I was there within 30 minutes. Darrell greeted me when I arrived. He was very friendly and informed me they d have my car completed as soon as they were finished with the car they were currently working on. It did take awhile, but what car place (other than 5 minute oil change) is speedy fast?! None. I didn t mind waiting. Darrell continued to come in and update me throughout the process. Visiting from Utah when someone broke my rear windshield on a Friday afternoon. I called around and nobody could get me in til Monday or Tuesday. Jazz told me to come by. They got me in right away and replaced my windshield in less than two hours. It cost close to $300 less than Safelite quote. Everyone was very friendly. Waiting area was pleasant. Darrell and Travis did an excellent job with replacing my windshield. They were quick and a lot less expensive than the competition. They also had my windshield available on the spot.
