I can't get over how fast the job was done in. Absolutely 100% satisfied! Everything was well explained to me, brake tag and rear view mirror reinstalled on new windshield and the guy who did it was awesome! He knew what he was doing and I highly recommend Glass America for any windshield related issues. Thanks Glass America!

Thanks to someone deciding to help themselves to the packages on my back seat we found ourselves in need of new window. I was able to reach Peyton early in the morning and she had me scheduled for service right away. Unfortunately, no local warehouses had the window in stock and it would be a two day order normally. They worked until they found one in driving distance and had it brought in for me so we could be fixed the next day and not have to wait any longer than necessary. Customer service and the effort was second to none. The tech came out and completed the job quickly and professionally and couldn't be nicer. Highly recommend.

I love these people. So nice and accommodating. Was literally half the price of other places, and faster. Joey was great, it literally only took 45 minutes to change two windows! I m pleased. I was so impressed by Glass America! My car was hit in a huge overnight break-in spree in uptown. I knew that all the glass repair shops were going to be slammed. I called them at around 9:30am, and they were able to give me a quote over the phone and send someone out within the next few hours. Mike arrived around noon (yes, he came to me! So convenient), and not only replaced my window, but also cleaned up all the glass on the street surrounding my car. He was fast, friendly, and did an incredible job. I also couldn t believe how affordable their prices were, a lot less than some of the other places that I had called.

This place is supposed to be a glass company but apparently they are just advertising for someone else? I don t understand. I tried to have service done at this location and was given a number to call someone else

Awful - multiple contradictory quotes, cancelled appt at the last minute with nothing other than "sorry.....if you want it done earlier call another company"
