I received the best overall service during my dent removal process. The estimate was affordable, the customer service made me feel like family, and even closing out the transaction was good. I was going to wait to get an estimate for my broken side mirror and once again a VERY affordable price. Thank you Mr. Oscar and daughter, you guys are the best.

Nobody likes having to get body work done, but working with an honest, efficient shop takes the sting out of it. Fletcher's was recommended to me and now I recommend them, too.

AMAZING SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM! My car's front bumper has been broken for a while. A couple days ago, the right side finally came apart. The bumper was broken and the sides of the car was crushed in. I called Fletcher's and he was very friendly, told me I could come in for him to check it out. He was very friendly and professional. They were able to take my car in immediately. The job was done within a day. The job was IMPECCABLE! It felt like I got a new car. I highly recommend Fletcher's and will certain return for their service.

Good people. They reattached a hanging piece to my car and helped me. I m glad people like them exist. Also fast! I Would definitely get work done here. There s a reason why they ve been in business for many years. Thank you.

When i got into my car wreck i thought that my car was done for. Looking at it seemed as if there was no solution but putting it in as totaled, but determined to get it fixed and by the right price i came across fletchers collision center where for a fair price, Don Oscar fixed it up to the picture you see before your very eyes not only did he do an amazing and flawless job but it was done in such short notice and short amount of time. Fletcher's did an incredible job on my vehicle. They truly listened to what I needed to have fixed with what I could afford. We did a combination of fixing and replacing parts and the end result exceeded my expectations. Their staff are truly there to help their customers and not scam people over like I have experienced with other local businesses. I will be forever recommending them first and singing their praises to all friends and family

Wow where do I begin, well first off my beloved Toyota Camry had sustained some gnarly heavy front end damage from an accident I had unfortunately been in.After some searching around I found some reviews that were raving about Mr. Oscar and his business.My car sat sadly in front of my house for a few weeks before I was able to tow it in and get an estimate for the damages and possibly fixing it. He compiled a very detailed list of the possible prices depending on how I wanted to proceed. And explained in detail how each price broke down and what would be included in each price.Which I definitely appreciated, he was very detailed and honest and it made my tough decision very streamlined.I decided to say "Mr. Oscar let's fix this baby up" and threw down a few thousand for a deposit, lemme say this car was nooooot looking pretty at all when I brought it in.He said, I'll let you know in a few days the progress and we're gonna start putting this baby back together. He also said there would be a wait, he's such an amazing shop owner he had many other cars to work on.Fine by me I said, just keep me informed. He kept me well in the loop with the progress after a few days to let me know he started the work.It honestly ended up taking maybe the better part of a month and a half, but wow was it worth it.This absolute amazing human that Oscar is, lemme say honestly he's just a chill guy in general. The surprise on my face when he called and said the car was ready. I was blown away. I opted to not get the new paint job (couldn't afford any extra) but Oscar said he put a few coats of primer on the car cause he's just cool like that.All in all Oscar if you see this Tobias with the Camry says "YOU THE REAL DEAL AND THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS"And to anyone else if they ever need some minor or major car work done, trust and believe Oscar will take care of you!

Amazing technicians. I was able to get my door handle and hood latch fixed in no time. If you are looking for a business that actually still operates like a business, this is your spot. Productivity is the driving force in success here at Fletchers. Also, Fletcher s takes great pride in providing amazing customer service. They went above and beyond my expectations of today s time. I live around the corner from Fletcher's, so I googled them when I needed my suicide door fixed on my Mini Cooper Clubman. Funnily enough, I found a glowing review from my friend who I used to work with!So, I called and talked to Oscar. He told me to drop the car off the next morning. Throughout the process Oscar called me to keep me informed of the progress. They found the problem, but he had trouble finding the parts because Mini Cooper- New Orleans. He finally found a place in Texas and had the parts sent, but it was the weekend, so the parts took a few days. Once the parts came, they were able to fix the door quickly, and then they cleaned the car. The parts were expensive as expected, but the labor was very low compared to what other places charge. I was very happy with the job.So a couple weeks later we needed the back strip brake light replaced on our Jeep Renegade. I had ordered the part and then realized it was too advanced of a job to do myself. So I took the light and the car back to Fletchers in the morning. Oscar gave me a price on the labor, and a few hours later it was done.Oscar and the others who I have talked to there are very nice, which isn't always true when dealing with auto shops, so that's a big plus. I would definitely recommend Fletcher's and I would definitely use them again!Service: Body & Trim

I was at a loss after someone swiped my mirror off my car, but Mr. Oscar and his team were a saving grace. I showed him the damage, and five days later I had a mirror again! They are really nice, understanding people and you can see they love what they do. You should definitely utilize their shop! Tambi�n hablan espa�ol! My experience at Fletcher s was very pleasant! The owner Oscar was very professional and great at communicating. My car was wrecked on the passenger side and he got the parts on the car and got the car working in a timely manner. Many companies wouldnt work on my car due to me providing my own parts but at fletchers they were able to inspect and use the parts provided and install them. My car is in great condition and the work was done very nicely. Not to mention the pricing was very reasonable!10/10 would recommend!!!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Fletcher s collision center is the only body shop I will ever use. Mr Oscar and his wife are honest hard working people and the shop did the highest quality work to my car. It s like nothing had ever happened to my it! Didn t charge a dollar more than the preliminary estimate and also did some additional work at my back door without charge!

Oscar went out of his way to assist me when I brought my Dad s car in for body work! When turning the car in, I was dealing with a funeral and lots of family coming. He rented out his PERSONAL VEHICLE to me to accommodate all of my family!!! Even though the car was completely fixed (after only 3 days), he still allowed me to have/use his Suburban for the duration of my family stay so that we would not have to rent an additional car and be using two cars instead of just one! Overall great experience!The staff was very nice and helpful and the price was reasonable for the amount of work that was done.We needed our rear door and bumper to be repaired and painted. We left it for about a week and they did a great job. The paint job matched the rest of the car and the whole back looked like new.They also cleaned the car and that is much appreciate it because a lot of the times other shops just leave it as is or even more dirty. On the day of pick up, they even stayed a bit extra late because they new I needed the car that day.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Oscar and the lady who runs the office are so nice and accommodating!One of my car doors needed to be aligned so it could close properly and Oscar took care of it in less time than he quoted and for a lot less that I expected.Honest and trustworthy. I m happy I went here.Highly recommend!

He even buffed out a few scratches extra for me at no extra cost. Exceptional customer service and phenomenal craftsmanship. From the horrible potholes in our city streets, my low sitting car pulled something loose and it dragged when I would drive down many bumpy streets. Plus I had a round section on the hood of my car that the paint was peeling, so I got the hood painted. At Fletcher s Oscar took real good care of my car. They completed all of the work with great results. I was concerned at first, about the time it was taking, but the Insurance had to send an adjuster to make their assessment and then the correct parts had to be ordered. I was glad that Oscar took his time to make sure my car was repaired and painted correctly.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I needed rusted cab corners on my 85 Ford F150 repaired. I called around to a few shops but had trouble finding someone to accept the vehicle. Then I called Fletcher s. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate, received a fair price, and the work was completed within two days. I was pleasantly amazed with the quick turnaround and the results. The staff is awesome! The repairs all look amazing! My truck came back super-clean!!! My only complaint was that the repairs took a long time. But that was a parts issue. Stupid supply chain. Best car repair I ever experienced! Manager Oscar was very accomodating, knew what he and his staff were doing,when he said it will take 1 week,it did.Gave me a full written estimate that was reasonable.I could always reach Oscar by phone. Oscar did an outstanding job in repairing my car. He was always professional, courteous, and friendly. I was totally impressed with the high quality of his work. The entire staff, including his delightful and kind family, did an excellent job. Oscar spends time to do the job right the first time. This shop is a hidden gem in New Orleans. Prices are reasonable and they pay close attention to detail. My car actually looks like a brand new car after his repairs. Fletcher s is highly recommended.
