Everyone here I have interacted with is niceBut unfortunately a little misleading with services.Asked for a corrosion package. Charged me. Then I went to check they didn t do anything. They refunded me though which was expected.Got an oil change with nothing wrong with my car, next week transmission and ac stop working. I admit they probably aren t the reason but it is interesting.Got a diagnostic exam, they tell me transmission is messed up but they don t fix transmission. lol that would ve been nice to know before hand.I would only go here for tires and alignment. Any thing else deserves better hands

I had a warranty issue that made my truck inoperable while I was visiting from out of state. No dealership in NO was willing to do the repairs in less than a week. The Firestone team made me a priority and got me on the road the same day. The explained what had happened and gave me some advice for talking to the manufacturer. The service advisor made a very stressful experience much less so. Great team. Great service!

We brought our VW Golf in after it was having some brake troubles following a long trip down from Chicago, and the guys took great care of us! Shout out to Joe for his concern about the car and making sure it was safe to drive. We ll be back when it needs future service.

Pretty rude over the phone. Our phone call was less than a minute as I was trying to schedule an appointment, but they basically rush you off the phone, speak over the end of your sentences, and the guy sounded annoyed at the 1 question I ask. Appointments are also apparently useless since they overbook and your appointment doesn t actually guarantee that your stuff will be done. That is even more inconvenient when you have to drop your vehicle off in the morning for the whole day for something that takes 10 minutes to get done. Chose to just do it myself.

They were so helpful in explaining why and what I needed for my car. I brought my car back in the next day,parts and labor were done in a timely manner. I believe the front man,Cedric was so pleasant to all customers he served.

Firestone on Carrollton ave is consistently a very good auto store ! I ve been going there for years, and cannot say enough about the attention given to customers - especially Alan who is the cornerstone at this shop. He is always polite, friendly and attentive!Thank you guys for your professionalism!

They changed oil, put on new windshield wipers, and fixed a nail in my tire.. a little pricey and took 2.5 hours, but they did very well..Extremely busy place, so be prepared to sit for a long time or drop off your car.

I discovered a nail in my tire on a Sunday morning. The tire was leaking air and it needed to get fixed asap. I was grateful that your store was open and I was able to get it fixed quickly right when the shop opened.

Brought my 2014 F-150 in to diagnose an oil leak at 7:00am. Called them at 2:11pm and was informed they haven t looked at it. Received a call @ 2:55pm informing me that the car was done. When asked were they able to identify the leak the person that called stuttered and couldn t answer the question only stating that they couldn t locate it. Took an Uber back to the shop and was speaking with a short little Hispanic man at the front counter and asked what was the mechanic findings. He stated the the leak was too severe and that only a dealership can handle that. Btw as an auto adjuster it is known that whenever a shop quickly looks at your car and said it s a dealership issue . It means that they don t have the man power and/the technical skill to do the work so it s easier to say dealership instead of admitting your shortcoming. Prior to paying I went outside looked under the car and didn t find any oil drip on the floor nor have I seen any in my driveway. The only way I know there is a leak is because an burn oil smell comes out when I m driving. When the term severe oil leak is used it means it s literally dripping from the car. Went back inside and asked to speak to the mechanic to ask what is meant by severe. I was than told by a tall Caucasian with a beard the mechanic was not there anymore.Long story short, find a shop who will at least try and not lie to your face and push you out as if your money is useless. If your overwhelmed, state that, if your short staffed, state that, but don t waste people s time, energy and money.

I went to have a wheel stud removed and installed. The guy behind the counter said "no one is qualified to do it". No one can use a hammer and a drill? I suggest never using this shop. If they can't use a drill why would you let them touch your car.

I like all Firestone s but I ve been coming to this location for over 5 years with different vehicles. They always make a point to make sure I understand what they re saying ( even taking the time to chat with my dad if I didn t understand ). I love that they give pricing options and/or help me formulate a plan to get the needed work done if I can t do it all that day. All the team members display excellent customer service but Francois exceeds expectations. He has worked here for years and never fails to be friendly and easy to communicate with, funny and efficient. 10/10 recommend

I seriously cannot say enough good things about this location and its employees. I ve been visiting this location for almost a year now (more specifically mechanic Moe), and I have always had an amazing experience with my SUV. Everyone is so kind and welcoming, and they are willing to take time out of what they re doing to look at something small for me or answer a question. More recently I had my car towed to this Firestone for a coolant leak (which overheated my engine and caused a battery failure) .I knew I wanted to bring it to this shop as opposed to local mechanics since I wanted to know the service and parts were insured I was told it would be 1-2 weeks for my repair since they only have one mechanic at this time my car was ready in 5 days! They were communicative and honest throughout the whole process, I definitely made the best decision in bringing my car here when faced with a breakdown!Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Battery

Replaced flat tires within a couple of hours on a Sunday even being short staffed. Mechanic made a point to come out to go through everything even though he was super busy. Definitely deserve 5 star rating.

Here for a tire repair when on a road trip. Tire losing air. Car was packed with kids and week s worth of supplies. They were able to take us right away. Took great care of us without any issue and helped with discounts. Great experience! Highly recommend not just for professional behavior but empathy with a bad situation. Thank you for being wonderful to my family!

Got a nail in my tire and limped to Costco on a Sunday. They didn t have my tire so recommended Firestone. Firestone replaced my tire the same day even though obviously super busy. The phone rang constantly. Very happy with their service.

Had a maintenance issue occur around lunchtime today that left my car pretty much unusable for anything more than a quick drive to an auto repair place. Went online and saw that this Firestone had multiple appointments still available, booked a 6pm appointment to give myself plenty of time to get over there after work. There is a very clear disclaimer when you book the appointment that you will either get a confirmation email or, if the company is unable to accommodate your appointment for whatever reason, you will be contacted by the company WITHIN A FEW MINUTES of making the appointment.Two hours later, I still hadn't received anything one way or the other. I took time away from my busy work schedule to call the Firestone and see what was going on. When I explained the situation, the man on the phone told me that they were completely booked. I told him I had booked their last appointment of the day, and it ends up they had just cancelled it due to being busy and not told me. I asked the man why they didn't contact me and he didn't have an explanation. To add insult to injury, he sent me the email saying the appointment couldn't be accommodated about three minutes after our phone call finished.I understand that sometimes they can't be accommodating, especially for an appointment made relatively last minute for a slot at the end of the day. But I should not have to step away from my critical patients in order to complete the responsibilities of Firestone employees, especially when it's explicitly stated when you book that Firestone is responsible for all further contact. What would have happened if I had shown up at the Firestone for my appointment, only to be told it was cancelled? It's only because I took yet more time out of my busy workday to follow up that I was able to leave my car at my work parking lot with security instead of stranded in a Firestone parking lot in a bad neighborhood. I just moved here from Florida, where I had an amazing Firestone that went out of their way to help you, so to say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

Moe was lovely. One of my tires was super low, apparently I was overfilling them, and I also lost a cap on one. Moe filled all tires up, pulled a nail out, and replaced my cap. He was very kind and now if I ever have tire needs I ll be back in. Appreciate ya sir!

The staff at this location was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Battery was dead, I needed 2 tires, and something was leaking Though I didn t spend half as much on Uber as I thought I would because I was back on the road sooner than anticipated. So for that I have to say thank you and let the people know where to go when looking for a mechanic. Last but not least, Moe the manager listened to my concerns and offered options. I like options, so there you have it folks. When your vehicle start acting brand new on ya, take it to the crew at this location if you drive like me, they ll have you flying like a in no time.
