Delta was able to get my car in and out today! I had a weird sound happening and they did a full diagnostic to check it out! I m very grateful to staff for being so nice and getting my oil change, tire sensors and that sound taken cared of.

I have been going to Delta World Tire for as long as I can remember. I worked for an auto dealership and that s who we used. The care and thought that is given to providing the top safety for its clients is above and beyond anything I ve experienced in the auto world next to Carbine Motorcars, of course!

Call or show up and these guys will take care of you very, very quickly. Needed two tires, but they didn't have any of my size in stock (small SUV), but they ordered and got them the next day. Took less than 30 minutes to do everything. Very efficient, maybe one of two times I've had excellent and fast automotive service. Matt's a cool dude!

Brought my tires to have them seated after I spent many hour cleaning and refinishing them. They seated them without bead sealant after telling me they did. They are liars and I would not recommend to anyone. Told me they were pitted when I refinished them with 1500 grit sandpaper. They couldn't be any smoother. Personally took the time to make sure they were perfect with no pitting. Just another case of New Orleans Professionalism. Lazy, don't want to work and pawns off the work to someone else. The picture shows they are not pitted and refinished

Everybody from the person I spoke to on the phone (Kelsey) to the person I who facilitated my service (Matt) was friendly knowledgeable and helpful. And FAST, some of the fastest car service I ve ever had (230ish pm on a Thursday). Can t imagine ever using a different shop!!

They have good service and for that reason there is a long wait time to get your vehicle out. The prices are high compared to Alabama but when you need them bad enough that does not matter. I will use them again the future if I need.

Honest, hardworking guys took care of my Audi Q5 perfectly. I feel confident having my toddler in the car knowing these guys did the work. See you in a few months to replace my rear pads.

Called last min to get tires. Entire staff was super friendly and took care of my car extremely fast, with only one tire guy that day. Price of tires was fair to area. Will use them again.

Quick and pleasant experience. Brought my car in for 2 tires to be changed and got my car back within an hour and a half! Will certainly use them again and recommend to anyone in New Orleans.

I had a really great experience getting my tire changed here today. I was in and out in a matter of minutes and not only did they give me a discount on my tire, but they also have a great tire warranty program. I will definitely be going back!

New people price ranges speak just go to the dealership or here if it's closer. Never had any issues. Dead battery one day, my roadside towed it here, I called them told them it wouldn't start. Diagnosed and fixed fast!! IF THEY ARE BUSY SO WHAT, DON'T BRING YOU'RE CAR TO A MECHANIC ANYWHERE EVER AND BE IN RUSH MODE!! BAD JUJU!! MAKE PROVISIONS AND LET THEM DO THEIR WORK!! PATIENCE!! I've gotten tires here, brakes, and no problems ever. A good place that stands behind their work. Average prices are up anyway, so price complaining is a waste of time!!

I was charged 00.00 for Delta World Tire's inspection of my brake pads, & determination that I didn't need new ones. They looked over my vehicle to make sure everything was up to date. I feel like they were honestly not trying to sell me something and were trying to make a faithful customer happy to come back.

Dane and Michael, two of the most pleasant people I ve ever met. I came to your North Broad Street location last Friday for an oil change and you treated me with the most kindness and respect. I truly appreciate that. Thank you for taking great care of me and my vehicle. Even though it was very busy, your team of professional mechanics made it happen in a timely manner. Replaced 2 tires in less than an hour. Good service experience. I used their website tire catalog search to figure out what tires I could get asap. When I called they didn t have the tires in stock, but had them ready for me the following morning! Btw, highly recommend going to Hey Cafe while you wait.

Pulled into New Orleans had a very low tire. Called 7.30 am next morning had tire by 2.00pm was I stalled by 5.00 pm!! Odd size tire at that! Awesome folks to deal with and very reasonable prices!Art CoxWhiteford Md

I waited for my car to get serviced. While waiting, Chris, one of the gentlemen at the desk, was calmly taking care of another customer. The atmosphere was professional and Chris knew tires. I would recommend them every time.

I was in a pinch with a flat tire and needed replacement for two front tires. Contacted Delta Tire found they had two in stock, they went out of their way to help me even if it was Saturday near closing just before Ester Sunday. I highly recommend them.

These guys were the best! My car was a complicated tune up and they spent hours figuring out what the issue was. I can t stress how great they were. Dane and Chris were so helpful, and as a woman I didn t feel like I was being upsold. I will come back forever to see them with my car!

This is the best auto business I ve ever been to. The folks here are honest hard workers, more concerned with the safety of their customers and helping folks out than with profit. This is why I ll go back again and again. They always give me an honest and transparent assessment, which they dont charge for, and if they cannot do the work themselves, they give me an idea of what the price should be at another shop and often recommend someone else. Absolute best.
