Poor customer service. Stopped on a Sunday morning to get my tire plugged and the young lady didn t even acknowledge me. She was in the parking lot showing her nails to what I guess was another customer. I went to the front desk and waited for about 5 mins before getting frustrated and walking back to my car. The lady didn t even try to stop me from pulling off. I went a couple blocks down and had the Vietnamese guy do it for me. I tried to support a black business but unfortunately it s just a trash establishment.

Absolutely wonderful!!! we were traveling from Iowa our car broke down delta plus tires connected us with an amazing tow truck company within 20 minutes. Our car was picked up and delivered to the shop where they got us in and out within an hour at a very reasonable price. Seriously it was exactly an hour.

Just terrible I came to get a wheel alignment that they said they can do they had no machine and pulled out a string measured my tires in less than 30 minutes claimed they have done a wheel alignment after I test drives the car I showed them personally that they haven t done anything to my car it was exactly the same as I brought the car to them they are trying to give me a store credit or free service for anything else I said no I want my money and they don t want to give it to me now I m waiting for the police have a good day

Went in to get wheel alignment because I had just gotten my axels done. The guy didn't want to do the wheel alignment until I paid $145.00 before he even pulled my car in on the rack. Then wanted me to pay for a diagnostic test which would not have went towards the alignment. So I would've been paying 285 just for an alignment.

These guys are amazing! I had a blowout on the way to work. I had to stop in for a new tire. Unexpected of course! They knew I was in a hurry and got me in and out in less than 15 minutes! Maybe 20! Regardless, this place is great! Also, the price of the tire and everything else was great! I was expecting to spend over $100! Nope!Thank you guys! See ya soon for the other 3 tires!

They don t deserve even a one start I want there for change two tires. They change the wrong size for me when I found that out after a few weeks go back to them they said oh we didn t knowyou have to change them and they want to charge me full price they would not help me out at least for their mistake.Don t go there for your safetyBad customer service

I love this place and the guys who work here so much! They are super helpful and accurate and finding the problem when other mechanics i brought my car to couldnt. I've gotten as simple as a new tire from them all the way to replacing tire rod in,qheel bearing, and an alignment and a new battery. I'm pretty sure they do it all and have great prices.

Excellent work with immediate service at a low cost for my 2011 Buick Regal CXL. They have (like new) used tires most times are available, as well as brand new ones. Both inexpensive. They also replaced my front brakes for a great price. Wait time was about 15 minutes for two tires and front brakes. All by one out of two male mechanics. Super nice people. Usually a 15-20 minute drive midday to get to, if you live or work in or near New Orleans.

Alex just completely saved me from missing my flight. I got a giant screw in my tire while driving over to MSY from Biloxi and stopped at Delta Plus Tire with a flat. I told him the situation and he said "No problem". Ten minutes and $10 later I was back on the interstate. And I made my flight!

I purchased an used tire on January 21st, 2017. On January 29th, 2017 my tire bust opened on the interstate. I've purchased used tires at other places before i understand there isn't a warranty with used but I've never had a tire bust in under two weeks. I went up to the business to see if there was anything they were willing to do about it such as partial refund or a replacement tire. He argued with me and said no. Poor business practices and policies. It is unfortunate that this place is up and running and ripping people off.

These guys are really quick and efficient. Not to mention they are personable. We rolled up on a flat tire, quoted us a very decent price, and got it done.

Worst expensive ever. Workers are rude and unprofessional. They are violent and not ever someone is ever work with. I will report this company to the proper persons.
