I took my car to Crescent City Automotive for a piece of metal loose underneath my RAV 4 due to the heavy rain and flooded streets in New Orleans. Bryce repaired in an hour and did not charge anything for fixing my car!! Bryce is very reliable, honest, and helpful. Definitely, I will come back for any issues with my car.Thank you so much!!!

The Owner and Staff are Exceptional. My Car is running well considering bad service received from the previous repair shop (Kehoe on Feret Street) that cause other issues. Thanks to Crescent City Automotive, my fuel pump is replaced, as well as the other part(s) that were poorly serviced by Kehoe Repair Shop. We're back up and running. Highly recommend!

I went in to have some routine maintenance done and found that I had multiple issues. They got all of those taken care in a reasonable time and for a reasonable price. Not long after I got the vehicle back something else went wrong! Something that they couldn t pinpoint. Kevin remained patient with me even when I was inpatient and the problem was resolved within a day or two. I thank this entire crew for remaining professional and helpful at every turn. Highly recommend. I was having an issue with my car during a road trip from NY to New Orleans. They got me in quickly and fixed the issue at minimal cost. Everyone was very responsive and helpful. I definitely trust them and recommend them.

I will try to keep this short and simple, but I could rave about these guys forever! I recently moved to the area and as a single female, going to a new mechanic is always a huge ordeal (I don't want to admit how many times other mechanics have taken advantage... ladies, I'm sure you know!) My friend recommended them as she understands this all too well. I worked with Kevin and he is just as awesome as she said. He communicated clearly with me (and before any work was done) so there were no surprises at the end. This alone means the world to me. He seems to have a great crew - friendly and professional. Took me awhile, but I finally found an auto shop I trust. Crescent City Auto is always straight forward, reasonably priced and does good work. These guys are great to work with. They are communicative, fairly priced, and have a great system getting folks in and out of the door. They re friendly and easy to work with. They do a great job explaining what problems they find and what requires fixing as well as what s optional. I ve been to a lot of mechanics in my day and these guys are some of the best.

I love my new leaf springs on my 89 Ramcharger but they put me through quite the runaround with time and money over a misfiring issue they believed was permanent. After they said it was final and my throttle body kaput, Fraser Auto, out in Kenner bruhhh, changed the factory bad spark plug and then I drove to Montana. I kept telling them, there s nothing wrong with my truck, and there isn t.Ramcharger Lives

Honestly, everyone I interacted with was nice. I took my car in for an oil change, and for them to fix the brake light issue I was having. Close to them closing, I hadn t received a call that my car was done, so I had to hound them. I brought it in at 8am and didn t get my car back until 6pm. When I got it back, they said they ran the diagnostic, but weren t comfortable/couldn t figure out how to fix it, so I should take it to a dealership. I just got off the phone with my extended warranty company that said if they had the capability to diagnose the issue, they should have fixed it. Apparently there s some step by step manual out there that comes with the computer that runs the diagnostics. I was charged $180 for man hours, the diagnostic, and the oil change, when the only thing I actually got out of the whole experience was an oil change. They handed me the diagnostic print out and told me to take it to the dealership. They didn t even ask about the warranty, which they could have billed the diagnostic to. Again, everyone was very friendly, but I wouldn t have known they could have billed it to my LDS warranty until a friend of mine told me and I called, but that should really be a question if their focus is taking care of their customers. Really would have helped a struggling young person at this point in time then they tried to up-sale me on an air filter for $60 to top it all off it felt predatory. Don t go to them if you re not comfortable with the mechanic industry.I m not mad that they couldn t fix it, I m mad that they charged me so much and they couldn t fix it.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

We've been loyal customers of Crescent City Automotive since the mid 1990s at least. Kevin and his sons and crew are dependable, honest, straightforward, reliable, and prompt. Whether it's for a simple oil change or more complex auto repairs, if it has to do with our cars, we call Crescent City Auto. We know they will give us a fair price, tell us the truth, and do excellent maintenance or repairs. We feel lucky to have such a great mechanic right in the neighborhood!Service: Auto maintenance

Kevin and his crew have been working on my cars since 2008. Best auto shop Uptown y'all. My 2006 Camry had 41k miles when I got it....now it has 300,095! Water pump, battery, belts and hoses! Thanks for keeping it running Kevin.

I've only visited once, but it can be incredibly terrifying to walk into a mechanic, as a woman. I have limited vehicular knowledge and felt incredibly grateful to feel like my lack of mechanical expertise didn't leave me with incompetent or predatory service. 5 outta 5 for a first time visit.

Not from the area, had a flat tire & didn't know where to turn for help. Did a Google search, saw the art work on the building & decided to chance it. When I walked in, I was greeted like an old friend! Brice was AWESOME! the tire was fixed in less than an hour & we were on our way! These guys ROCK!

I love this place. I've been going here since 1998. Most honest, friendly group of mechanics I've ever met. They work fast and clean. Good communication, they always return my calls. All were wearing masks and a plexiglass partition, so you feel safe. I'd never go anywhere else.

We have bought 2 different vehicles from here and both are good cars today. The service is fantastic. We had been to many car lots and all of them were way to strong on selling. Here they gave us time to think and decide what would work best for us. They did push or rush at all. The financing we got was also amazing. This car lot is on I will always recommend. We are getting ready to upgrade to a newer car again and this is where we will be in a couple weeks. We are just waiting for the right car. :)

Kevin and his crew just did a complete belt and seal job for me to keep my trusty Toyota running. The price was competitive and the turn around was very fast. These folks do great work and know their business. You can trust them with your vehicle for true!

All I can say is that these guys will tell you the truth. , you may not want to hear it but they'll tell you the way it is! This is all you can really ask for mechanics. They seem to like the d n another mechanics that make them bend the truth.Or maybe they're just really good guys.

CCA always takes care of my car, I know that I m getting quality work every single time at a fair price.Been going to him for over 7 years, I would rather wait to have them fix it then to go anywhere else.The owner Kevin is the best !

Moved down to New Orleans and was looking for a new mechanic. Found Crescent City Automotive by chance and have been using them ever since. They do amazing work for a very reasonable price and their customer service is great. They treat you like an actual customer, not just a number. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I made the mistake of purchasing a jeep patriot with a salvage title. It is the bane of my existence. I have taken it to cresent auto twice and each time they were super nice, quick and seemed honest & not trying to add unnecessary things to the bill. They even put my license plate on without asking/charging. (I couldn't find screws to put it on properly) I'd recommend them to anyone

We've taken vehicles here several times and they always get prompt attention and reasonably priced resolutions. Kevin in the office is lovely and communicative. We'll certainly keep coming back.

These guys know their stuff and are honest about recommending service and repairs when it makes sense. Pro tip: Start getting them to do your oil changes, and you ll have a real mechanic inspecting your engine and the underside of your vehicle every 3000 miles. (They can help you catch things before they break!) Always fair prices on parts and labor, and get work done fast. Don t go to a franchise or quickie drive-thru with your investment. Crescent City Auto is local and family owned...you can trust them to keep your vehicle in great shape and driving like new.

Kevin, who owns the shop, is a super honest and good guy. They will not screw you over and will do right by you and your vehicle. They are only open Monday through Thursday, but top rate service at a reasonable price. And most of all, super trustworthy and honest.

I've been doing business here for 20 years (6 different cars). Kevin is the most honest businessman in town. I trust this place. Quick too. Super friendly family owned business. Love those guys.
