Love costco. Hate the tire center. Rarely answer their phone, so end up wasting 15-20 minutes to make an appointment even when calling them back. Or you have to just go as a walk in. Frustrating enough to make me think about cancelling my membership. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You ll have a much more peaceful day (or week)

I had some issues with a tire order, but Chris was extremely helpful and communicative while resolving the problem. He went above and beyond to make sure my order didn t slip through the cracks. Also - this department can get really busy, so I d recommend making an appointment before coming in.

I love Costco. The tire dept is the weakest link. They never answer the phone. Also last week my secretary was trying to buy 3 pieces of jewelry for like $1500. Between the bad attitude of the cashier named ChrisShannon and the bad attitude of the woman at the back desk named Brittany, my friend not only cancelled her jewelry order order she also cancelled 3 memberships

Woefully understaffed department. I spent $1,450 with them on a new set of tires two years ago. It takes days to get an appointment for them even to look at problems; it takes them hours to do the simplest repair, often requiring the scheduling of yet another appointment more days out; and their initial reaction to any damage has been to disclaim responsibility under the road hazard protection. I love the store, but I will never buy tires from them again.

As a member of Costco, I always liked all Costco services. I truly appreciate the hard work and service they offer in such prices and taking care of customers.But today, I was disappointed of their poor service and totally misguided commitment in Tire Department. Don t promise what you can t deliver . I was told that all 4 tires of my car will be changed in 2 hours, instead I waited for 3 hours, still they didn t even touch my car because of shortage of people.I am very sure that their service in changing tires and maintenance must be good that s why people wait in line to fix the Tires from Costco. But proper communication is needed if promises are not going to be fulfilled.

Had the most amazing customer service today at Costco Tire Center! My technician Chris went above and beyond my expectations to ensure I had the tires I needed for an upcoming road trip. Chris made it his mission to make sure my journey would be safe. I can highly recommend this team

Good price, and service. Staff is friendly and professional. Make an appointment for to guaranty same-day service. Only improvement I can say is that they could give you a call when the vehicle is ready for pick up.

I was parked by the Tire center, on previous visits I have always received great service.The main reason that I like going to Costco is that I know that they advocate taking care of the employees. It is my hope that management always remember that happy employees are good/great employees!! Hopefully management does not fall into the trap of short sided vision of majority of part time employees that have no skin in the game.

Much better than it was! The counter personnel are way more helpful and they seem to have a dedicated person on the counter continuously, which was not the case in past years.The deals are always good, the terms and features are great, and service quality is usually excellent. Like they say though, "good, cheap, fast: choose two." Costco gives you good and cheap. If you want fast, definitely head elsewhere.

Very good service personnel and skill level. Top tech equipment. The tire warranty that is included with your purchase price is great. When a special situation with a tire replacement under warranty occurred they went out of their way to resolve it. I've purchased 3 sets of tires from them over the last 3years. I've always been satisfied. (thanks Joe)

I was very unhappy with my service for a flat tire. I tried calling for an appointment for at least 4 days. I finally reached someone who said go walk for an appointment. When I got there, they told me in would take 2 hours and that I should book an appointment. I got one for the next day. At that appointment, after an hour they said I would need to pay $50 for warranty in a new tire. (I bought 4 tires at Costco in the last few years.). I did this. I went home after I assumed the tire was fine. Much to my surprise the next morning, the same tire was flat. I had to get a tow truck to Costco and get a Lyft back to Costco after work. ( a friend drove me to work). They didn t apologize for this cost of my time and money. They only said there was some plastic in the tire that caused it to go flat. I want my $$ back and an extra spare.

Manager of tire center refused to honor road hazard coverage. Instead of replacing my tire that was cut by road debris and unrepairable, he offered to sell me a tire at full price and not charge me for the installation. Zero stars not available.

Made an appointment to get a a patch for a tire i bought a few months back for 1130 am Saturday. They told me on the phone that it will be ready in about an hour. I went to the desk at 1pm to see if they were almost ready and my car was still in the parking lot. Finally i got the attention of a tire department employee and he told me it was a busy day. I waited till 130 and still my car was in the parking lot. I ended up just asking for my keys and wasting all day for nothing. I called to reschedule my appointment for Monday amd was told it should be an hour. What a waste of time and money. Very disappointed.

Wouldn't answer the phone after calling 4 times, then they finally picked up and said that if we got here in an hour maybe they could squeeze us in. We drove in from Mississippi and arrived an hour and half later at 6:38pm. The guy behind the counter said there were 10 cars ahead of us and the guy doing the tires had been there since 6am and wouldn't take anymore jobs even though they close at 8:30pm... Very poor management of the techs service hours and ability to get jobs done.

On more than a couple occasions I went to get a tire repaired at the New Orleans tire center. They always give me an ETA of an hour and a half no matter if I'm the first person there or not. Whether it's a screw removal or a whole replacement it doesnt matter. So I walk around the store for an hour and 15 minutes and come back to check the progress on my car. I am alarmed when the tech comes up to me to ask what is wrong with my tire or to tell me that it can't be fixed and has to be replaced. Why the hell did they not call me to ask these questions or tell me they're going to gouge me again? Why do they wait for me to come back? It is no wonder why they always have a waiting area full of agitated customers. Unless you have nothing to do with your day, buy your tires somewhere else. You're not saving much if you like premium tires and the service turn around is horrible.

Good service and great prices especially on Michelin products, however service usually takes about twice as long as quoted luckily there's plenty of to do in a huge store like that. Just don't buy a bunch of meats at the beginning and then have to hold them until it's time for you to pick up your car!

They do not risk anything. Made me change the tire when they could fix it with a little more effort. Good service if you want a straight forward place to change tires. But fixing, I would take my car somewhere else. Unless you have bought the tires from themselves.

Great customer service and reasonable prices on tires. If you have to stay and wait for the tire and want to work, the wifi is fast and reliable.

I always appreciate Costco Tire. The have great hours here and the tires came in quickly. They were able to get me in the next day once my tires arrived.

I had two nearly flat tires and went from work to Costco--no appointment--and was immediately helped by Chris! For the price and service, it can't be beaten!

I don t understand how there are 5 tire employees and only 1 person, and often 0 persons, working on cars at any given time. Didn t realize working at the tire center was a social event. Told me it d take 30 minutes, actually took 90 min, and that s only because I was there asking them what was taking so long. Ridiculous

Bought two batteries from Costco so far. Convenient and great price. Only complaint is that they don't swap the battery for you, so you better DIY.

Very unorganized...every one seems to be confused...had an appointment and still seems to be very long...been here 4 different times and now have to wait over an hour...all the customers waiting seem to be perturbed...management seems not existant. Glad I was stoned while I waited.
