The Best experience ever.Taco,John and the crew, are so easy to deal with The care that they have given me and my vehicle is next to none. They pay attention to detail. My vehicle is fixed and perfect. That is saying a lot, I'm sorta a perfectionist . If I could I would give them a 10 star rating . Highly recommend Collision Xperts to anyone.

Owner Taco and his entire staff did an amazing job not only on the customer service side of it but did an amazing job fixing the car. I was updated on the status of the vehicle throughout the process and I would highly recommend this as your shop to go to for excellent customer service and quality work!! THANKS Taco and Staff!!!

Had my 2017 TRD Sport 4x4 Tacoma fixed here back in August 2021. The staff is very friendly and provided great service. They go the extra mile. I will definitely send business their way. Thanks for fixing my Taco Truck

Shannon and the staff at Collisionsxperts were friendly and professional. I dropped my car off Wednesday evening and it was repaired and ready Thursday evening, which was way sooner than expected! And the repairs to my vehicle were beautiful! Very pleased with my experience, and I will be using them again for body work. Although, I'm praying not to need anymore body work done in the future!

Receptionist left a bad taste with me. I called to setup an appointment for an estimate but she kept asking who my insurance was with and kept telling me it needs to be setup with them. I replied I did a virtual estimate and they will supplement the difference if needed. We sat on the phone for a minute back and forth for her to ultimately say that I needed to find a shop to setup an appointment I was like ma'am why do you think I'm on your phone with you now!!!! I'll take my services elsewhere thank you.

Ended up with a fender bender in New Orleans and selected these folks due to being an approved repair facility through my insurance company. Very friendly people, and pretty easy to deal with. The issue was with the repair service. My fender had areas that showed poor preparation prior to applying clear coat. Not very obvious, but im not a coatings guy, and i noticed. The real driver for this poor review is the fact that i had to bring my truck back to another approved repair facility to adjust some front end parts and get a re-alignment on parts that they just installed. Now i have additional rental costs due to poor quality control.They turned my truck around in 5 days. Bottom line is the QC process needs to improve.***Update Just heard that the rack and pinion was cracked almost in half.....Pretty big miss

Really kind staff , they have a cute dog in the back too! Young gentleman at the front desk was very sweet and very helpful for every accommodation on the car. Really love this place!

This is my second time I have had a vehicle repaired at this shop. Just like the first time- the service was excellent and they turned my car around in about a week. Highly recommend for excellent body work and customer service.

I would think it's a good idea to them a lot of people use them. We rent cars. So we take them to get there cars after repairs.
