Close to my residence,the store is always clean.They practice social distancing and you must wear a mask to enter.Thetire repair shop is also in the same location.The air pressure in the tire was low and they were able to inform me that a nail was in a tire.

Roger's Chevron is safe, clean, and quick. I pass up many gas stations just for Roger's. No solicitors or questionable people lurking around. The pumps aren't being occupied by patrons shopping in the mini-mart for chicken, t-shirts, or alcohol. I love it!!! It's strictly a gas station. Correction: This location is located 6132 Franklin Ave, New Orleans, LA 70122 in Gentilly. I'm not sure why my review was linked to Chef Menteur Hwy.

Several of the pumps have broken screens. Unfortunately you don't find out until after you insert your card. So you have to go inside the store in order to pay for gas.

The store Carrys a variety of items, they have fishing tackle and bait, hot coffee in the morning, variety of sweets to go with your coffee in the way of honey buns etc. They sell hats, gloves and tee shirts. Saints memorabilia (shirts, hats little signs) . Weekdays there is a tire shop open out front and a restaurant in the same building. They close at 3:00 pm they serve breakfast and a different special for lunch ch everyday.

If you get your tire repaired here, be sure to check your lugs before leaving. A couple of weeks after a job I had done there, I noticed my locking lug on that wheel was missing. It could only be their doing. But the tire mgr., Luc, blew me off. Wouldn't bother to check the box of HUNDREDS of odd lug nuts he had there...told me I must be at "wrong place" and "Go to Auto zone, get new set, eighteen dollar." Take my advice, IF you go there, be sure to check your lugs, and make sure they're tight.

I've been here several times, for myself, or with family and friends, to have tires plugged or patched. The prices are reasonable and the service is fast.
