Great location and quick availability for a quote. The quote matched the final price closely, even after supply chain issues. Communication was clear and the repair was very fast. Final product looked far better than expected.

Chambliss Auto Body does excellent work. When any of our cars need bodywork done we take it to Jeffrey and his team. He has repaired small boo-boos on my classic mini Cooper as well as replacing the whole back door and repair work on the bumper for our Honda pilot.They accept our insurance and are easy to work with.

Smart, honest, reliable. Not your average body shop. He also adds something special to the community on a personal as well as professional basis. That rare quality is reflected in the service that he provides. Highly recommended.

Called at 4:40 pm, mr. Jeffrey told me to come right away - that he would make time for me even if it was late in the day already. My old Toyota Camry front bumper was falling down and another shop in Austin TX had given me an estimate for more than $1000 to replace the piece with an original by Toyota. My car is worth $2000 in total so all I needed was for the bumper to just stay in place a little longer! Mr. Jeffrey said he could just drill a couple of screws into it (won t look nice but - hey. Well worth it). And so he did. Thank you so much mister! I didn t even know I could do it. Now that s someone who really fixes your problems - no fuss about it. Very grateful for it! I wish more people were this honest and straightforward.

My experience with Chambliss was great. They fixed the damage from a tree branch that fell on my car perfectly and went beyond the calm to locate a source of water that was flooding the passenger compartment. . I ve recommended this company to several people since my repair and wouldn t hesitate to return if I need auto body work again.

I went and spoke with Mr. Chambliss about getting a quote on a few different things for my truck. I filled out their online appointment option and Mr. Chambliss called me within five minutes.He took the time to explain everything to me in detail and answer all of my questions. Mr. Chambliss was so polite, kind, and honest. He recommended what I should get done and things that were just not really necessary.I didn't end up not needing to get the work done, but I will for sure be coming back whenever I do need my truck worked on.

The best garage I have ever been to. Mr. Chambliss is an amazing person and an honest mechanic. We are from out of town and needed to drive home but it was a holiday. We were so happy to see this garage open on a big holiday. He fixed our bumper up so we could drive home safely. We really appreciated it and are thankful for his help!

Took my car in to get a bumper damage fixed. Was told it would be ready within 3 days. On my way over I called to double check and the car was not ready. They said they needed another day. This process continued for another 7 consecutive days. Total 13 days without a car. They never once called me to notify my car wasn't ready. When the car was finally ready they gave me my electronic key that had been destroyed. The backing and the battery were missing and they said it must have popped off, as it was in perfect condition when I dropped it off. They spent an hour looking around for it causing me to be late to work. They never found it and decided after that it was my fault that the key broke and that there must have been a problem with the key before dropping the car off. They offered to order a new part but told me I was responsible for paying for it. The owner Jeffrey argued with me and made me feel like an idiot and refused to take responsibility for breaking my key and losing the parts to it. Any business person should know to take responsibility for their employees actions in order to make the customer happy. Avoid this place like the plague. Key is still broken.

We are from Tennessee and were visiting New Orleans when we were involved in an automobile accident. That's the bad part. The good part is that they towed our car to Chambliss Auto Repair Shop. Mr Chambliss was very gracious and even took us to get a rental car. All during the repair process he would email us a status report. He is a true gentleman who still understands the word SERVICE. I would highly recommend his shop

I will never go anywhere else! I have had them fix my car numerous times and they always find the best and cheapest prices for parts! Everyone is super nice and fixes your car quickly! They never over charge and save me money all the time. My mirrors have been hit twice! The car dealership wanted to charge me over 300 dollars chamblis did it for 90 the first time it was hit! You can trust this place!

Nobody ever wants auto body work but if you need it, this is the place!! Geffrey came in Saturday morning to get my jeep moving as quickly as possibly, worked within my limited time frame and did an excellent job! Everyone at the shop was a pleasure to deal with, friendly and professional. The shop was clean, fully quipped and worked seamlessly with my insurance.I can honestly say that next time I'm in NoLa I'll be stopping in to say hi, even without needing automotive work. Thanks Chambliss!

DO NOT USE!!! They broke the inside car handle to my car refused to fix it after admitting he broke it. Jeffrey the owner is a lier he even said he would fix it. Called him a few days later said he would call when the part came and he never did. I can say I thought he was a good person with good business. He proved me wrong!!! People like him give New Orleans a bad rep. Sham sham sham! Update! Had to go to another shop because the bumper they put on was not installed correctly!!

Great job fixing my daughter s Kona that was side swiped while parked. Very reasonable rates, great customer service, and very responsive. Highly recommended .

My front bumper was slightly detached on one side. I told him that I was on a road trip with my girlfriend and really, really needed to keep driving. He said it was impossible-- I would need to wait from Saturday morning until Tuesday for parts. I had to reattach it myself and it was easy. I think he is very dishonest and only cares about making money.

Very pleased with the work from Chambliss. Very honest team that does great work and will work hard to find you a lower cost solution. They found great original parts from junkyards to save me money compared to new parts.

Had several dents, dings, and scratches that appeared within the first year of having my brand new Acura RDX. Had a cheap, fly by night guy do shabby repair work on them, made it even worse. Took my car into Chambliss, and they made it perfect again. I actually accused them of swapping my RDX out for a new one.Cannot say enough about Mr. Chambliss' professionalism, friendliness, courtesy, and honesty. A+ 100% customer for life.

I went in to have my bumper replaced after being hit, and it was a lovely experience. The repair was quick, looks great, and the staff is warm, helpful, and friendly. I would highly recommend Chambliss!

If you need Auto body repair DONT GO to Chambliss !!! The owner Jeffery Chambliss is a very rude and dishonest person . He needs to be close down and out of business. He s a rip-off and does very poor auto body work. Please don t waste your time with this business .....

I went to them after hitting the bumper on my RAV4. They were honest, efficient, courteous and professional. I would highly recommend them. I would not even think of going someplace else.

They ripped off my car and it turned out to be a the issue with fuse. If they are mechanic and they know what to do they should have checked it first thing. Then they charged me ~$140 for just a bad fuse.

They don't have even a bit knowledge, they worked on my car for over 2.5 hours and they issue was with just a fuse. They charged me $140. Also they don't have customer service.
