I just brought a cadillac escalade. It broke on me same day of purchase. I went to Glen and Morris and they diagnosed and fix my car in one day. They were very knowledgeable. They explained to me in details what was wrong with my car. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a affordable and trustworthy mechanic shop.

They actually know how to fix cars. I went to 3 other mechanics and those guys were just part changers. I was impressed these guys fixed my electrical problems and cheaper than the others. Thanks Morris

The ambience was nice and warm for an afternoon affair. Parking was adequate. A little hard to locate," almost " like a hidden treasure . Some of the food ( gumbo) needs to be better. In the New Orleans area we expect all food to be slamming (good).Enjoyed being with family.Staff was friendly and courteous.

Great place to take your car. My coolant fans wasn't coming on, instead of running a direct wire to my key switch. They took the time to see what the problem was and a there was a wire loose, they solder it back and it's been working ever since

What I like about going here is that they don't try to pad the bill with extra things. If they say 'this or that' is your problem they're being honest. Pretty rare in a private owned mechanic shop these days. Since being recommended to them we haven't gone a anywhere else.

My family has used this repair shop for years. Their professional, you can't beat the prices , their friendly and do amazing work! They tell you what the problem is and exactly how much it will cost, no guess work or surprise price and you'll be back on the road the same day !

Low quality work! Management is rude! Quick to take your money and brag on how good they are but when something goes wrong quick to act like they don t know what s going on. Will never go back, will advise future customers about there management and quality of work very poor!!!!!!!

Stop by to ask a question about an alternator . The owner stopped what he was doing and called several auto part stores and helped me get the correct part . I will definitely be going back to do business with this business.

$80 to $120 for an alternator rebuild -- your lowest price is 4xs higher than what I paid to have the work done. And yes, it was the brushes. See why WE cannot support each other in business. The Shop in WESTWEGO is where to go, definitely NOT here.
