The absolute best! Mr. Joe and his guys at the shop answered my call immediately, texted me photos of all the leather options, and then got me a quote same day. Once I chose a color and put down a deposit, he ordered it, asked them to rush shipping, and had it in hand within two days. The following business day, around 2:30 pm, they called to let me know my car was almost done. If you re looking to give your business to someone kind, honest, fair, meticulous, and quick, look no further!

Great price for great service. I was quoted almost double for the same work from West Bank place. Mr. Calamari s called me during the process to give me update and ask questions. The staff is bunch of hard working guys that know what they are doing. Katskin leather installed on my Honda Accord replacing dirty/stained factory cloth. 10/10 would recommend Mr.Calamari s car upholstery shop. I am glad I didn t try to buy a steamer and stapler and do it myself.

Joe Vinny and Stephen and Bonny were the greatest.It s hard to find such professionals like them .Very communicative , informative and old school .My top on the 1985 Towncar was not like just anyone can do it .As it s extremely complicated.They finished it in good time , a month which is understandable considering the difficulty.It came out beautiful , makes my old girl look like a new carThank youService: Classic car upholstery

I was blown away by the scope and breadth of this operation. They are doing stuff for bikes, motorcycles, cars, boats, furniture, you name it! I got a really cool cover for my e-bike and wanted a professional to install it with some extra foam for cushion, and Calamari did a fabulous job. Thanks again y'all!

I spoke with Joe over the phone, and he really seemed nice. However, in person he was the complete opposite. He refused to acknowledge me and disrespected me by not speaking to me after I greeted him. He was rude and nasty to me unnecessarily.

There's a reason they've been in business for so long. Soft top installed on my S2000.Everyone was professional and down to earth.Mr. Joe gave me a reasonable price!Excellent service!

We had to go here because of water leaking and mold. I have never been so impressed with a body shop before. Everything was explained completely, and never felt like they were taking advantage of me. My car looks (and smells) great and highly recommend them

I dealt with joe and bonnie. This shop did work on my car (water damage from a leak) that no other shop would touch. The price was reasonable and they kept all promises made. I would reccomend calamari highly.

The kind people at Calamari were extremely helpful and kind. I spoke with them over the phone and they arranged for next-day appointment for headliner repair on my VW CC. At a competitive price, they completely reinstalled my headliner with exact matching fabric. Dropped it off at 8am when they opened and it was ready by 4pm! This is by far the best shop in New Orleans, probably in the country! They do extremely good quality for a very fair price and quickly, those 3 things are usually impossible to get together!!

Great shop - super friendly people. I needed some hog rings on short notice for a personal project, and they were happy to help by supplying me a handful for 5 bucks. They saved my day, and it was sooooo cool to be able to walk into the shop where they're making custom covers on the machines. It was like walking into a TV show on MotorTrend. Joe Calamari is an amazingly talented upholstery expert. He was able to refinish the seats in my 22 year old car. They look like new! I'm very happy with the quality of his work!

A friend of mine in the Auto industry recommended this business. So I called and spoke to Mr. Joe Calamari. I explained to him that my mom's Honda had the headliner sagging and needed to get a quote on replacement. $185 plus tax.I dropped off the car the same day and they promised it by the next day if I could leave it with them, which I did. The shop itself is not much to look at with several old vintage cars and upholstery for seats in the shop. Early the next morning Mr. Joe called and said that the car was ready.Bottom line is they do excellent work and for a very fair price!Thanks to Mr Joe and son for taking care of this 'small job'. Highly recommended for any interior auto headliner or seat repair.

The sunroof drains on my VW were clogged, meaning water flowed into the car rather than out of the car when it rained. I took it to Calamari and Mr. Joe told me to bring it in the next morning. Brought it in, he fixed the drains, and I picked it up the same day. Staff are all really friendly, Mr. Joe is fun to talk to, and this was the first time I've ever been happily surprised when I got the bill for an auto repair. I can't recommend Calamari highly enough.

Calamari's does fantastic work. Brought my Lexus to them a while back fordoor leather replacement. Job done promptly and much less expensive than the dealership by far. Have recommended on several occasions and everyone extremely satisfied. Also had headliner done on a van. Great work.

The carpet and foam below it on my Volvo got flooded out by some faulty sunroof drains. Calamari pulled up the carpet, replaced the foam, and dried it all out. When I picked up the car the entire carpet looked brand new and they even went the extra mile to clean all of the accessory carpets that were undamaged real well.Would highly recommend and on top of that they do it for a very fair price.Service: Upholstery repair

The beauty of doing business in the city of New Orleans, is all of the (still) family-owned businesses. The Calimari Trim Shop is a glowing example. Mr. Joe and his family took great care of me. I had my convertible top replaced, and couldn't be happier. They promised me a two day turnaround, and did it in one, with no surprises. I highly recommend these folks.

Joe C. Is the best there is. He has been doing this kind of work since he was 16 yrs old. That makes 47 years!!!. His crew is also highly experienced. If you want to have the job done right it's the place to go.

Joe doesn't settle for anything less than perfect every stitch, every yard ,of materials is perfect ....they redid the whole inside of my truck top to bottom topnotch you can't go wrong with calamari.

One of, if not The Best Trim Shops in New Orleans surrounding area. Have been doing business with Calamari Trim Shop since 1972 thru my father's Auto body & fender repair shop " Butler&Williams Auto & Body Repair Shop and was never disappointed.
