Mr. Chris was incredibly kind knoedgeable and charged us a fair price. He also got our car back on the road quickly. We came to him because everyone was warning us that our symptoms sounded like transmission issues and it turns out recent work our radiator and transmission fluid was not finished properly. He could easily have said the work was not worth his time and sent us onto the next place and instead he fixed our car quickly and efficiently and charged a fair price.

Chris is an honest guy. He'll get work done as quick as he can. Obviously it's a transmission place, so it will be soul-crushingly expensive. That's not their fault though.

The most honey reliable shop I've ever dealt with. The owner personally explained the issue my van had and quoted me an exact fair price. The work was done quickly and the price actually went down when the finished. Grey and shop, great people!

I had a good experience with Mr Oats. He had the experience and wisdom only time can make to explain my transmission issues. I appreciated that he wanted to rebuild my transmission at about half the cost of replacing it. My vehicle was returned with a small exhaust leak that I noticed, possibly from having to work on the transmission. I brought that to his attention and he fixed it immediately and with no problems. My truck runs great. I recommend getting your transmission work done here.

Mr Chris is very knowledgeable and transparent. He evaluated my truck and was very honest about the problem. Although it was not transmission related, he explained what it was and recommended a shop and even dropped it off for me. Classy & Organized. Thanks Mr. Chris.
