Mr. Cal and the team here are great. This is the kind of shop you expect from old movies and TV shows, but can no longer find. I'm glad I found a business I can actually care about succeeding. You'll be glad you checked them out.

Happy to support the true local ... And Mr. Luther is very informative ... and patient with customer questions ... GO SUPPORT LOCAL NEW AWLINS ... and their prices are extremely comparable ...I'm definitely done dealing with the huge chain ... WITH EMPLOYEES THAT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CARS!I bought lug nuts from them yesterday ... and lights today ...

The place to go when you need something nobody else has. They have consistently had or quickly gotten me the parts I need. I've listened to them be helpful on the phone to people way longer then most. Don't forget they have a parking lot just past the building, so you don't have to park on the street.

Nice selection of products. Friendly, amicable staff. I'm basically clueless when it comes to cars, but they explained very clearly and pointed me in all the right directions.

They have a surprisingly good inventory and most importantly, they actually know what they re doing! I can t believe I wasted so much time in that Zoned place trying to find stuff they should have had but really could care less, as in So, we re out of cabbages, who cares.

Great customer service from these guys. Parts are always available and when they are out of stock they manage to have it for me the same day. I have been using Mr. Kal services ans his crew for years now, you feel like you are talking to family member on the phone, when you are only calling to order parts, you wont recieve this personalized service at any other parts store. Highly recommended. Thank you guys, you earned my business and you will never lose it.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! I have been going to Broadmoor for basic car parts for nearly 2 years. I am always more than happy with the service, inventory, and prices. They are always happy to help me troubleshoot and get me back on the road in no time. They can also recommend some nearby, equally helpful auto mechanics if there's something you can't fix by yourself.

I contacted Broadmoor Auto Parts for a radiator and ac condenser for my 1982 BMW 528e. None of my 15 parts sources could help. Luther found both parts in a matter of a couple of hours. And gave me the information so I could contact the sellers directly to purchase. The act of a gentleman. You have my thanks and promise to pay your kindness forward.
