All I can say is that I'm truly grateful for Mr. Rodney! He was there for me from beginning to end. He helped make what I thought was going to be a huge financial strain for me much more stress free! This is definitely a company that's not trying to rip you off and has your best interest!! It feels great to know I have a go to place for any future needs!Boudreaux's Collison center is Top Notch and cares about you!

From scheduling my appointment to picking up my vehicle, the staff at Boudreaux's Collision was professional, efficient, and courteous. After several negative experiences at my local dealership, I reached out to Boudreaux's. Not only was everyone especially attentive to my concerns, but I was warmly welcomed. My tires were successfully rotated and aligned as specified, and the job was completed within the day as promised. While this was my first experience here, I will certainly return to Boudreaux's Collision NOLA for future servicing needs! THANK YOU!Service: Tires

An underrated blessing! This place got my car in and out in two weeks when most places couldn't take it for months! They're all so nice and absolutely amazing! Would give this place 20 stars if I could.

I seriously cannot recommend Boudreaux's enough. I've had to bring them a vehicle twice; both times they did us right. First time they did a significant amount of testing and re-testing the issue and came in at the same estimate they gave up front. Second time I drove off and got flagged down because my brake light wasn't working; I brought it back and they fixed it on the spot free of charge. Quality people, highly recommend.

Boudreaux's has fantastic service! I had a dent in my car's side plating that prevented my passenger side door from opening all the way. I came this afternoon to get an estimate, and within 5 minutes they had popped the dent right out, free of charge! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

As far as i can tell they did a wonderful job. However they seem to take on to much and give unrealistic timelines. They went way over the estimated 2 weeks worse case scenario I was told from the 1st meeting with them. It took 5 weeks for paint and blend. Insurance company refused to reimburse me for some rental days since the shop told them their shop was delayed. I brought it up to both sides asking why I was at fault and both sides said they weren't reimbursing me. Shop said not their problem and insurance company stated they cant pay for shop delays. They go by the shops reasonable estimated times of repairs. They actually paid more then that but not all on account of some date payment to release vehicle proof was sent. which was a week before I even recieved my vehicle. Lesson learned even when I had a scheduled appointment for my service.

This shop is remarkable. I'm from upstate NY-came to NOLA and promptly hit concrete in the middle of a parking lot. Brought my car here and Justin and Rachel took care of everything-repair was flawless- and they even dealt with all of the insurance hassles. This is by far the best collision shop I have ever dealt with and this is no exaggeration. Bring your car here if you need collision work-you will be 100% glad you did.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Best experience I ever had with any kind of car repair. We were having trouble getting our estimate and working with the other driver's insurance company. Jenny had it sorted out in a couple of hours. Had the car done very quickly and the work looks great. Definitely my first stop next time.

I cannot stress how much I appreciate Boudreaux s Collision here in New Orleans! I needed a repair done last minute and they were able to squeeze me in that very day. The service was quick and fantastic. Oh and the customer service was welcoming and phenomenal. I will be coming back for any of my car repairs, I highly recommend it!

Good, quality, and punctual work at an honest price. They were more than very accommodating to all my needs and questions and helping me sort out details with insurance and personal matters related to my vehicles repairs. %100 recommend and will be a lifetime customer. Picked up my vehicle and brought my girlfriends in when she got into a fender bender because they were that satisfying to work with.

Wouldn t recommend Boudreaux s. I was rear ended in October, they got my SUV in January. It needed a whole new trunk lift gate. Which is actually not too hard since you just buy the lift gate already assembled and put it on. When I got it back the support didn t work so the trunk won t stay opened. How can they not notice this before returning it to me. Needless to say I noticed while there and trying to open my trunk. They said they needed to order the part and couldn t find it. For 3.5 months I called every other week and asked if they d found it. Nothing. So I googled and found a replacement In 5 minutes. It was then installed incorrectly and broke a month later. I ve now not had access to my trunk for 6 months. They apologize but do little to solve the problem. On top of that there were a lot of other little things they completely missed or messed up. Rear windshield wiper makes a terrible noise. There s paneling they know was broken and said they fix, but never doOverall, they really cut corners. Wouldn t got there if you re expecting to get your car back and have it working well. Big headache overall and lots of wasted time. The other driver had good insurance and was paying. If they can t fix when a good policy is paying up, I don t know when they ll get it right.Edit - In response to your comments: I have a 2009 GMC Yukon. It s older, but a common car. I know there are supply shortages, but we ll let those reading this see if they can find a rear lift gate strut for it (google, or call Mossy GMC) and judge if it s reasonable to not have a trunk for almost 6 months, and never be called with an update on the search.

This is THE best customer service experience I ve had in this city. Im a college student who s in the state by myself and don t know anyone or any resources. Brought my car to them after I had been in a hit and run. After weeks of my insurance giving me a hard time I was finally able to bring my car to them. On the day of drop off the hertz location my insurance booked me with closed early with no notification so I was going to be stranded. To make sure I wasn t stranded, the owner Mrs. Tish somehow got my insurance on the phone in 2 minutes (after 30 minutes of me trying to get in touch with them after hours) to get me a rental car from an enterprise that was closing in 15 minutes. Enterprise was giving us a really hard time since they were about to close on a Friday and the following Monday was a holiday but Mrs.Tish put her foot down and made sure I was going to be taken care of like I was her child. Once she made sure they had a car for me, Justin personally took me and all my belongings to enterprise and didn t leave til I was inside the rental car. From there Rachel gave me her number and always made sure to keep me updated. The car company then sent an old back up camera and Rachel sent it right back and made sure I had a new camera for my car. I was so pleased with how these people took such good care of me from jump. Made sure I was happy and taken care of every step of the way. Even aside from the customer service I had so much rear damage one repair shop quoted me 4 weeks. They fixed my car in 2 weeks and when I took it to my mechanic back home for brake pad changes, he said they did such a good job, he couldn t even tell I had been in a wreck. I would refer anyone I can to them. I honestly don t think it gets any better. 100/10Service: Body & Trim

Boudreaux's Collision was nothing short of amazing. The entire staff was welcoming, and they delivered above expectation vehicle service. Just know that Rachel will get it done when there is any issues with insurance companies! I thank everyone at this shop for all that they have done!

Simply the best!! They do amazing work and will have your car looking brand new right off the lot!! I was devastated when I saw someone had hit my new car while it was parked! They were able to take me in quick and had my car back in no time! Fast service and amazing work! Would highly recommend!

I went there previously and was thrilled with the paint job on my caddy. Looked better than when i first bought the car. I went again today because I had a small scratch on the trunk that drove me nuts. I show up, they look at it, ten minutes later they fix it like new free of charge. Completely made my day and I mGlad I chose to go back there. It s not easy finding a reliable/trustworthy/fair mechanic and it body shop in New Orleans or better yet the entire country but I m happy I found one.Highly recommended.

Left one shop a friend recommended to me and immediately called Boudreaux s. Rodney was able to get me a price within minutes. Brought my car right over and just like that I feel safe again. They were very thorough and explained to me everything that needed to be done and what really didn t need to be done that other shops tried to sell me on. Definitely going to be my go to shop from now on.

This is the only shop I will ever bring my vehicle to. Amazing owner and staff. They don t cut corners and make sure the job is done 100% correct. Even had the vehicle I hit brought there and she was extremely pleased with the whole experience. They also clean your vehicle better than when you first purchased it. Hands down the best collision center in Nola. Tish is amazing!

my car was involved in an accident, where someone else hit me in a parking lot, and their insurance was covering all the repairs. So, to went to get my fender replaced and bumper touched up, and was expecting for the experience to be very cut and dry or transactional, being that I was just an "insurance claim".. and i wasn't even the actual insurance policy holder...But the folks at Boudeaux's exceeded all my expectations and were nice, friendly, professional, and did really great work... they explained the whole process to me before dropping off my vehicle, and even give me a ride to the rental car place. And when I came to pick it up, they had my car clearer then when I dropped it off, and explained to me that they actually re-did part of the job when they were not happy with the fender they received from their parts supplier! and not because the insurance company would have required them to do that, but b/c it was not "to their standards" - hopefully i don't need to go back anytime soon, but I would for sure do business with Boudreaux's again if i needed their services!

I had to wait a few days to come on here and write my review due to how upset I was when I went to go pick up my vehicle.My husband went to get an estimate for my vehicle to be repaired. As I was going through my insurance company for the repairs for the right side of my vehicle and paying cash for the left side of my vehicle, he nicely asked for two separate quotes due to it being TWO different accidents, it was done efficiently. However, whenever I called to bring it in they had lost the estimate and I faxed it over. This happened twice. The manager Rachael then called and apologized and explained how they had recently lost a few employees, which is understandable.Rachel was aware of me going through my insurance company for my right side. When my husband went to go drop off my vehicle, they explained to him that they needed to do a supplemental estimate. They had my vehicle for TWO full work days before that was presented to me. When I finally had the supplemental estimate in hands, it was not separated for the right and left side but had additional damages of $1,500. I asked Rachel to please separate them as they had previously done and she kept mentioning how that's why they don't deal with "fraud". I got aggravated simply because I could not submit damage to the left side to my insurance company because as Rachel knew it was two separate accidents.I want people to know how unprofessional this business is and how they just lost a job over $5,000.00 due to stupidity and no communication. I work in the legal field and would never commit fraud. I will also be complaining to the BBB.

Honest, hardworking, caring employees. I pulled off to the side of the road when my tire blew and Ryan noticed me within a minute. He pointed me in the direction of the shop and they put on a spare for me right away then he was kind enough to order me a new tire and put it on that day. These guys saved my day and made a huge inconvenience into no problem at all. Couldn't be more thankful for their help.Service: Tires

This community is lucky to have a place like Boudreaux's! They will go above and beyond to help you out. During the recent hurricane, the owner helped with relocating my car from a potential flood zone to a safe place at the collision center.Highly recommended and know you will be treated fairly and honestly.

Had some front end damage on my BMW. Rodney checked out the damage, gave me a very fair price and had it repaired within 24 hours!!! They even washed and vacuumed it! So professional and great service. Thanks Boudreaux s!

This place is a ripoff. I've been around a lot of body shops in the towing and recovery business. Last week I brought a Nissan Sentra there at customers request for an estimate only. The customer called me back to get the car yesterday they were only supposed to give her estimate and they charged her over $1000 dollars cause they disassembled her car thinking they could force her to get the work done there. The customer was a 25 year old college student with liability only. She had to pay for this minor fender bender out of pocket. I've got picture before and after I brought the car there. Even if she had given them permission to work on her car, which she didn't she just wanted estimate, they took off dance near the whole front cap radiator an everything and they didn't have permission. I suggested she get an attorney and even file criminal charges for destruction of property and black male because the only way they would release her car for the tow truck is if she paid for it. There's no telling how many women and elderly people this shop has screwed over so speak up and let the public know how these people work

Worst experience ever. Everything seems well in the beginning.. They left drips in my paint. One of my corner panels cracked after the 2nd week of having my car. The worst thing is they did not want to repair the issues they caused. I tried to be diplomatic with them and ended up being totally disrespected in the end. If yo do decide to go to them make sure you THOROUGHLY inspect your car before and after.. and take a lot of Pictures.

I have had nothing but positive experiences everytime I have brought my vehicle to Boudreaux's Collision. The owner gives an estimate quickly and is honest with his prices. He will have your car looking like it is new when it leaves his place. I highly recommend Boudreaux's Collision, and it is the place that I always take my vehicle.

My truck window got smashed-in in classic New Orleans fashion. I got my window fixed elsewhere the day before but some glass had gotten inside my seatbelt buckle, where I could not buckle up. They not only fixed the buckle and got the glass out, they vacuumed the residual glass remaining in my car for no charge at all. Will use them from now on for any problems I have - hopefully not another smashed in window
